My payment was past due and I was locked out of my storage before 30 days. Everything I own is in there and i would like to rectify this situation. When I called to make a payment, the employees could not find my information. The email I received on the 16th of September stated that I had 15 days from then, to make this payment. My overall experience was a total nightmare. The woman in SC threatened to cancel my order and was so shockingly rude she made me cry. I was supposed to get reimbursed because the boxes we not delivered in time and of course I never was. I was over charged tk have them delivered to my final destination from what I was quoted and it took over a dozen calls to get them scheduled. The people who did help were amazing - Pat and Savanah down in Florida. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my money back and get reimbursed for the late drop off. I think that all these trucks need to be inspected. Today the truck I had was clocked in km. Then the manager i tried to talk to tried to charge me 79 cents per km talking about. It was the same but I told him math is my favorite subject and I had the km converted I over to miles.Karl H.

Just getting back in town. From the beginning it was a hassle. Wrong size storage unit rented, manger on duty Melvin Boseman was very unprofessional while unpacking storage unit. He even went as far as threatening to call the police on me for no reason. He was aggressive and very disrespectful. An employee by the name of Tremaine Lee was in attendance while Mr. Boseman hot out of control. After I told him his staff wasn’t trained good enough no cards on site and I wasn’t properly informed about my unit or the access. I addressed that and he got upset. I will not use this facility nor will I refer anybody to use this facility. The level of unprofessionalism that was reached a man trying to handle a woman. Fixed the pigtail on the trailer by cutting it off an extension harness stripping them back twisting together then using electrical tape to cover them. I had to fix it before I could even use it. There is no standard where this is acceptable or even legalPaul W.

I had a reservation for my truck at 10:30am, drove 2.5 hours to get and was sent to 2 different locations because the original location didn't have my truck. The other 2 locations didn't either and I called customer service. The only truck I was able to get I had to do round trip which was even a bigger inconvenience. I didn't actually have my truck until almost 4 pm in which I still had to load my truck, drive 2.5 hours and unload and drive back another 2.5 hours and drive back to my house which was another 2.5 hours! This whole ordeal was 6 hours of waiting on my truck, wasted gas driving around to all the places my truck was supposed to be and then of course the additional 5 hours of driving I had to do because my original reservation wasn't honored. I was given a $50 refund, 20% off, and a gift certificate that didn't even work and was never applied to my rental. Which was not even close to enough for the inconvenience I was caused. I am so upset with this whole thing not to mention the money I lost on my movers because the truck was available at the time I scheduled them. When someone makes a reservation, make sure the truck is actually there. Maybe some quality control needs to happen. Also when you make someone lose as much money as I did, do a little more to compensate their loss.Alcine G.
The agent that handle my rental was rude. The company made the mistake of the time and how long I was to rent the truck. I had all documents to state my rental information. He completely disregard what I said and told me I had 3hrs to rent the truck because someone else reserved it at 11:30am and I picked it up at 8:30 and my time was for 8am and 9hrs. Which left my son and I which I am a disabled woman to try and rush and load and unload the truck. Which inturn caused us to make 6 trips in 2 vehicles to complete the move. The staff agreed to try and help me when another site canceled my reservation. One on-site agent said he would look to see if he could help and them he left. I waited in line very long time. Another agent attempted to help after I had waited about an hour. Agent 3 at site said he could get me a truck for a couple of hours and then the 1st agent came back and processed it like he found it for me. I am very grateful for getting a truck, even though the mileage and gas wasn't correct on my paperwork and the website for truck inspection didn't work right.Satonya P.
