Thank you! I stored my things here for 4 years and am grateful. Unfortunately, my gate didn't close properly and when I returned the unit was full of mice and cockroaches. I'm sure that's not unusual, though. It seems that over my rental period the gates all around mine were replaced with new ones. It would have been nice if they would have replaced mine as well. Otherwise, the facility is convenient. The staff was always very nice and communication was consistent and polite. Thank you! The location that I used (7866 Forrest Hills Dr, Atlanta, GA), could not have been more unprofessional. My box arrived here in June. I scheduled a pickup for my box on Saturday 8/7, many days in advanced. 2 hours before pickup, I get a call from this location saying they don't have a forklift driver. I was frustrated because this should have been planned for in advanced. I Saturday is when I had off from work and could move into my new home. UHaul should have planned for a forklift drivers on a Saturday weeks before. The lady on the phone was unapologetic and unprofessional. I then move into a new home on Sunday 9/19. My movers show up at UHaul to get my box but UHaul tells them â€œit's unavailableâ€ with no information. Because this UHaul location didnt answer my numerous phone calls, I had to drive 30 minutes to the location to speak to them and they said they didn't get the box from the back of the storage room. I had placed my moving order 3 days before!!! There's no reason this should've happened and the fact that they can't call to let me know with proper notice! THEN I reschedule my movers for the next day, and my movers have to spend 90 minutes waiting for UHaul to get my box because my order shows canceled in the system!? Garnicia (the new general store manager) was not helpful as she said she didn't know what she was doing because she was new. I didn't cancel it, I had no refund, and it showed as active in the system. This was such a frustrating experience, I will not be using UHaul again. They were EXTREMELY difficult to get ahold of on the phone or chat consistently (from June to September I only got ahold of them on the phone twice)Priya S.

I would rated this location a 5 star. Because of the great experience I had returning the vehicle. Checking out the vehicle was a whole different story. The associate working that day was too quick to check me out and these are results of a good/bad review. 1. The contract indicated a full tank. It had less then 3/4. 2. The mileage on the contract indicated over 77,000 miles. It had a little over 66,000 miles. When I brought these findings to the associates attention. She dismissed me by saying. â€œJust take a picture.â€ REALLY!DEBRA R.

She and the female that was in training provided exceptional service and was able to rise above the rude, disrespectful, unreasonable and out right crazy customers before me. Ms. Erica Young was always accommodating, and I appreciate all of her help over the last year. When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. The entire staff portrays outstanding customer service skills that are both impeccable, and hard to find in many businesses. Ericka however is one of the best I have ever dealt with in my life . I was in the process of losing many of my possessions due to unemployment, also losing my mind . I could hardly communicate let alone describe the services I needed at the time. I recently rented a pick up from Uhaul for a small move. I was initially running behind and contacted the store. Erica answered and was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, I met Erica and she was so pleasant, she was the only one on property and was assisting numerous guests with a wonderful and helpful demeanor. I have only rented from Uhaul once before. But her hospitality and genuine want to assist was so needed. Moving can be extremely stressful and she really helped to make the process smooth. I was shuffled to three different locations after every location failed to keep my reservation even though I arrived on time. It took us 3 hours to find new rental vehicles every time we were turned away. We waited over 45 minutes at one location for an attendant to arrive to the office while 10 plus customers waited and were pushed over an hour past their pick up time. This was the most stressful moving day I've ever experienced and almost entirely due to UHauls failure to operate correctly. I hope I never have to move again.Alivia B.
