Excellent experience. The check out and check in process were simple. I loved the option to check in by mobile. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of moving equipment.
Lorena G.I recommend them because everybody needs Uhaul once in a while. The equipment was not clean. The first trailer they tried to give me it needed new tires. There was bald spots on them. I noticed it and I requested a different trailer. They didn't have any issues giving me a different trailer, but they should have known not to issue this trailer out to anyone because you could be driving down the road and your tire would blow up and you have a flat that would really mess up your day someone each day needs to check all the tires and the cleanliness of every item for rent. Thank you.

Steven V.The tire on the trailer was low. When I asked the Uhaul attendant to replace it he put air in the tire and said it would be fine. The next day while stopped at a rest area I inspected the tire not only was it flat but the wires were coming out of the tire. I had to call your roadside service which was given the wrong address by your dispatch which took them almost two hours to get there and change the tire. I'm very dissatisfied with they service. Would never recommend them to anybody. Some compensation would be nice for what I have had to go through because negligence on behalf of your employee.
William G.Tire was flat on trailer. Asked to have it replaced and the associate instead pumped it up and said nothing was wrong with it. After a few hundred miles the tire was falling apart and flat. I had to them wait at a rest stop to get it replaced.

Christen W.The truck I got when I arrived for pick up was not the truck I ordered. The truck was filthy! Scratches everywhere! Dents everywhere. Customer service at this location was horrible!! The Hispanic guy running the counter was super unprofessional and a smart ass the entire time I was being helped. So no I will definitely never use this location again and seriously thinking about never using U-Haul again!

RUSSELL D.10' box truck was horrible. Pulled hard to right while driving. Front end would shake when brakes applied. Windshield wipers were only 1/2 there. Very dangerous to drive in rain with non working wiper blades. Check engine light was on and vehicle would cut in and out while driving. Also dangerous.
Josh A.Lights didn't work on the trailer because of faulty wires on the trailer hookup connector. I was told it was a fuse in my truck and it caused me to 2 hours of running around Dallas ( which delayed my visiting time with my family and my departure time from Dallas) trying to find the correct fuse when it was actually the wires that attached to the trailer. The young man that checked me in was very nice but the guy that hitched the trailer on pickup which was the same guy when I returned to let him know that there we faulty wires was very short and not nice. I know wires can get old and break causing a bad connection or no connection so this can be a teaching moment for all to check ALL connections that are suppose to make the lights on the trailer properly work before sending the customer away.

tony G.I was charged twice two different amounts that the store claim they don't see nor the customer service line. I was charged $184.93 January 31, 2023 and $73.21 February 7, 2023. It was a major ice storm here in Dallas, Texas and I was supposed to be charged for only one day in the amount of $73.21 nothing else. I can show on my bank statement that it's cleared and not pending. It has caused my account to go negative $32.00 and my bank charged me overdraft fee of $30.00 because of this issue from this company.
China C.When returning the truck it seemed like there was only 1 person there. No one was in the store. I waited like 20 minutes thinking I had to speak with someone after I returned the truck but I didn't.

Valerie F.There were mice and roaches at this facility. When I spoke with the manager and showed how the mice chewed through my furniture pads he said you have insurance, just file a claim. Gave me some mouse poison and said you are the only one that complained. This piece of furniture couldn’t have been replaced. I wanted to remove my furniture but thought I’d input it somewhere else and it was damages they could say it didn’t happen at the UHaul facility.

I was already overcharged for the auto transport at the facility in Janesville, il and only refunded $60 when I was over charged over $120. Horrible experience. My storage unit had a huge hole on it and u could see outside without trying to. There was a huge rat trap and I could hear rat squealing while trying to move out and I’m TERRIFIED of Mice. Never again. I’d appreciate a refund for that last month. I didn’t expect to pay and couldn’t pay until a few days later so was charged a $15 late fee. I paid $150 and didn’t think I should have because I arrived from out of state to move out but the guy said I was one day late and it was nothing he could do. I left my things that day since I had alley been charged and just moved out yesterday.
