The truck was old and the front door was hard to close because the handle was cracked. They gave me the truck with little gas and had to goto the gas station because the low gas light was on. It was not a good experience

The trucks I’ve rented were not clean and almost impossible to drive due front wheels wobbling to the point I couldn’t drive over 55 mph. Customer service sucks. I absolutely dislike this place.

For starters. This location was nice. But it was also the third place I had to go to for a truck. And I barely got one there. This whole process was extremely stressful and I hope to never go through this again. Why do you send people on a wild goose chase to find a truck after you have made a reservation???!

I would say at 1st I had a great experience, but towards the end of my experience it was not good, I end up losing my storage, I had very important paperwork in there, instead of the manager contacting me herself she was delivering the messages three my ex husband who I turned on to the U-Haul for him a storage united, do to the manager was a very nice lady, I never gotten the message there for I lose my united, and my ex husband still has his united , I don’t feel like it’s fair because he owed it as well and to be a manager delivering message through another person you don’t know if that person is communicating with one another so how do you know that the message is going to get to that person I feel like you need to be more improvement on that subject as delivering missions through people do not have a contact information or number I mean, that should be the way of you losing your stories, but if you do have contact or a person to have a unit, I feel like that you should reach out to that person yourself out of send a message through someone else maybe it could avoid you losing your Storage. I’m very disappointed in the manager because she has been very overall 100% and she has been a great manager overall I will give her a 10 due to you know she have helped me throughout the time I had the Storage, but I’m very disappointed in the last ending of my Storage due to. I lost very important paperwork that I had inside the storage. I don’t know how I would get past this due to it was very extremely information paperwork and things that I needed that was in the storage. I would really need to speak with a manager that’s over Khadijah because I really believe that due to my past experience that she had some access to my Storage from my understanding her and her brother he has a truck and when people lose the storage unit they go in and they retrieve people items and stating that you lost your storage or your unit so I’m very disappointed in you know me losing and it just hurt me so bad because I had some very important stuff in my Storage my son I had blood cancer and a lot of his important paperwork was in their storage.

Inside was DIRTY: Sheets, Takis, or something like that were crushed on the passenger side floor mat, a plastic tooth losses was under the middle seat, and an opened pack of thin cigars was under the passenger seat!! The driver's side wider blade was broken and disconnected from the wiper arm. The exterior of the truck was filthy as well!! NASTY ALL THE WAY AROUND! I bought antiseptic wipes to clean the steering wheel because it was tacky feeling like something had been spilled on it! GROSS!!

When picking up the vehicle the employee was very lazy and terrible with communication skills. The golf card we rode on to the truck was very poor, dirty, rips in seats, no shocks, and tools everywhere. There were two trucks and she gave us the dirtiest and under a 1/4 tank of gas. I appreciated the staff. The units were clean and secure. The only things I noticed were some facilities maintenance issues that weren't resolved, although one of them I never brought up with staff. The door to my unit's building didnt lock well and could be pulled open if yanked. My unit's door also did not stay open and would fall to half-height when let free, making it difficult to move items in and out.

Their helpful and friendly demeanor, their consideration and ability to accommodate my needs far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location, not only because of the 24-hrs accessibility, but because of the understanding of my circumstances and needs. In addition to helping me navigate some of the many barriers and roadblocks I've run into trying to gain access to my unit. The woman who i have delt with when i first rented my units and this last time when i called in about fixing my payments is absolutely great!! This facility management change so much throughout the year. It cost me both of my storage units because of non-communication between management and communication been kept throughout my renting then I believe that the items that I had in my storage unit some of them which was priced valuable to me I would still have, some of the miscommunication caused me not to meet financial deadlines when I was very vocal with staff about my circumstance

I’m never using Uhaul again. I payed for a month by basic but for something reason the staff at Uhaul moved me out without me telling them anything. They seen my moving truck and assumed I didn’t need the service anymore. They took my access and put my unit up for rent. The manager told me the only I can do is pay for it again . When I never told them I didn’t need it anymore for them to move me out

To whom it may concern My belongings were removed from u-haul storage on Cleveland Ave on Sept 10th not the 14th as stated in this email. Once my belongings were removed I CALLED and spoke with the assistant manager advising her of my move out. Of course she didn't update her records and I was billed for another month when my belongs were out 3 days before the due date..NEVER given my month free even though I asked for it at sign in! I HATE U-HAUL! AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!

