I expressed my concern about these criminals that follow me in my car, then rob it, or my apt, or follow me to a Public Warehouse where they have tiny cams hidden. This woman that is posing as me, along with the stalker (Marc Wiethorn) have searched through everything I put in the other storage room and have ripped open dozens of boxes and paintings to get their expensive tiny cams out, as well as sort through the most expensive things, stealing my family heirlooms, jewelry, art from all over the world… All I can do is pray for justice. This U-Haul has cameras all over the property as well as a cam that tapes every person walking into the hall between storage units. I feel a lot better with my furniture ++ here!

WELLESLEY FThe reservation process was a bit sketchy. I originally reserved a pick-up truck, and then received a call that a pick-up was not available and needed to be rescheduled as a van. Later I was called back again and told that the van was not available at my preferred location, and I would need to change locations. It all worked out OK, but there is some serious disconnect between what your on-line reservation says you have available and what you actually have available. What's the point of going through the whole reservation process if the availability information is incorrect? Everyone at my pick-up location was great - no issues there - just the reservation process is flawed.

SHARLETHA HThis location is much better then the US75 Richardson site. That place is a mad house. Here a couple of chairs would help, maybe even the folding kind, since the lobby is small. Sometimes standing while waiting more than a few minutes feels like a lack of hospitality. A long wait doesn't happen often at this location, but it does sometimes.

Shayla BThe location at 7043 Greenville just north of Park Lane east of Central Expressway is the BEST U Haul location i've ever used. The staff is 100% on top of rentals, especially if you reserve online a day or two before. I have rented 20' trucks and vans for 5-6 times in the last 3 years, and EACH time the equipment was clean and ready to go. I always walk around my rental with an employee before leaving so we can record scratches, windshield, and moving equipment rented correctly....not once have i found anything they have not already noted on my rental agreement. If they're not super busy, they'll even help you adjust the two outside mirrors. Using this location means one less hassle in the move
martha wGrover is a fantastic employee. He was kind, informative, and thorough. I rent U-Haul vans several times a year from a different location, but I will switch to this location from now on. The office was clean and organized and the process was efficient.

KYLE BI have had this storage facility for about 23 years. Vicki and Pat Wyse have been outstanding and gracious. They are wonderful people and have made my experience with U-Haul outstanding. The only problem I had in the last few years was the inability to contact them due to the centralized phone answering system. I would suggest you put something in the menu that allows customers to contact the facility directely and at least leave a message. In the last few years, if I wanted to talk with them I had to drive to the facility which is ridiculous. Think about it! Pat and Vicki Wyse are great and not being able to contact them and to have to go through innumerable people and convince them to allow you leave a message is incredibly customer service.
W P | Overall ExperienceVery helpful staff and very much appreciated them. What I didn’t appreciate was half my stuff looked like it got rained on or leaked on and the clothing inside smelled and I had to throw away a few shirts.

Georgette S | Overall ExperienceI rented a unit at the storage place for years. A few days after paying my last months rent, I came with movers to move out my unit. While unloading, an employee that I had never interacted with before approached me in the parking lot. He told me to take my lock home with me and he would make sure that my autopay was turned off. This confused me, because the man at the front desk (who I have dealt with for years) told me to return the lock and key once I had removed everything from the unit. I decided to listen to the front desk guy that I knew, rather than the parking lot guy that I didn’t know. I put my lock back on the door, with every intention of returning later in the day to turn the lock in to the front desk. An hour or so later, I get a hostile phone call from the man in the parking lot, telling me that I should have taken the lock like he told me to. I was taken aback, and questioned why he was giving me an attitude when I still have a whole month of rent left on my unit. After the call ended, I didn’t feel comfortable returning to the shop because I was afraid to run into the guy that called me. After a week and some change, I returned today to retrieve the lock. However, my lock was cut from the unit, when I still have two weeks left on the unit. Needless to say, I was unable to return the lock. It would be nice if the employees were all on the same page, and if the rent I had paid was honored until the end of my lease. Disappointed with the whole situation.

My parents have been customers here for decades, yet I stupidly began storing my things somewhere else. I learned the hard way that ‘location’ and ‘newer facility’ doesn’t necessarily mean better. After two different break-ins within months of each other into my units at a different facility, I’d had enough sleepless nights and was luckily able to jump onboard Vickie and Pat’s UHaul ship. I hope UHaul will be very careful about online unit rentals. It’s what allowed one of the thieves access to the other facility to burglarize my units. I was told he used a woman’s name and credit card. So I can only assume those were stolen. Let them begin the process online but please make them go into the site office to finalize things. It’s the only way to verify someone’s identity. The only person who would have an issue in proving their identity to make a rental is most likely one with ill intent.

In the midst of this turmoil, I had to abandon everything and leave town to support my family, even if it meant sacrificing my job. Your understanding and willingness to help provided me with a glimmer of comfort during an incredibly dark period. When I finally found the courage to call and check on the storage, I learned that my belongings had been auctioned off. While this initially felt like another blow, it turned out to be a necessary step in my healing process. The items in that storage held so much pain. Remarkably, everything sold for more than the unit was worth, and my account balance is now zero. Vicky, thank you for being such a bright light in a dark time. Your compassion and support made an immense difference in my life.

I know times are tough so I don't begrude him doing what he has to do to get by but it wasn't a safe situation. I wouldn't recomment Building B for that reason.

You were able to earn money on the same truck twice at one time due to my early return. That is unsatisfactory customer service. I was inconvenienced being moved to a different location for storage needs and again no compensation was offered and having to take time out of my day to receive a credit for a charge that shouldn't have been the case. Check in instructions were not clear and forced to have to hire help due to not being able to access the unit at the date and time promised. Didn't have a 100% satisfactory experience and it was Uhaul's fault, not my own.

Upon discovering wet items in my storage unit I reached out and advised that some items were wet , and the response was oh yea it was really bad back there. I guess my issue why wasn’t individuals who had storage units contacted to make them aware of the flooding water so they could check their belongings . Half my items were destroyed from water damage and I’m disappointed with the lack of communication from the storage employees .

They kept telling me I would have to speak to someone at the facility but they would note my account. I physically drove there and no one was in the office. Now my things are gone/sold/auctioned. I understand I owed, however the service I received to try and rectify this situation was nonexistent.
