I was very disappointed to find out I couldn't return the moving blanket, still in it's un-opened U-haul packaging because I didn't have a paper receipt. U-haul really needs to get competitive with their data management system such as companies like Home Depot where receipts are electronic and can be tracked using the customer credit card.BRENTLY C.

Upon starting the process of research and getting a reservation, it seems that I was interacting with different offices and personnel over the course of several phone calls. All staff were polite and helpful, but this part of the process seemed a bit convoluted. Once we were scheduled, I was dealing with Cece (sp) and she was absolutely a pleasure to deal with, going the extra mile (in some cases literally) to meet our schedule. Hoping to use my 1 free month of storage once I arrived. UHaul policy makes it impossible to lease a storage locker without 2 additional contact phone numbers plus an alternate address. This policy is absurd. Not having more then 1 phone and only 1 address I was unable to lease. Went to storage facility a few blocks away and was able to lease a locker with no problems and no need for additional phone numbers or addresses. Would recommend rental, but will not recommend storage to any of my friends that may ask.LLOYD L.

** this was easy & just what I needed.. ..BUT.. upon return, the rep asked if I'd gone (230 miles -I'm not sure exactly the number he said..) ..but.. NO .. NO, I HAD NOT..!! the mileage was 130 .. ..and.. The rep knew the u-haul workers had used a truck for business use the day before, but "apparently" they had "forgotten" to relog the correct mileage after they used it..!! That was the only issue with my experience.. From now on, I'll snap a picture of beginning & end mileage..!! & I hope my bill has been corrected, the rep said he'd contact me ..but.. I haven't heard from him yet!! I would have given a 5 star excellent review, IF THIS HADNT HAVE HAPPENED!!SueAnn M.

Once we rousted the employees from the break room, they were helpful, knowledgeable, Expedient and competent. They need to put a bell on front door so when someone enters, it sets off a ringer in break room. They are located in a former retail store location in a strip mall, so it is a huge space for a small store.WILLIAM B.

Your website never worked, I brought it in a day early and thought it was checked in but apparently it didn't work, then I was charged an extra $900, luckily my cc company notified me and I was able to go in. He fixed it rather fast but still annoying that I couldn't reach them by phone and had to physically go in there.Timothy M.

The clerk that checked the vehicle out for me was incredibly skilled and highly professional. Her assistant (appeared to be a trainee) was friendly and quick to accomplish what needed to be done. They were a great team.TRACIE G.
This isn't for the broadway location but we reserved a truck in rexburg, come to find out there weren't any 26' trucks in rexburg and the locations there were all closed. So we had to drive all the way to IF and back to load up and move to Pocatello. What's the point of the reservation system? That part was bull shit.Keela W.
