The gentleman who served me was incredible. The online service wasn’t working great so he jumped in and helped me get moving quick, made sure I didn’t get a van covered in snow, and provided incredible customer service. As an executive in the Customer Service industry it hope he is on your Manager watchlist or in line for a holiday bonus. Will 100% recommend this branch to everyone.

Great service. I reserved ahead of time and the process was streamline and fast. I haven't rented a U Haul in a while and working with Roger Archuletta was above and beyond in regards to client experience and making sure no questions are left unanswered. I will definitely be back to this location.

We rented three trucks for this move. I was goingvto file a policw report against someone for stealing and today my son told me he left a very nice white folding costco table in the first truck and we were not called and it was not returned to us. I do not tolerate stealing and you stole from us.

Put information on for the reservation, didn't seem like it transferred though since I had to verbally tell the clerk almost everything again. But it was simple and a quick process

Absolutely the worst experience with a rental ever. Charged insurance when I said I didn’t need it and then charged $80 a day instead of the agreed upon $20

Agent gave all of the blankets at his location to someone before me even though I had a dozen reserved for my use so I had to go to another location to get the blankets I had reserved. Also this was the 3rd location I had to go to in order to get the truck I had reserved. Why have the location to reserve a truck if you’re going to make them go someplace else to pick up the truck???? Uhaul needs to operate like a rental car agency, which it is. I also looked into getting a trailer to tow my vehicle but the cost was almost as much as getting the 20 ft truck, which is totally ridiculous!!!

Our pick-up location was changed at 9:45 pm the night before through email, which happened to be 30 minutes in the opposite direction of where we were moving. I was told I would receive a call the night before by 6 pm with any changes. U-haul at Westminster double booked our truck and did not bother to call us until 10 minutes before pick-up time to tell us our truck wouldn’t be ready for another 4 hours. They did not offer to give us a different size truck or a discount for our inconvenience. I had to call the regional office to receive a discount. Furthermore, when we arrived at 12 pm to pick up the truck it was still not there. It didn’t get there until 12:45 pm. When I voiced my concerns to the manager and employees I was given a bunch of excuses and that it wasn’t their fault. This location needs major training in customer support and satisfaction. None of the staff apologized or tried to make things right. In fact, when I was upset that there weren't any furniture pads available, even though I ordered 2 dozen pads, I was made to feel like it was my problem. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly and this is by far the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.

Gas was clearly agreed upon, and marked. We drove a total of 6 miles and added a gallon of gas before returning the truck. The very rude worker who checked us in would not listen, look at mileage or look at gas receipt as proof. We got charged for almost 2 gallons of gas. We waited in a long line to talk to owner. Another woman working blew us off and said she was too busy to fix the error. She promised it would be fixed later. They never did. Called again just before closing - they still didn’t fix the problem. Next day - we were forgotten customers. Horrible service. Very unhappy customers. We will definitely rent elsewhere for future needs.

The staff were friendly, fast, and helpful. The moving truck was well maintained. The equipment was clean and functional. I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you for helping take some of the stress out of moving!

I made an appointment to wait for installation of my hitch. Was told wait time could be 1.5 to 2.5 hours. They were short staffed.There's no waiting area or amenities here so I walked 20 minutes to nearest fast food/ coffee to kill time. Then got the call that it was ready. EARLY -- less than an hour. This was great BUT wouldve been nice to get a ride back (2minute drive. 20 min walk uphill.) They were short staffed,as mentioned!
