The lady on evening shift Was super helpful and deserves a raise. The only thing I regret besides looking at mileage and gas needle is that I did not look at the entire truck before leaving. The dent on top of the driver's side of truck was there before I left and was not reported by the previous customer. The drop off location in Metairie spotted it while doing inspection. I drove straight to my destination and no clearance was needed. The drop off site said there should have been a sticker on the dent if it was previously reported. I just hope that I will not be help responsible for it.BRANDI C.

I reserved a pick up truck. There was no pick up truck available on arrival. the computer just said 'not assigned'. We needed the pickup truck because it has a hitch recepter that we could use our 2 5/16" dia ball on. The only truck they could find with a receptor was a 10 foot van, and our ball would not fit so we had to drive to Walmart and exchange our ball for a model that would fit. There is a big sign at this location saying they guarantee to provide the equipment that we reserve or 50 dollar refund. We want our 50 dollar refundDaniel H.
I did an online reservation but the truck I needed wasn't available at this location. Christi was able to get repairs (a new tire) on a smaller truck but it had the ramp we needed within an hour of our original reservation time. When I received the trailer it had 3 radial tire and 1 4 ply tire. when I had a problem with the trailer weaving on the road, call road side assistance they informed me it would be 90 mins after two hours I called them and they informed me that the first mechanic would not be able to make it and would be another mins wait for the next mechanic to arrive he showed up and said the problem was the tires and he had none on his truck went to his shop and the replaced the radials tires with 4 ply tires over all it put me five hours behind on my trip very displeasedERIC N.
