Unfortunately I was not properly charged for a truck that I rented at the end of the day. What was supposed to be approximately 35.00 the person tried to charge me 66.00 after I complained and asked for an explanation she changed to a 44.00 charge (still too much but, I let it go). She also told me that I will receive my receipt on a email and I'm still waiting for it. Not a very good customer service ðŸ˜•Luis G.

When we returned the equipment during business hours, we waited in the designated parking spot as the sign instructs. But after a little while, I went inside to check back in. I was told to bring the key and leave it and they would email me my final receipt. I'm used to U-Haul checking the mileage at least right then. The entire time the guy was on his cell phone only made eye contact when I first walked in. I never received a receipt. I did see a refund, so I guess the transaction is sorted.Forest B.

Make sure that the access card key is working before you send a person 20 min away to another location. It absolutely sucked. At the 1678 Chaffee Road there needs to be personnel onsite to assist with issues. ðŸ˜«CHARLITHA E J.

The lady on evening shift Was super helpful and deserves a raise. The only thing I regret besides looking at mileage and gas needle is that I did not look at the entire truck before leaving. The dent on top of the driver's side of truck was there before I left and was not reported by the previous customer. The drop off location in Metairie spotted it while doing inspection. I drove straight to my destination and no clearance was needed. The drop off site said there should have been a sticker on the dent if it was previously reported. I just hope that I will not be help responsible for it.BRANDI C.
