First I reserved a dolly for my move, when I arrived I was told they do not have one at that location only a furniture dolly. I did my reservation days in advance. The agent that checked my reservation in was super nice and apologized and offered an alternative. I returned the truck at 10:30 pm and the online return wouldn't work. So the next morning around 7:15 I get a call from another agent asking where was the truck, I explained it was the second truck in the drop off lane. She stated they hadn't looked. I checked my account to see I was charged a late fee at 7:08 am. before she called or took the time to look. I told her about the online service and she explained that the other agent didn't check before charging my account and she was going to issue a refund that would take 5-7 business days. An inconvenience that could have been avoided just by looking in the return zone.LATONYA LATASHA W.
AC on truck literally died 7 miles into a 100 mile trip so nothing like a 105 degree day in a sardine can with NO FUNCTIONAL AIR CONDITIONING.... brakes where rubbing and grinding so loud once we got moving, we actually thought we were dragging something and pilled over to check it out. Alignment was atrocious, with about 2 inches of play in the sterring..... always a good feeling when driving a box truck.. Attendant at location is literally the only reason i rate this place above average. She was professional, courteous and accommodating. Your equipment was utter garbage bordering on dangerous, and of coirse now we are fully loaded and on a schedule so no returning this POS and making our move.... We actually borrowed a car for the return trip to bring it back (becausenof course no one way trucks were available there) for my wife to follow me back ....(we left ours at home near the facility) because we just knew this thing was going to die. Took route 1 the entire trip vs the interstate for the same reason...in case it died on us we wouldn't be stranded and backing up 95 and ready to be smashed by on coming traffic..... terrible experience with this vehicle.... and the passenger side weather stripponh is hanging down 2 inches so if it rained my wife would have been soaked. You should be embarrassed to have such an obvious hunk of junk in your fleet.DONTE T.

Would not recommend this location because it is understaffed for everything it tries to offer. When returning my truck, the one employee on duty was having to take phone call reservations, check out in-person reservations, accept trucks being returned, and show customers storage units. It is not fair to her or the customers.DALEFRANKLIN H.
The suspension on the truck was so bad that we couldn't complete our move. It was going to be a 2 day rental with multiple trips but I turned the truck back in after only 1 trip. I can't believe I had to pay Uhaul to be absolutely miserable AND have to find an alternative to finish the work. By far the worst truck rental I've ever had and I'm questioning whether I'll even use Uhaul again.FRANCISMICHAEL B.

I have had really bad experiences with haul in the past as a long time customer. I have been dealing with a lot of heal issues. I finally had a pleasure of meeting Ms. Cynthia and oh my God I was so please so so pleased I couldn’t believe I was dealing with UHaul . She is definitely an assist to this company. I rented the trailer on Friday at 6 and returned next day at the same time, I let know a guy I did left the trailer and he says ok. The phone number doesn't seem to work. If option 2 is pressed it rings once and then goes blank or drops the call. I was unable to get through with the phone number. First time renting a uhaul couldn't use it because it had a lock on it that wasn't mines and called several times no response went to the store no customers there. This time the general manager was there she took care of me very professional so was the employees but my 1st go round wasn't that pleasant.LAVETTA S.

I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if I needed to fill the gas tank and with what type of gas and could not figure it out. I was charged outrageously for half a tank of gas. As this is my first time renting a uhaul, this was not ideal.Anna H.

This was not the location we selected, had to drive out of our way to pick it up with little to no warning. Then when we arrived found out that our one way uhaul order became a day order and we had to drop it back off at the pick up location. Made our total very high. Higher than promised and made us go out of our way to return the truck when that was not relayed to us when it was reserved. Communication was terrible. The only bright side was the workers at the front of the store. They helped secure us a truck and were very communicative, underwhelmed with the company as a wholeDEANALEE H.

The self check in process should be improved. I attempted to check in with self check in and requested additional forms of ID that were never requested if I rented from the counter. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and was previously employed by Uhaul. The way I was treated with not being able to use sed check in is inexcusable. I got charged for 2 days of rental fees. I was only 1 hours late. I rent from Uhaul at least 4 times a month. The New Manager did absolutely nothing to help me. You lost a very good customer unless this gets fixedMATT P.

I made my reservations 2-3 weeks in advance and got the run-around about where I was supposed to pick the truck and trailer the day before my reservation. Your dispatch had me running to several different locations which is unacceptable. The crew at this location were very professional and gave excellent customer service despite the incompetence of your dispatch. This location needs to be rewarded. The convenience of the location is great. However, it took us an hr to get our rental. The computer system was super slow Saturday and I couldn't do self checkout because there was maintenance being done to the website. So we had to go inside and see if we could get help. Both employees working were super nice but obviously stressed because of the long line and only 2 employees working with a slow system. Maybe updating the system or internet to be able to take high volume of customers, do the maintenance on a weekday night, and possibly hire more people on busy days would improve the experience.ADRIANNAMELINA M.

I received a 15' truck with less than a quarter of a tank. Milton explained that is was like that when people do not fuel up prior to turning the truck back in... Milton fueled a truck for a customer, while I waited 20 minutes, but he did not do that for me.Nikitia J.

Hire/train people that are professional when it comes to working with the consumer. Upon arriving at this location for pick-up of a trailer that already had a reservation set, I still ended up waiting almost an hour due to the manager being on the phone answering multiple calls from the desk, being on his cell phone, and moving with little to no concern about the customer(s) waiting.Brian R.

The storage unit itself was just fine and the staff from the day of move in, however, the move out process was horrible. I submit my move out request prior to the payment due date and I received an email a little while later saying that I still needed to pay on the unit. I told them I sent out a request prior to the due date and I received ANOTHER email saying I owe. It makes me wonder whether you all are trying to take people's money or perhaps your system is unorganized. After calling up there, the lady says she saw my move in request and that someone would give me a call back. I received NO call back and just yesterday received another random email saying I owe. I respond to that one saying I already went through this and I have evidence to prove I do not owe you all. After no response, I finally receive an email including my receipt from my move out. HUH? Thanks for keeping the property up the rest room clean and the inside cool during hot summer months. We had a unit on the outside at the U-Haul across from Bellwood on Jefferson Davis. When we emptied the unit it was just as clean inside as when we rented it. No bugs or rodents and no water had entered the unit.
