Waited 50 minutes in a 7 person line this morning Glory to pick up truck! Way too long! Truck had no blanket or dolly even though there was a spot for both in the back of the truck.

It is not specifically about this location, but the whole Uhaul system.
I had very bad experience with the 24/7 app pick.
- was not set as expected in the primary location
- got switched to this location, but padlock code from the app was incorrect.
- then the truck gas tank pipe was ruptured
For a projected pickup at 7am, it was delay for 2 hours before I found out that the truck was not able to take gas because of the ruptured pipe.
I need a refund

Everything was good until..I was hooking up to the auto transporter ...did a walk around and found a low tire on one side and a nail on the other side..I was told it was checked in the morning but it was a pm pickup.. took it anyways fixed at my house just to be safe for my travel..

I had a friend’s son with me. I listed him as a driver to make sure if he drove there would be no issues. I’ve rented numerous times before and since he had an alert for an overdue balance, I was not allowed to rent. I was told ever, until his balance was paid. U-Haul extorted me for his payment. It’s completely unethical and possibly illegal. Please consider changing your policy. You will lose good customers.

Not the locations fault but originally reserve the trailer at the Costa Mesa location. Using the Uhaul website I went through the steps to reserve an open trailer for the specific date I needed. Apparently there were none available for that day and it defaulted to a closed trailer which was available. I did not notice when booking it and the following day when I went to pick it up I was told I booked the wrong one. Big waste of time. Luckily one was available in Santa Ana but I wish the booking process was clearer.

There was someone from another store manning this one over the weekend when I picked up my truck. I didn’t realize until I turned the corner that the shade screen was broken and flew off and hit me in the face. The driver’s door would not shut unless you slammed it repeatedly.. the person who did the rental to me was so hyped up he was banging his fingers on the counter and acting kind of fidgety. They did not get the rental truck out from between the other ones and I could barely fit between the trucks to get into it.. I rented a 10 foot. I had to seesaw in and out until I was able to make the curve and go out the wrong way to keep from hitting anything..

This location on harbor location is close enough to major freeways. It was fast ans easy. I was in an on the road in about to 20 mins total from start to finish. There is a chevron gas station within less than a minute away. Amazing experience 10/10

You People are Rock Solid. I have no transportation and not only did you set me up with a first free month, but you are located next to a 7/11 (Card Load and Snacks), a laundry mat (no travel for laundry), a taqueria (lunch and dinner) and a Bus Stop - All Within 30ft of your Incredibly affordable storage space.
