They are very helpful and quickly got us on our way. I came back to this South Seneca U-Haul location because I had a previous experience elsewhere that took way too long to do the transaction. This U-Haul had other items handy that we needed like blankets to rent and an adapter we needed for our light hook-ups. When we needed to rent moving equipment again, I knew I would go back to the good people at U-Haul on South Seneca (near Pawnee). We rented the equipment, got our rental blankets and were hooked up to our trailer in less than 15 minutes! They are great to work with and I will be back when I need to rent again! On trailers , ensure brakes are maintained properly . The brake fluid was bone dry and trailer was pushing me downhill . I filled with dot 3 fluid and it worked well though may have a small leak as I added more later . Other than that , equipment was great.Walter M.

Location got switched last minute. Resulted in me driving more mileage than where I originally requested pick up (~40 miles which is nearly $50). We absolutely love this location! We had a reservation that was in Haysville. We arrived no one was there, called and he told me he'd be there shortly. 30 minutes went by and no one. So I called the Seneca location, which is where we normally go, and there is a gentleman that has been there a long time and he told me to come on over he could get us taken care of. We arrived and was off with our truck within ten minutes!!!! Seneca location is the BEST!!!Staci C.

This was the first time I rented/drove a van. The guys at U-Haul s. Seneca were awesome. I don't expect much in the way of customer service anymore. No one seems to care about doing there job well or efficiently. They were professional and efficient. I recommend renting from U-Haul when you want to do anything yourself to save money. I was suppose to pick up my 26' rental truck from Maize Food Mart on W. Kellogg. I arrived at 7:30am on Saturday and the Food Mart was not open and the front door had chains and a lock on it. I waited 30 minutes before calling another Uhaul location for help. Uhaul at Westway was able to save me!!!! I had to move on Saturday and was moving from Wichta, KS to Hutchinson KS. Maize Food Mart should NOT be allowed to be a Uhaul location. I give Maize Food Mart a ZERO rating. Thank you Uhaul at Westway for saving the day. FIVE star for sure.James L.

I did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit.
