I was notified one day before my move that my truck was not available and that I would have to go to another city to pick up my truck. The new location could not guarantee that my truck would be available at the time I needed it. I found another location that could meet my needs but when I got to the location they did not have my truck available. They gave me a bigger truck for 24 hours but then called and wanted the truck back earlier. I had to pay for added mileage because my truck was not available in the city I was moving from. I have used U-haul numerous times with no problems but this reservation was stressful and cost me time and money. I won't use this company again.Cyndi L.
The truck DC4252 T, needed a wheel alignment, some power steering, and the transmission is slipping. This vehicle should be removed until these issues are addressed!Sheron M.

Assistant was very rude and Indifferent and unconcerned with the customers. She very unapproachable and treated customers as if we were a bother to her and her main goal was to get rid of us and go home or somewhere. I returned the vehicle 6:59 PM and the attendant was still there. She was sitting in her car and a man rode up on a horse. She gets out of the car and I advised her that I was returning the car. She rudely said "Put the keys in the drop box." I dropped the keys in the drop box and realized that I'd locked my keys in the rental truck. I asked her if she could retrieve the keys for me to get my keys. She did a huge Sigh, shaking her head, came over to the drop box, retrieved the truck key and handed me the keys. I said "Thank you", she turned and walked back to her car without a word. The next morning she called me and asked me when was I bring the truck back. I advised her that I was the person who brought the vehicle back and she had to retrieve the keys for me. She finally remembered and said "Oh ok, thanks" and hung up.Terrie B.

Your app is the worst app to use. It doesn't communicate well with your system. It requires multiple logins to be able to reserve a trailer or truck. It does t send the information to the pick up location. EVERY executive in the company should download the app and try to make a reservation. Maybe then something will be done. I have rented dozens of vehicles from you over the years.John V.

There are only two elevators and they don’t provide much depth and cannot fit a full size couch nor a motorcycle. Customer service and accommodations were extremely great! I would definitely recommend using the facility because of the manager’s initiative to assist the customers, but only if you’re not moving living room furniture or motorcycles.Willie W. | Online Move In

The trailer I received was in bad shape and should probably be decommissioned. It smelled like mold inside, and shakes/vibrates badly at certain speeds. The exterior is full of dents and dings - I'm estimating it's 20 years old at least.Andrew B.

I had to drive across the city to pick up my uhaul that I reserved less than 5 miles away from me. They called and changed my location. When I arrived my 2 furniture dollies and appliances dolly were not available. So I had to go out my way to another location to pick the items up. When I returned the truck, uhaul changed me for over mileage. Why? I had to drive across town, then go to another uhaul location to pickup my accessories. Can I please get a refund. This has never happened to me. All my other experiences with uhaul were great.ANTONIO M.

Worst customer experience ever. Went to location and no truck. Was not called by uhaul that my original truck wasn't avaliable. I called and was directed to a uhual across town. I was also told I'd get $50 reservation guarantee. I picked the original location because it's closer,less miles. Went to location and got truck Dropped off truck and asked about $50 reservation guarantee and was told I had to. Go back to the original location. Or file a complaint.JAMES P.
