** this was easy & just what I needed.. ..BUT.. upon return, the rep asked if I'd gone (230 miles -I'm not sure exactly the number he said..) ..but.. NO .. NO, I HAD NOT..!! the mileage was 130 .. ..and.. The rep knew the u-haul workers had used a truck for business use the day before, but "apparently" they had "forgotten" to relog the correct mileage after they used it..!! That was the only issue with my experience.. From now on, I'll snap a picture of beginning & end mileage..!! & I hope my bill has been corrected, the rep said he'd contact me ..but.. I haven't heard from him yet!! I would have given a 5 star excellent review, IF THIS HADNT HAVE HAPPENED!!

Once we rousted the employees from the break room, they were helpful, knowledgeable, Expedient and competent. They need to put a bell on front door so when someone enters, it sets off a ringer in break room. They are located in a former retail store location in a strip mall, so it is a huge space for a small store.

Your website never worked, I brought it in a day early and thought it was checked in but apparently it didn't work, then I was charged an extra $900, luckily my cc company notified me and I was able to go in. He fixed it rather fast but still annoying that I couldn't reach them by phone and had to physically go in there.

The clerk that checked the vehicle out for me was incredibly skilled and highly professional. Her assistant (appeared to be a trainee) was friendly and quick to accomplish what needed to be done. They were a great team.

This isn't for the broadway location but we reserved a truck in rexburg, come to find out there weren't any 26' trucks in rexburg and the locations there were all closed. So we had to drive all the way to IF and back to load up and move to Pocatello. What's the point of the reservation system? That part was bull shit.

The truck I reserved for 8:30 am was not ready. And there was not one available in idaho falls until 4:00 pm. Since I had movers at 9, I was very frustrated. The young man who helped was very accommodating.

I can't even to begin to tell you how wonderful CeCi was and Patty .They helped us through the whole move and Ceci was very caring and sweet she gave us relief at every turn and reassured us that is was no big hurry if we weren't ready for delivery.I couldn't tell you how many times we change the dates and everyone was very understanding Thank you Ceci for your kindness and we will send everyone your way.

The reason why I decided to move my storage items was because of a nasty, ignorant experience with 1 specific employee. Sure enough, when I came back to give them one final piece of my business in the form of renting a 5x8 trailer to haul my stuff out, the experience got worse. The employee failed to mount the trailer correctly and after pulling 15 feet away from the U-Haul door, I noticed the trailer was making its way towards the back of my SUV. Luckily I pulled forward to avoid any damages. She shrugged it off like it was no big deal. Major damage could have happened. Oh, and I didn't mention that It took me 1 hour to finalize the paperwork even after I made the booking through the U-Haul app. Note to GM: I don't know if that employee is your relative or friend, but she is not doing anything productive for your business. I will never ever go to the broadway U-Haul again, sorry.

They towed our U-Boxes for illegal parking, fine I get that. But we got our boxes back and a lot of our stuff was missing! I’m infuriated, I’ve called and sent messages and have gotten nothing back.

Though I returned the Uhaul box I rented from Uhaul kalispell on 29th of May, yet my card kept being charged for the months of June, July and August....even after informing them again and again.
