I think employees should be re-trained. Workers do not treat customers with respect. They are not friendly and do not explain how the company procedures may affect rental costs.

SANFORD C.I wouldn't really change anything. I booked the reservation online, which was quick and easy. When we arrived, the cargo van that I requested hadn't been returned yet, so the gentleman handling the office just gave me a bigger truck for the same price. When I returned the truck, the lady running the show met me outside, asked a couple of questions, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. Both pros were very efficient and accommodating.
Michaela M.The truck needs to be retired. In addition, the passenger side cab was leaking water during rain storms. We Cloroxed the inside of the cab and it was filthy. The online check-in process was not user-friendly. We had 2 separate reservations (truck and dolly pickup at 2 different locations). The reservations could not be located by logging into the account. One had to be searched manually.

GRANT C.I was given till 3pm and the guy told me it was okay at no additional charge. When I dropped it off the girl told me to put it in the back and I could just leave. This was at 1230. I get a charge on my account for 30.51 the next day. I called the girl and she said the checked they box to say it was turned in on time but it still charged me. She told me she could not fix it and me a number to call. They said they would research and refund. I have not heard anything.

Also when asked about what all was being charged she handed me a paper to look over. Then I asked can she explain what a certain statement in the paper meant, she stated “ you have the paper right in front of you†the location was convenient in what I needed and clean but the employees was rude and inefficient. I will only continue to do business at the eastern Blvd location, never again at the last location.

Erickson M.My rental pick-up location was changed the day of my move. Therefore, I had to pay more in mileage. The customer service representative at the Mildred location was very accommodating and patient.

The only other thing that bothers me is we had to purchase the uhal lock. We were not allowed to use ours our purchase a cheaper lock. Felt forced to pay for an overpriced lock could have been done by a standard lock.

That staff member did assist me with going up and down the elevator. I was disappointed that the elevator is not wide enough for odd size items. Overall, a positive experience. Pamela B.I was notified one day before my move that my truck was not available and that I would have to go to another city to pick up my truck. The new location could not guarantee that my truck would be available at the time I needed it. I found another location that could meet my needs but when I got to the location they did not have my truck available. They gave me a bigger truck for 24 hours but then called and wanted the truck back earlier. I had to pay for added mileage because my truck was not available in the city I was moving from. I have used U-haul numerous times with no problems but this reservation was stressful and cost me time and money. I won't use this company again.

Bettie W.Assistant was very rude and Indifferent and unconcerned with the customers. She very unapproachable and treated customers as if we were a bother to her and her main goal was to get rid of us and go home or somewhere. I returned the vehicle 6:59 PM and the attendant was still there. She was sitting in her car and a man rode up on a horse. She gets out of the car and I advised her that I was returning the car. She rudely said "Put the keys in the drop box." I dropped the keys in the drop box and realized that I'd locked my keys in the rental truck. I asked her if she could retrieve the keys for me to get my keys. She did a huge Sigh, shaking her head, came over to the drop box, retrieved the truck key and handed me the keys. I said "Thank you", she turned and walked back to her car without a word. The next morning she called me and asked me when was I bring the truck back. I advised her that I was the person who brought the vehicle back and she had to retrieve the keys for me. She finally remembered and said "Oh ok, thanks" and hung up.

Domonique M.Your app is the worst app to use. It doesn't communicate well with your system. It requires multiple logins to be able to reserve a trailer or truck. It does t send the information to the pick up location. EVERY executive in the company should download the app and try to make a reservation. Maybe then something will be done. I have rented dozens of vehicles from you over the years.
