This location was great, but it's not where I reserved the trailer. I chose a location closer to where I was going to pick the car up and it had 1:30 as the soonest, but I clicked that anyway even though I wanted earlier. Turns out they didn't have the trailer and was sent to this location that I could have picked the trailer up from much earlier so it was a big inconvenience to say the least. Again, the Uhaul attendant was friendly and offered chairs for us to sit in, and later told us that he would return the chairs to their original location. This was critical as I was escorting my 88 year old aunt who does not tolerate standing for very long.Kevin K.
Clarify that the top is not covered with the â€œregularâ€ insurance offering for the truck rental. I only found out about this while listening to an irate customer after he had damaged the top. This was something the on line UHAUL rep did not mention to me. Secondly, while trying to use my App, it could not find my reservation under my phone or email address. If this is a preferred method for UHAUL to use and reduce overhead, it should work flawlessly.Clark S.

The vehicle from Westway/Wichita was so dirty and the windshield so bug-covered I could hardly see. The vehicle had dents dings and scratches everywhere. My experience with the West Kellogg location was an immense improvement. Highly recommendallan R.

They are very helpful and quickly got us on our way. I came back to this South Seneca U-Haul location because I had a previous experience elsewhere that took way too long to do the transaction. This U-Haul had other items handy that we needed like blankets to rent and an adapter we needed for our light hook-ups. When we needed to rent moving equipment again, I knew I would go back to the good people at U-Haul on South Seneca (near Pawnee). We rented the equipment, got our rental blankets and were hooked up to our trailer in less than 15 minutes! They are great to work with and I will be back when I need to rent again! Helpful and friendly people to work work with makes it the best!Brenda W.

On trailers , ensure brakes are maintained properly . The brake fluid was bone dry and trailer was pushing me downhill . I filled with dot 3 fluid and it worked well though may have a small leak as I added more later . Other than that , equipment was great.Walter M.

Location got switched last minute. Resulted in me driving more mileage than where I originally requested pick up (~40 miles which is nearly $50). Explained this to the store manager and nothing was done to help the situation. Just super unhelpful during the whole time in the store and it made his employees feel awkward.Andrew H.

I did not like u haul putting their lock on my unit and I had to wait for them to unlock my rented unit. They always had a truck that was broke down parked in front of my unit, again I had to wait to have it moved so I could get into my unit.
