Check equipment. I was given a trailer whose connections to the trailer for lights was smashed and unable to be connected. I drove a whole day with faulty equipment and no lights risking getting pulled over and ticketed. Was hoping manager would be more welcoming/friendly.Edgar C.

The AC in the truck would cut off once I started driving, mind you it's Texas so very hot. And also the truck had a hard time getting up and going. But the young lady who helped me in the am was very sweet, attentive and awesome customer service. She new her job excellent. The young man you attended me once I brought the truck back was also awesome. Very attentive and helped me right away. We arrived after dark to drop off the truck. I had to essentially guess where to park due to poor signage. The biggest area in need of significant improvement is the key drop. At this location the key drop is a hole in the office door that is very difficult to see from more than 5ft away if one has not seen it before. The biggest problem is that the Uhaul website shows a picture of an orange box to place keys in which is not at all what this location offered for key drop.Will B.

The truck that was rented to me had previously been in a fender bender. The bumper was hanging off both sides the mirrors could not be adjusted, the seat only had one position, which had me up into the windshield. I can't believe they rented out that truck. It was the Worst!KATHARINE M.

Carry & have dollies available. I added for $7 dolly on my online registration to find out the location do not carry dollies. I had to drive to faithful home depot & had to pay 5x the price for a dolly which ate away 1 hr from my 6hr scheduled time. I also brought the truck with more fuel than when I took it and no credit was applied to me. Also, the window handle on both sides were broken and couldn't role windows up or down. When I got there they did not have my appliance dolly which caused me to lose three and a half hours of moving which I was very upset about I had to go way to Bach springs to pick up a dolly that they knew that I needed when I rented the truck I'm not a very happy camper!! The service there was a very bad and I will never go back there again!!!!! employees was rude and didn't know what was going on and didn't even try to help me find another appliance dolly that was bad customer service and the manager Angel he knew that!!!! yeah y'all need to train them in doing better customer service because they suck at that... I feel that he gave my appliance dolly to another customer because he knew I was supposed to have it and I had to drive way out of my way to go get appliance dolly which was very unacceptable....Joy J.

Was unable to use mobile check in and drop off because it kept saying it could not find my location. The inspection/registration was out of date, the alignment was off so hard to control with the heavy wind or on a freeway, the weather striping on the doors were bad O could put my hand between the door and truck from the inside so while driving it made the wind worse and was very noisy.Stephanie D.

I was charged one month for arriving on the last day of my contract to move out. That was $129 that I didn’t have moving from out of state. I was already overcharged for the auto transport at the facility in Janesville, il and only refunded $60 when I was over charged over $120. Horrible experience. My storage unit had a huge hole on it and u could see outside without trying to. There was a huge rat trap and I could hear rat squealing while trying to move out and I’m TERRIFIED of Mice. Never again. I’d appreciate a refund for that last month. I didn’t expect to pay and couldn’t pay until a few days later so was charged a $15 late fee. I paid $150 and didn’t think I should have because I arrived from out of state to move out but the guy said I was one day late and it was nothing he could do. Booked one way truck Dallas to Houston. Location for pick-up changed 4 times. Received call at 3:00 PM day before rental pick up and advised it had changed again. Next morning at 8:00 went to pick up truck and was told no, gotta drive yet another 20 miles to another location to pick up. Horrendous customer service. Will never us Uhaul again. Period.PAUL H.
Great customer service on the phone and when I picked up the trailer. Very quick to get me checked in and get trailer hooked up to my truck. Store didn't have a furniture dolly to rent so I had to go buy one at Home Depot. I scheduled my drop off location online and confirmed it with the person who checked me when I picked up the trailer but when I left the location I received a text telling me to drop it off at a different location that I didn't choose which made it a little confusing but overall I was completely satisfied with my experience with uhaul.MICHAEL V.

When a customer talks to customer service to confirm the rental and they request for a 2 day rental and confirm the mileage for usage. The representatives at the locations need not to change mileage or time request period. The customer service quoted one price for the rental. However, the location changed mileage to lower miles and it messes up my overall pricing.Leticia B.

The truck had significant noise coming from the power steering and brake pumps. In addition, I was called by dispatch and told that the location I had reserved a truck could no longer honor my reservation, so they changed me to this location. Unfortunately, they also took away the Truck Share 24/7 option, so when I showed up at 615a to pick up my truck, it was unavailable. This meant I had to wait outside in the code, in a fairly rough part of town for 45 minutes until they opened to get my reserved equipment.ANDREW B.

I am so disgusted with U-Haul and the way my account is completely messed up. Everytime I do a mobile pickup it ends it error and I have to waste half an hour going inside to get the keys and for them to tell me they can't see the error. This is beyond frustrating.APRIL B.

When people on the phone are rude. People the location pretty much treat you like you don't even exist. To me she went above and beyond her duties by keeping calm, eventhough I was Stressing from not accessing the storage on Buckner because they are by appointment only; which I wasn't aware of.
