I requested a first floor storage space because I was storing many heavy boxes after hours. When I got to the facility around 9pm, the storage was on the second floor making it impossible to carry up the boxes. I could not use the storage. It took me 1 hour to get a truck. I had reserved the truck from 12pm -4pm and I was given the truck at 1pm and was expected to give the truck back at 4pm. I paid for 4 hours not 3. Horrible location.DANYAL R.
I filled out everything on line- it still took some time to wait at the counter to complete things.....i though the on line checkout would not require this, but you still have to wait at the counter. I'm not unhappy with Uhaul, just looking for more efficiency-John H.
I recieved my U-Haul truck very dirty even though they tried cleaning it .I waited over an hour for them to clean the truck it really needed to be hosed down but I guess they only had a mop.There where nails all over the truck also.I even had to help the employee it was that dirty.They should have given me an upgrade or a different truck.It cost me more money because the moving people had to wait an hour and half more than I had to also go clean the truck in a car wash before my things could go in the truckLISA R.

- Truck was not properly clean upon entry (Vaseline bottle found under driver's seat...). - Truck was extremely old with 158,000 miles on it and no modern features such as Bluetooth, etc. - Mobile after-hours drop-off app is incredibly convoluted and time-consuming. - Prices charged seem astronomically high for 1-day rental of a truck; mileage fees are a killer.Patrick D.

I parked in the return area - the sign said to wait with vehicle for return. I waited for ten minutes. Another vehicle pulled up. She went inside. Another vehicle pulled in. He went inside. They both came out with an employee. She told me she would take care of my after she took care of the other two. I asked her why I was last. She said the others went inside so she has to take care of them first. I asked her about the sign. She said I was right. Then why did I have to wait for the others to be checked in. She said because they went inside. So the sign is wrong. She said no the sign is right.. Then why was i being checked in last?RICHARD K.

When we checked in, the customer service rep had his face mask under his chin, offering no protection. When I returned the vehicle,k the person calculating the charge tried to charge me about $35 more than she should have, I made her recalculate it and it was corrected. I had terrible and unprofessional customer experience at that location. I was treated like a threat and criminal at one point I over heard one of the managers say â€œhe's that guy that's always causing problems to the communityâ€ I didn't wanna confront him because I didn't wanna make a scene. People are dumping their furniture in front of the main access way. Not only does it make it inconvenient but it also make the storage look like a local dump. Your staff do a great job making it clean but that recycling idea that you guys got have to go because it simply turned into the local dump. 95% of the things that the people left is straight up GARBAGE that can not be salvage.