I paid my rental a week earlier than the 26 Feb due date. I moved out by 10:30 on the 26th of Feb. As a Retired Veteran rated 100% T&P Disabled + SMC-C For greater than 60+% more, & SSA Disability since 2015 and Medicare and TRICARE FOR LIFE 2 (Two) years later I can’t afford to donate $127.90 to anyone, let alone a major Corporation like U/HUL. I arrived to bring my things and move them in. I was using a Uhaul truck and had limited time on it so I was hoping to finish in a timely manner. When I get there the associate was on the phone with what seemed like a friend. The manager was busy with another customer. The associate told me that the storage I reserved was not there. I showed him my reservation and he said they didn’t have any. So I lef t frustrated. 10 minutes into my drive trying to find another storage, the manager calls and tells me that they do have a lot of open units. I turn all the way back around. I go back inside and the associate is there. I was told my info would be pulled up but it was very slow. He finally was to show me where my unit was, but instead of waiting for me to get the truck, he drove off. I waited at the gate until he finally appeared and waved for me to come towards him. I get to my unit and he asks me if I have a lock. I said “no I didn’t know I needed one. Do you sell them?” He says “yes”. Which was more frustrating because if I knew that I would’ve bought it earlier while everything was processing. He then drove off and did not show me how to open the storage. I had to call the front office and the manager explained it to me. When I was finally finished I had to go all the way back to the front just to buy a lock and then go back to my storage to lock it. This should’ve been a 30 minute process. But it took up 1 hour 45 minutes of my time. Costing me money and time. The manager was nice and apologized. But this was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Moving is already stressful enough. Your employee made it 1 million times more stressful.

Thank you! I stored my things here for 4 years and am grateful. Unfortunately, my gate didn't close properly and when I returned the unit was full of mice and cockroaches. I'm sure that's not unusual, though. It seems that over my rental period the gates all around mine were replaced with new ones. It would have been nice if they would have replaced mine as well. Otherwise, the facility is convenient. The staff was always very nice and communication was consistent and polite. Thank you! If I need storage in the future, I'll be back!

Ms. Erica Young was always accommodating, and I appreciate all of her help over the last year. When I was moving out of my storage unit on Friday, May 14th, Kendrick Moody was in the office. Kendrick insisted on ringing up the white guy that came in after us first. Even though the gentleman told Kendrick that my Fiancée and I were there first and Kendrick should help us. Kendrick still helps him before us. My Fiancée and I were still being patient after he rings up the gentleman, but next, Kendrick runs out of the store to help someone else. When Kendrick comes back, he asks us this time if he could help another person. We politely tell him no because we are moving items out of our storage unit today, and we were on a schedule. We want to rent the van so we can get started. Kendrick says "okay" and proceeds to help someone else still. When he comes back to help us finally, I asked him to remove a dolly from the service equipment contract because there were two dollys listed. Kendrick said he did, but when I received the print out both dollys were still there. Again thank you to Ms. Erica Young for fixing it and helping me and my Fiancée

My 1st unit had a damaged door that I asked the clerks 3 times to fix b/c it made my unit unsecure. No fix,someone used this defect to steal my 32" TV. Insurance did not cover, I was not reimbursed.

Customer service is great and the facility was clean. The unit I had was clean as well. I like almost everything about the facility. If the facility had 24 hour access, that would have been perfect.

Over charged me at the end for the move out, but everything else was fantastic! The manager was the best the whole time my stuff.was in storage, he helped me time and time again, Jamall was terrific

I've used Uhaul storage twice 1st one caught on fire and I lost everything and the insurance I had offered my 200 dollars for my lost this time water and pollen got in my unit and I lost a living room
