Employees came up to me immediately after pulling into the check-in area. I do not have a problem with this location. I have a problem with the u-haul reservation line who set a reservation for storage at Stephanie place U-Haul and when I arrived to check in I was told that there was no such reservation and no such spot available for quite some time. In general, staff at all locations were helpful and friendly. The troubles all stemmed from the corporate level, including the â€œtrafficâ€ department that even exasperated your own staff. The only helpful person was the one who checked us in. He was GREAT! But my experience afterwards was horrible. The woman who checked us out began yelling at us because we attempted to use the online service to turn in the truck. Very rude. On top of that she made us go back and put more gas because it was ONE line off... Keep in mind, that when I received the truck, it was filled below the stated line. The larger vehicle worked worked out OK, but it was very awkward to drive. The truck had zero oil in it and was very difficult to drive. We added 2 quartz and it was still barely visible on dip stick. When I returned the truck I dealt with 2 rude employees. The one inside Marcus Hall was shouting, arguing, and talking down to me. He even kicked me out of store. I of course asked for a manager. He said I was talking to one. He actually claimed to be a manager 3 times. He is not a manager. I called in and got the actual manager. She came out and spoke with me. I have never been so disgusted. Had told the facility I had done so and that i had cleared the unit out, but they continued to charge me for the unit because of the lock being still on there.
