My problem is with Corp. Office cause when I returned vehicle the computer didnt match up with my paperwork. Computer said I was a day late and over in mileage. We were slightly under with gas gauge. So we paid them what they charged us and the guy at return location was very helpful and gave me instructions and phone number as to dispute. It's been a few months I never had time to dispute so I let it go until now I went to rent a truck again and they have the nerve to red flag my license and I owe them 246.00 . When they owe me so I'm pissed.

I was treated very poorly by the owner and would not feel comfortable returning for any reason. I was told it was mandatory to provide 2 phone numbers and that they would call to verify. I have rented several time in the past and have never had this requirement. She became irate with me and cancelled my reservation.

I rent a van 2 to 3 weeks a month and the people at u haul r the best.fint change a thing ,they are all doing a good job

This location happened to have a return vehicle in the size I needed to my area. We didn't have a reservation, and were very surprised that we found what we needed right away. The associate there was very friendly and even gave us a discount on supplies.

I dropped off my trailer on Saturday, January 24th after picking it up on Tuesday January 21st. I was told I had 8 DAYS TO GET THE TRAILER TO LAS VEGAS. I dropped the trailer off 4 days EARLY and was harassed by UHAUL stating I had not returned the trailer and I was in violation of my contract and then today I received a receipt that they are billing me FOR AN EXTRA DAY WHEN THE STUPID TRAILER HAS BEEN ON THE UHAUL LOT FOR 11 days!!!!! The guy that checked me out when I dropped off looked at my paper, told me to back the trailer up into a parking space and then he unhooked and said "Have a great day." That was it. Then 9 days later I get an email from Uhaul asking where I am with the trailer and that it is passed due for drop off and now they are charging me an extra day. This is after being ripped off of $150 when they billed me extra for a hitch that was already paid in full, including labor. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with UHAUL!! NEVER NEVER NEVER will I use their services again, no storage units, not trucks, no trailers, no hitch service!! This has been a horrible experience. Moving is stressful enough and then when you work with people who are totally unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing, it really makes it 100 times more stressful!! I demand a refund for the UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE for the extra day when I DROPPED THE TRAILER OFF EARLY!!!! This does not make sense!!!!

Please replace mickey willis. She is very poor with customers and has made it very vocal of her bias opinions of minorities and homosexuals. Making an experience as a paying customer feel very unvaluable.

Change the employee attitude at the front desk and don’t take my picture without my consent while I am still asking questions. Also, don’t change the price from online to $30 more when I show up for my reservation. Will not be using uhaul again.

This was an after hours pick-up. It felt like we were trying to escape from a breakout room to run the gauntlet of requirements for pickup. We were advised that if there were problems to call the number posted on the building. That number went unanswered. After three calls to the number on the building, we finally got help from the national call center after being on hold for 15 minutes. Overall, it took 75 minutes to complete the checkout of the vehicle.

TERRIBLE Customer service on 01/07 at approximately 8:00am to 11am in that boulder hwy location. The woman was very rude, lazy, slob eating her food and having it right on the counter even making a mess dipping her fingers in there. She had trouble talking using mostly lazy hand gestures. Glad there’s other locations!

I'm a loyal customer have rented from uhaul countless times my old telephone number is 702-782-4944 and my current number is 702-540-6179! I will NOT be renting from you all ever again! My experience there was horrible! I had to put gas in it several times expressing the gas hand had to be broken! I went to the gas station at least 5 times trying to get the gas right! The clerk insinuated that since I did not have my receipts that I didnt think that I would need ESPECIALLY since I was driving straight to the Uhaul location! Plus I think since the charges kept changing my chase bank card is blocked now I have to go to the bank to fix it because of the service this rental has caused! I just realized after this experiment that I could have rented from budget,penski or other truck companies I was a VERY loyal customer until my concern went on deaths ear! I put over $50 in that truck and was not didnt have extra money now I still owe a bill of 101.00 plus dollars for that rental that because of my move yesterday I didn't get to fix! Honestly I'm a very dissatisfied customer extremely disappointed in the lack of car and concern for my issue!

You should put down theres a minimum $100 deposit before someone shows up to take the truck. And actually book trucks when scheduled online would be nice. Other than that truck ran like shit, but did the in town job needed.

The online check in option took way longer than if I'd just gone in. I understand the need to verify things for mobile pickup but the approval waiting process, the lack of staffing to accommodate key pickup, and a few other hickups in the sign up take up a lot of time. If convenience is supposed to be a factor, then the mobile system needs some reworking.

I rented a van for $19 around 10:30 pm. I returned it around 2:30 pm. I made one trip and it cost me $42 dollars. I don't understand the $19. I didn't need to put gas either. Please help me understand that charge.

The manager is a gem. She was extremely helpful. Even when we completed our return our uhaul a day early the staff was quick and friendly.

Truck had gas cap off and a gas can sitting there next to it, the representative had a bad attitude when I ask what was going on with all that. I was given an inaccurate fuel reading. I was a lil disappointed that I had to park my motorcycle at an off Uhaul property lot. I probably wont use this location again.

We rented a 15' truck, drove it 9 miles total. Before returning truck we stopped and put 5 dollars in gas (which i have a receipt for) in. Upon pulling in a woman claiming to be manager came out said we owed 11 dollars for gas which makes zero sense to us. How? 9 miles burns exactly how much fuel in your trucks?! She was rude said im charging your card on file regardless of no explanation and this is all besides the truck not being level which we explained to her. I will never rent a truck again from your company and at this point we were so disappointed and feel like the company is a scam. We will be writing a yelp review in hopes no one else will be taken advantage of by your manager at the Boulder Hwy location.
