I’ve been utilizing storage facilities for many years. This is by far the cleanest, most secure storage facility I’ve had through the years. Hands down 5 stars. Thank you so much to the friendly staff also! Amir went over and beyond to help me and was very patient and friendly. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

MALCOLM RWell, the only problem was the pick-up and delivery times. When you guys dropped off the container, you gave me a delivery time of 12:30 to 4:30. Your driver showed up at 8:30 which was an inconvenience. Them just recently, when you guys picked up the container, you're driver was again a few hours early. Same thing for the destination delivery and pick up, both times way ahead of scheduled. For the final pick up, the box was scheduled between 8:30 and 3:00. Your driver called me at 6:45 in the morning.

KAREN HI had a great experience. I had never been here before. The place is very clean and well lit. I had to pick up at 7: am so I was a little apprehensive. I should not have been. The guy that helped me was very friendly and professional. I have rented 4 times from U-haul in the past month and every time it has been a very good experience.
Mark GAir compressor was coming on and off after i got out of the lot I rented late already so it was after 7pm to go back I couldn't go back the morning after because of my busy schedule to get it check/ the light switch or button to turn on the lights was broken , the 12v plug wasn't working either , The window shade broken also the fuel gauge was wrong suppose the been 13/16 but when got on Highway not been 1mile it actually read 10/16 not 13/16 its my first time that I had so many problems with a rental compared to my other rentals I don't know If it wasn't checked properly or was return from another location but it was awful experience Hot Days with the AIR COMPRESSOR In the Rental not working properly

STEVEN BI have used Uhaul on multiple long distance moves using the largest truck in the Uhaul fleet, car trailers, and have always had a great experience. But this Ubox rental experience was overwhelming dis organized...the drop off was great, the moving help was a nightmare (Rickey Moving and cleaning service) ...the drop off of Uboxes on the 25th of February turned into Kaos because they left the Uboxes LOCKED the Moving help showed up to unload the Uboxes (Man Made Hustlers) waiting for 2.5 hours for someone to unlock the Uboxes, nobody showed up. Finally the next day someone came to unlock the Uboxes, had to wait until March 2nd for the Moving help to come back to unload the Uboxes. This mess up cause my disabled mother to sleep on the floor and no where to sit for 5 days straight. Again I have never had a bad experience with Uhaul until this. This is un acceptable.

ELAINY ETrain staff to be more cordial to entering customers, and avoid mumbling speech when talking. Staff failed to check turn and brake lights, and customer had to return into store to get him. Adjustment of lights was successful.

JOSE MI paid my storage December when I went up there. I told the lady and the man at the front desk that I’m moving out. I’ve received now a late payment notice from uhaul saying I owe money. I don’t the day I paid my last payment was the day I moved out. I haven’t been back once since then. The lady was so lazy she just gave me her keys to unlock a lock. And now I owe money.

James PTake better care of your vehicles have better inspections and maintenance on them more regularly reduce the price on the rental and the gas better your systems so there’s no long weight periods when trying to book or reserve

GERALD MOne comment: We rented a 5' by 8' trailer. When it was hooked up to my truck, a jumper (electrical wire from trailer extending to the connection) had been cut through for the wires for right turn signal. No a big deal but worth noting.
RONALD JOUR FIRST LOCATION ON 7820 ROCKHILL HORRIBLE HE REFUSED TO TAKE THE UHAUL BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A UHAUL HE SEND US TO ANOTHER LOCATION DID CONFIRM SO WE ENDED UP IN A 3RD LOCATION ON EDGEBROOK THEN GET CHARGED FOR LATE FEE AND GAS.

CARLOS GFirst Time used it. Highly recommend for any move. Buy furniture dolly, a 2 wheel cart and you are all set. for a $1000 dollar 7-8 boxes can move easily 3-4 bedroom apartment. Load it at your pace and unload at your pace.

Cedric was also extremely helpful and I appreciated their attention to detail; he made sure to assist while I was hauling my belongings into the unit and brought us water several times as we were there for a long period. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to my sense of security about storing my belongings there. I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. Overall, I highly recommend this U-Haul storage facility. The outstanding customer service and supportive staff truly made my experience enjoyable. I will definitely return in the future if I need storage solutions again.

He contacted his General Manager At Home to try and resolve an issue, and even stayed beyond his quitting time of 7pm to make sure that the matter was successfully resolved! I hope this guy Derrick Coleman gets a well-deserved raise and/or promotion in the near future. Backstory: I received a text offering one month free storage rental at only 3 three participating locations. (None of which were my scheduled drop-off location, which Absolutely MAKES NO SENSE) So, I choose the ‘closest’ one (which was 1/2 an hour away, as opposed to the 5 mn drive to scheduled drop-off location. I arrive there, with the intention of renting a small unit, I am assigned one, but when I prepare to pay, I am told that there is a 600.00 ‘balance’ for ‘Storage/Rental’ that will be taken if I swip my credit card. I explained that I already paid for the Truck and hitch at pick up and there should ABSOLUTELY be NO additional charges especially to the tune of 600.00! Agent/Manager asked if I had a Previous Rental. No! First time (lLAST) Customer. Was Someone using My info at the same time for a Storage Rental as I? (Highly Unlikely!) I called your Toll Free Number(Marietta). and explained the situation almost in tears at this point. She got on the phone with Derrick Coleman, reset something and offered up the explanation that someone with a name ‘Similar’ to mine actually owned those charges ( after asking me if I ever lived on some Texas Street!) I’m not from Texas, and Never Lived in Texas! I feel as though if you can’t keep your customers’ info straight, then don’t make a blatant extortion attempt on other customers! And don’t mislead potential customers with misleading advertising about free rentals at ‘participating stores’ This entire experience has truly been Extremely Disappointing to me and my family. If it wasn’t for Mr. Derrick Coleman, I would have Totally Lost Consciousness! I Will Not Be A Future Customer!!!!
