Super happy with these guys. All of them were knowledgeable and so helpful in suggesting options, looking up information and getting me on my way. My trip totally got rearranged, and I had to backtrack. They were great in flexibility. I had to wait for their help the next morning because I couldn’t budge the hitch mechanisms. It was very cold and things were stiff and tire straps were a bit frozen, but still attachable. Joe, Lexus and owner, Daniel are good people. This is one of the better locations. Easy to get in, maneuver and exit. Big accessory stock inside. Huge parking lot. And customer service is everything. They have it.

We would have liked at least a partial refund on our box rental since we moved out 3 days after we paid for the full month. That seems fair but we didn’t get one when the associate asked the manager.

This location made sure I was credited back all the misses from the origin store and was very customer service oriented and helped restore my opinion of U Haul. They were also surprised by the issues upon pick up at the Las Vegas location.

the employees at this location are great! I reserved a ft truck for $388 online and upon arrival to pick, was told they were out and we had to take a 26 ft and the price was virtually the same as a 26 ft truck, if I would have wanted a 26 ft truck I would have reserved one to begin with, they did give us extra days to make up I guess,

Horrible move experience - blame falls again at corporate level - Traffic again sent me to a different drop off location - after they confirmed the location that I showed up to. Horrible!!

Pick-up was easy. Drop-off was not! Before making our reservation we had noticed there was a drop-off location 5 minutes from the apartment which didn't show when we finally made the reservation so we had to choose another location. We asked when we picked up the trailer if we could return it to any location & was told we could. The lady at the closest location was pleasant & told us to take the trailer to a different location another 5 minutes away. There they told us we had to take it to the location on our rental agreement--another 30 minutes across town in heavy city traffic. Not happy about that wasted time!

Have someone at the front desk. There was no one there when I arrived to return the equipment (during normal business hours) I ended up finding them at the back of the warehouse working on a car.

1545 Broadway Street in Idaho Falls. Needs a sign out front so you can find the place it's hard to find the place when you're busy in traffic not trying other vehicles and look for U-Haul store.

I returned the rental truck and Trailer (car carrier) a full 2 days early after my horendous and unsafe journey I returned the equipment in much better shape and cleaner than when I picked it up in Billlings Montana. I couldn't even get the Idaho Falls UHAUL attendant to provide me with any kind of written receipt. What kind of Company operates like this. When I complained to the Uhaul representatives I was told that they couldn't issue any refund because I got to my destination. Again what kind of company operates like that. You are lucky me and my family were not injured or even worse killed. The court case would have been disastrous for Uhaul. Thanks for giving me a lesson in todays humanity.

Went in a few days earlier to point out that I need a specific trailer and that no other trailer would do. There were two of them in the lot at the time and I specifically made sure they knew exactly what I needed. Went in on my sceduled pickup time and there was NO TRAILER!!!! They were both gone. They told me there was one at another location on the other side of town so I went there to pick it up. That place was closed but they realized that and called me as I was standing at the door of the place. They told me I could hook up the trailer myself so I gave them the trailer number and hooked it up and left. (previously have had lots of experience with trailers)

The employee told me that he needed a charge me a $30 fuel fee because I didn't return the truck with a full tank of gas, but I told him it only had a quarter of a tank when I picked it up. He took the $30 charge off for me.

The employee informed me that there would be $30 fuel charge because I returned it with only a quarter tank of gas. When I told him that's all it was in it when I picked it up, he took the fee off. He told me it should have been fully fueled when I picked it up, but it wasn't.

We have a car break down which delayed our arrival. I called ahead and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and generously allowed us to bring the truck back a day late without a charge. This was going above and beyond and was a relief during a very stressful situation. 10 stars to this U-Haul location!!!

Brianna Patterson was a great rep for U-Haul. She was professional, helpful, friendly and a joy to be around. Maybe you should make her your spoke person for U-Haul on her own tv commercial, kind of like Flo is for Progressive Insurance. Equipment was good and clean and worked well.

I wasn’t able to look for my phone ! I lost my phone in the truck I rented , I paid a lot for the truck . I then was set up with another truck to drive back to slc for fifty dollars which was great but then I was told I got charged got miles ? I was not aware of this my experiance with I haul cost me replacement of my phone which was 275 .00 , 500.00 for the truck rental which was never discused hoe it was broke down just charged and they kept my phone the truck wasnt ready ! Then I got charge more when I returned it ! I understand that the truck was gone s long time ! But I was treated like dirt in Idaho and yarn yhey had a hard time even getting the other truck rented to me because they put so much on the computer saying not to rent to me ! So it cost me for just under a week 5 days renting U-Haul just under a thousand dollar Rd in gas and time off work it has Ben a very expensive time I won’t do again !

They towed our U-Boxes for illegal parking, fine I get that. But we got our boxes back and a lot of our stuff was missing! I’m infuriated, I’ve called and sent messages and have gotten nothing back.

I tried to rent from a location that opened earlier but was changed to a location that opened at a later time, which delayed my trip. Was unhappy with this change and there wasn't anything uhaul was willing to do to accommodate me. However, when I picked up the trailer the check-in process went really well. The trailer was good.

At first, I was happy. Then, you double charged me for my U-boxes, and charged me for a location that I was never at. Way too much hassle.

Though I returned the Uhaul box I rented from Uhaul kalispell on 29th of May, yet my card kept being charged for the months of June, July and August....even after informing them again and again.
