I told the guy I was going out of town which was 1.5 hours one way He said ok gave me the paper to sign and I was on my way. Go to drop off and get told the charge was gonna be well over $400 when the paper said $89 ... guy claims i never told him and blah blah blah said he was dealing with 80 customers and said i never told him very unprofessional and would never recommend ot deal with Uhail ever again and will be telling everyone about this terrible experience.

TERRY HCommunication is terrible. They don’t tell you when they’re going to be late. They were 7hrs late to drop off, picked up the boxes 2 days late so we had to pay for another city permit. Then they dropped them off 1 day late, and no one called me to let me know that they would not be coming on time. I had to call and ask where they were. Very disappointed and no compensation was provided

Kristin HWasn’t that the 11th location was bad. They were just at the end of our experience. Originally had truck booked for pick up and drop off in Martensville as that were the move was from and to. Went to pick up at time reserved and was told no truck. My reservation was black barred and was told someone was supposed to have called me. No phone call. Phoned U-Haul and they said to go to the millar location in Saskatoon at 330 for a truck. We originally wanted one for 10:30. Moving my senior mom and had help at 10:30. Not at 3:30. So we went to Millar location. After a bit of a wait we were told the truck reserved would be a hour or two late. They sent us to 11th street. They had a truck but buy this time it was well after 4 and were told to have it back for 7 pm. Very inconvenient. Only had the actually truck to move with for a couple hours. We specifically reserved in Martensville so we wouldn’t have to drive to Saskatoon. At the Martensville location and Millar location the people working felt very bad about the whole situation but was out of there hands. Management originally offered 10$ off but then went to 50$ off the fee but we still ended up paying double that in mileage and gas as we had to drive into Saskatoon. Never finished moving that day and was a way longer process then needed as our help was that day and no way to move anything large until 430 ish and then only for a couple hours.

Christopher RWorkers in person and workers on the phone were very helpful. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and I have to say that it was a good experience.
Le-on OThe vehicle was good, ran well and there were no issues. The problem was with the loaders and I loaders. The loaders were scheduled for a two hour stint, as per contract. After 45 minutes they refused to work further, leaving the driver in a bind. The unloaders never showed up at all.
Bev GNo demo of vehicle. Wasted 20 minutes of paid time figuring out vehicle. Could not call store to ask about slight extension of booking. No answer Forwarded to call center on one call. Recording said hour wait to talk with someone. That was frustrating and poor/ and should not be acceptable as customer service. Forced to rush and ended up moving a number of items in my own vehicle. No ramp on 10’ truck. Most pictures online show ramps. Previously rented truck was next size and had the ramp. I assumed they all did. No ramp resulted in more time to move.

Tim GHello, The two staff members who were on the day I rented are clearly over worked and under paid, in my humble opinion. Despite that fact, they were both engaged, efficient, knowledgeable, and nice. A Seke fellow set me up, and an older gent with a beard whose certified in all areas closed the contract. Both individuals provided me with great service in a quick and timely manner. I was in a rush both renting and returning and they made it easy. Thank you to them both. If no raise, which I know UHaul is very tight with, please at least take the time to personally credit them for a job well done. They deserve recognition, as I can confidently say this was not a one-of situation, but how they operate, even in the busiest of times. Kudos to the staff at my nearest UHaul location on Miller, as well. They have been wonderful in all interactions over my many years of business work your company. I definitely do not agree with many of UHauls policies and practices...but your employees at these two locations are keeping your customers such as myself, a long term customer across multiple platforms, coming back. Thank you

I like the supplied lock for the truck back, the handles to help get in and out, the gas use estimate on the check sheet, the moving blankets, the heavy-duty furniture dolleys, the side mirrors, pickup and drop off was so easy, quality moving supplies eg. Packing tape. Plastic wrap. Boxes.
Michel LThe app made the rental booking process easy. Trailer appeared older, but was in good repair. Facility was nice and new. Staff helped with the hooking/unhooking of the trailer.
Chris HThe car was very dirty and of course very problematic. The delivery time was very, very long and despite booking it a few days ago, the car was not delivered at the desired location and I had to use Uber and my costs actually increased. I would not recommend anyone to use it under any circumstances.

sohail qTruck at 50 shakes n sent t.v falling that was tied up and had tire imbalance that vibrations n serious shacking of belongings to cause damages very upset n had clean up mess n hlas n drop off t dump n extra milage and full and your fault contacting customer service and claim

ricky gUhaul as a whole needs to implement a credit of some sort when a unit comes back over what it was sent out with. I started with a quarter tank, which would not be great given i was moving things out of town. So I put fuel in before starting to load, I ended with over half a tank and there is no compensation. They will charge you if you do not bring the unit back with the same amount of fuel, but will not do anything for customers if they return it with significantly more fuel than they picked it up with. That just seems wrong to me.

Colleen PMy uhaul cargo was easily booked over the phone by the representative on circle drive, Saskatoon, SK. It was helpful. And the pick up was easy. Drop off does take some time but I like that you can take pictures to show the fleet was dropped off in same condition.
Onyeka Athe service is slow, gas was not filled completely when picked up. The cost is greater then expected. it is not what you claim the rental will be as mileage adds on it is more .

Bill TDidn't have the trailer at pick up time with the truck. Had to do separate billing than tried charging more because of that when I came back. Charge me twice as much initially because you wanted dropped off in USA not crossing the border because of the problems with outsiders
BRADLEY WI was sent to this location from another location as the truck I had signed up for was not available. The staff were friendly and very helpful and go me on my way. However there was only one person doing everything, so had to wait for about 15 min until someone appeared to help me.
MYRNA LVery friendly, moved the pickup date a day forward without hassle. Did forget moving blankets, but understand given date change.

Byron KIn my first visit, there was only one person working there and I was waiting a while in line. I was not told that I needed to give them 24 hours notice before getting access to my own storage unit. They told me that they also couldn’t access my unit because they ran out of gas for the forklift and had to come by the next day. They also said they couldn’t find my contract although one had already been drafted. They said that they had my name under another unit and got me the wrong box despite telling them exactly what my box number was. I felt the staff was highly incompetent. I went to Storage Mart and they had everything lined up for me before I even showed up. Asides from renting the moving van I will not be coming back. The staff also made more excuses and complaints about their own facility and management than actually helping me out. The staff was also more concerned about staying past their working hours than helping me out.
