We arrived at 7:30 PM to pick up our truck using the app to check in. After multiple tries, we completed all the steps but it said there was a problem with the credit card so we went inside to complete the transaction. The clerk was then unable to access the rental bc it still showed us as being on the lot checking in. By the time she got us checked in, the location was closing and we were being rushed out the door. She said there was a $28 credit on the account but she did not know what it was for and did not explain anything about the rental. When we got in the truck, the gas gauge said it was 15 miles to empty so we put gas in the truck the next day before driving to our destination.
Checkin and checkout was fast and easy. I dealt with 3 employees over a two day period. They were all friendly and professional. My experience was exceptional pleasant!
We had a great experience. Everything went well and we would definitely use this location again.

Online check in didn't work. Had to go inside. They gave the truck I was told was mine to someone else. When I returned it, no one met me outside. I handed my key to a woman that never checked me out or completed my reservation. I got a call the next morning asking if I had returned my van even though I returned it two hours early. Asked for a refund on unused equipment and didn't get it. These people need to get it together. Don't recommend.
Not only helpful but willing to help anyway they can! I really do appreciate this location and with CVID-19 they are understanding and pleasant to work with.
The van seemed to be well maintained, but was pretty dirty on the outside & could've used a wipe down or seats vacuumed on the inside.
The person working was not wearing a mask
They were very nice, clean and efficient, however! We asked for something that can get a 5x5 dresser. We were given a van that did not have a 5' opening. This was a wasted rental, we could not pick up our furniture. We paid for something that did not serve the purpose.

The windshield wipers were horrible. The truck pulls to the right really bad I think it has bad ball joints on the passenger side. It also has a small misfire I can feel and hear the stumble the check engine light is not on but it probably will be soon.

Disfunctional truck. Both pedals stuck, gas and brakes. Drunk lady make me wait 1 hour,after try to cancel my reservation. Filed complains. Unoutarized charges on my card. Not responding neither to calls, neither to emails. Return with stoned boy. Offul services. Froude and distortion for money. Your life is in danger renting from here. Your information is in danger. Don't rent here.
Equipment wasn't clean when I got it didn't do a walk through with me and I think they overcharged me on the gas

When pick up said they close at 6pm and there is a fee for after hours. When dropped truck off at 620. There was a guy still working and said they close at 7 and fee for after that. They still charged me the fee. Filled tank and they charged me extra for gas. Says it was only 3/4 full. Will rent uhaul again. Just not this location.
Equipment was available at the appointed time & it was in good condition.

Uhaul experience was fine, Covid cleaning measures and socially distanced check in left a lot to be desired
Booked online, got a call 5 minutes before closing that they couldn't honor my reservation and automatically transferred my rental to another location 10 miles further away. Van rental went well, returned the equipment 2 hours later. Next day got a voicemail that I still hadn't returned the van. After spending 20 minutes on hold, I had to explain to two different people that I already returned the van and they should get in touch with someone at the location. At least I didn't have to dispute a late charge.
Overall satisfactory experience.
The lady at the counter took a picture of my driver's license with her personal phone. I think this is an unacceptable use of my personal identifying information. The employee could now steal my identity. I will not be using a UHAUL again.
Maybe a heads up of what is going to be asked with you use online check in and return. We returned the car in the middle of the night, then remembered later that we had to go online and return it. That's when I was told y'all needed pictures of the truck and milage. We were already home ready for bed but went up there but actually learned that we couldn't do it because we locked the doors and put the keys in the box so we could not take pictures of the odometer.
I was first sent to the wrong address because my reservation was moved to another location but the confirmation showed the original location address. I get to the new location and the woman who dropped off the truck the previous evening had locked the keys in the truck rather than use the Dropbox. Not the staff's fault. I was given the option of taking a much smaller truck or waiting 1-2 hours for a locksmith. I had people coming to help me move and couldn't wait, so I took the smaller truck. Loading took twice the time, and I had to call in favors for additional help/vehicles from friends. The truck's transmission and suspension seemed to be on their last legs. I didn't breathe until I returned the truck at the end of the day. The piece that bugs me is there was no backup plan in place, and no real customer service urge to make it right. This added a tremendous amount of stress to an already stressful day, yet I was kind and flexible and made the best of it when I could have flipped out. And yet I still pay full price, I still hear nothing from customer service. I have a family member who had a bad experience with Uhaul, so this might be the straw that broke the camel's back. I'll go Penske from now on. I don't really fault the location; they seem to be making the best of it. But UHaul corporate, and their fleet management and customer service? Yeah, I fault them. A franchise location is only as good as the source corporation will allow them to be and pushes them to be.
This truck seemed to have issues shifting. It doesn't seem like an emergency concern, but it might want to be looked at.
The side view mirror was Epoxied I'm place so I couldn't move it at all, therefore I couldn't see out of the right side mirror. The truck was at 107000 miles. Jesus. Get your shit together. I'll never recommend this location to anyone.

You need to look at your paperwork. I didn't rent the truck in the month it was used at a toll. And you still charged my card. I'll use some other service next.
roadside was horrible as far as being on phone for 30+ minutes. Once Charlie showed up he made things happen
Our original pick up location on 44th in Wheat Ridge was horrible. The person who does the rental check out was not there at 8:30am, even though our pick up time was 7am. It was a waste of time for us.
Staff were friendly
The pick up was super easy but I think the person at the front counter was new because they were unsure if the address I asked about was the location we were at. When he went and snagged somebody that could help me they were very helpful. Everything went smoothly with the pick up after that but I was using the contactless app pick up option and still had to talk to a person. The U-Haul smelled a little bit like smoke when I hopped in it initially but other than that everything was perfectly fine.
I had to go to a different location other than where I had ordered from. The vehicle was filthy. I asked for a dozen blankets and they had none. Overall it was a bad experience.
The rental was good for what I needed to do. Although the window didn't go down it had a)c. But the breaks were very squeeky.
The online check-in experience wasn't super intuitive or easy to use (maybe not applicable to this location, but still wanted to comment)

A half hour of my 6 hour time was wasted trying to check in. The vehicle was damaged (the driver mirror was destroyed), when I returned it there were two other trucks ahead of mine so I could barely pull in. I couldn't get in the door to return it because there were too many people. She just took my key and said she would send the invoice. I asked if she wanted the miles (11528) she said she would get it later. Last night I got my final invoice which went from $66 to $145! Because she charged me for a different vehicle and it wasn't my vehicle which I know by the mileage (it was 40k something) and said I used a dolly and 5 furniture pads which I did not! And still have not gotten back to me to fix this! I am pissed and will never go back there or even use uhaul again. (Home Depot rents these now too which I would have used if I had known!)
Opened late. Computer system/use was slow and even though I did pre-check in it took 45 minutes and I was first in line.
Broken side mirror and the inside smelt like weed
I got over charged and was told I would get a refund, haven't seen it yet 9/2. The employee was efficient and calm for obviously being overworked. Need 2 people there!!!

The customer service from the men in the morning is good but in the evening the woman are rude and treat the customers according to how there day is going
My initial payment apparently only covered the mileage of an interstate that's been closed for 2 weeks, due to a raging fire. Now I'm being charged extra for going the only route? Shouldn't UHaul know when a portion of the most popular interstate in the area has been closed.. for 2 weeks?
Representative was amazing! Walking in on a busy Saturday and he was very efficient and able to meet our needs. He made a bad situation a little better and saved me time and stress thank you!
Vehicle check out/in took too long. While checking in to pick up the truck, I still had to go inside to get the key. Defeated the entire process of doing it from your phone.
