Hated that i had to drive 30 miles to get the trailer, return home to load it then back to the same area to unload them back home...80+ miles total... the local outlets where i live had no motorcycle or open trailers... I'd there had been a trailer here, it would've been 40 miles round trip n be fine

Update your data base so, when I call to reserve, I don’t have to explain why my phone number brings up someone else’s name. I have used your service many many times in the past. It would be nice to be recognized when I call. I have asked and been promised by many Uhaul employees, that they would rectify the data base, but the same issue continues. Makes me wonder about how much you care about your services and customers. Feel free to contact me if you care to resolve this simple issue that reminds me to maybe go somewhere else.

The only thing to me was the dolly, in the past when I rented a truck, it came with a much taller and wider dolly that made it easier to move our refrigerator. Other than that Ebola’s fine.

Only issue would be that location is on a busy road and Turning into that road is dangerous. There is a blind curve that you can’t see the traffic coming and makes you pull out into traffic moving at speed.

1.The light inside the cab was out of service and when returning the truck at 10:59pm it was difficult to see anything inside the cab. 2. Young kid that help me renting out the truck asked me for the name and number of a relative not living with me? In all my years renting vehicles I was never inconvenience with that before and don’t understand the relevance or why this was requested or necessary?

George, the manager, was awesome! He was very helpful and understanding. Helped me move out a stinky freezer when he didn't have to be physically involved but he did. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend.

This facilities employees make this a unique place. I had spent several hours on the phone with U-Haul attempting to get information regarding our move; and, to my dismay, every call resulted with more confusion resulting from customer service giving different answers. I can’t give enough praise to GM, George Jadin and employee, Jaden. They were the kindest, knowledgeable about their store, and helpful.

The storage was great. The one thing I was surprised about was not getting a credit back after paying for a whole month and not using the entire month of the storage. I paid on the 2nd and moved out my stuff on the 20th.

The facility was wonderful it was clean, easy coming and going and loading. Very well lit and felt comfortable there as a woman that night by herself. The staff was amazing and would help in anyway they can.

Until I checked out Thursday you would of had a much higher rating however we paid almost 200 a month to keep things is climate controlled to keep them as same condition however one dresser has moisture to the top that was near perfect condition now and is not so good condition now! I reported it however they had closed out my account and called the manager after in which it was said there was nothing that could be done! So disappointed! I moved the furniture to different storage in hopes it will at least maintain its condition but the top is ruined and will have to somehow be covered to look presentable! I wish the young ladies at the location would have better exsplained that they had JUST CLEARED MY ACCOUNT! I had no choice but to get it done as I had to leave town on emergency and not sure when I will be back to report otherwise! Over the past 8 months between truck rentals and storage I’ve spent a small fortune! I have 2 more units I need to move but doubtful I will be using this company or recommending to anyone! Very disturbing every one out for that almighty 1.00 and customer services no longer seem to care! The one company I still trusted has joined the ranks with the rest! ! Very upset ! This furo was is outstanding condition purchased in 1987 ! Was not perfect but near perfect condition passed down to my son! I had pictures that was taken prior to moving it to storage as I took pictures to remember my parents home after my dad passed and my mom sold her house! So much for vintage or antique or heirloom! You really do need to do something about the moisture in the units! People being Charged way to much to have furniture destroyed! With working on base plenty of folks to worn about these units and company! Don’t believe in my eyes this is over!

I come back to this location mainly due the above and especially Colon Smith. He is an amazing young man. Dealing with U haul at this location is so seamless. It’s is run like a well oiled machine.
