Nothing. At pick-up, Russ was great, and at return, Alex was also very helpful!! ALSO: the cargo van was superb!! I especially loved (1) the location of the back-up camera image (in the rear-view mirror), (2) the exterior side-view mirrors (especially the lower half for viewing "blind spots")!!!!!, and (3) the packing, furniture protecting "blankets".DONALD S.
Very unprofessional. Ability to reach someone to discuss concerns: IMPOSSIBLE. Chat was horrible and emails addressed nothing. Finally received a call from the location. I will speak with him in the morning. Need to do better!!! Representative was not transparent and did a horrible job explaining how rental would work. Just want it in writing that the Van was originally parked over the parking line towards the storage gate. The one next to it was over the line as well. I parked it as close as I could to the original spot without getting in the way of the other van or the storage gate, but it was still over the line a bit. Promise I'm not bad at parking cars, I just did what I could to put it back how it was. No harm came to the van in my care. Thanks!Mike J.

It was irritating from the beginning. I made my reservation online days beforehand. I tried to call the location at 12200 Portland Ave to let them know I was running late but the man I spoke to said I had to go to a different location. So I go to said location and they told me I was still at the wrong one. I go back to the original location and the man told me my reservation just popped up in his computer. Going back and forth like that put me an hour behind schedule for the rest of my move, and I was late bringing the truck back. I tried calling five times to talk to someone about being late but no one answered. While returning the truck I was told since I was late, I was being charged an extra two days. I tried to explain the situation and neither of the employees were very understanding. One of them did tell me he was going to only charge me one extra day "as a courtesy". Moving is stressful enough by itself, I shouldn't have had to deal with added on stress from uhaul. Now that I'm being charged an extra $98 that's gonna a put me behind on other obligations I have. I will not be using any uhaul locations from Burnsville ever again.Stephanie B.
I tried to use the mobile 24/7 to pick up my cargo van. It didn't work, but Russell in the office was friendly and took care of everything. I reserved a van via phone at the 1630 Hwy13 location. I was the only cargo van reservation for the day. I was extremely stressed and in a time crunch only to find that there was no cargo van at this location upon arrival. The manager had zero time for me and was entirely too busy with his "fucking hitch" to care about this error. He said there was nothing he could do and didn't even take the time to give me the address of the second location when I asked. Luckily, there was a helpful employee who apologized and found the address for me, but overall this this error added at least an hour to my day and extra miles that I had to pay for. The second location was very helpful and tried to hurry through the paperwork to get me on my way, but overall the customer service was subpar and I will not be using your services again. Kudos to the helpful employee at the first location or I would've lost my mind...I didn't get his name but he worked behind the desk and had dark hair and several arm tattoos. The location and quality of the van were very good. (The van had less than 1000 miles on it and looked and worked like it was new.) However, there was a pungent smell in the cab. I wonder if a previous user had smoked and I was smelling odor masking agent. It was too much (and, in my opinion, stinky). Also, the van was "full" when I took it. I only used 18 miles, but I put over $12 of gas into the tank before I returned it, in order to return it full. That is pretty poor gas mileage, assuming the tank was really full when I took it (i.e., less than 5 mpg).Mark L.
