The only thing that I did not like was at the end when I moved out they moved out the wrong person and ended up still charging me because they thought my belongings were still there. But other then that the staff was always nice and every time I went in the morning they were always sweeping and mopping the hallways in the storage unit it was always maintained and cleaned. The service and the staff were PERFECT, however the system was down for the entire day of my initial reservation which cost extra money with the movers. On top of that the system hiccuped at payment time causing additional charges to my account. I now must wait to have the funds released. I had my RV storage at this facility for more than seven years, it started very good went to several managers and the reason I moved was because it is very trashy now, U-haul started to rent to all kinds of clientele with-out any restrictions some big truckers even started to change oil on their trucks, junk trucks are being storage, it is a complete mess the place that I moved my RV its very clean and have very strict restrictions, wish I like and don't mind paying a more.HUMBERTO M. | Overall Experience

I can't list any improvements because I was very satisfied with my pick up and drop off experience. The truck we rented for the day worked great and did what we needed it to do. All I would say is check the tires frequently because of wear and tear. It wouldn't be fun for a tire to blow out while on the road which happened to us with another company (Budget).Adam O.

Lois Ramos was extremely rude! I was quoted a higher price for my storage unit. I walked in and the sign said 109 for 10x10. Ramos said no that's for the 1st floor. I stated it doesn't say that. Ramos said oh our prices changed that's not for climate control. I said the sign also says 5 dollars more. Ramos again made another excuse now telling her coworker to pull the sign down at the same time gets up out of her chair aggressively rips the sign down and says the price is wrong and she can't do anything about it. I asked for my unit cost to be adjusted and she said she could not change it. I asked for a manager and she pushed her chair out rudely making an eye roll grabbing her cell phone and walking outside making a secret conversation. She came back saying no ! store manager Cj Padilla said you can go to another facility or pay the fee. I explained that the sign clearly stated the amount and my sister's recorded her removing the sign. She said that's not her sign and she didn't do anything wrong and she doesn't appreciate me speaking to her that way. I said I'm sorry if I am requesting what any normal logical person saw on the sign . She then said well I'm not changing it. I stated I would make a complaint and will continue with the transaction. Ramos cancelled my transaction and said you can go to another facility. I stated I again what I just said. I requested for someone else to assist me since she was clearly being rude and aggressive and frustrated I didn't want anything wrong added to my charges and the setup going awry. The then said in the tone welllll now I have to do everything all over again!!!!!! Requesting all my information again rudely. I asked to check my uhaul truck rental in and she rudely pulled up my day to return it and said it needs to be returned by Friday at 6 pm. I said I wanted to do the transaction since I was already standing in line for 30 mins. Ramos rude again said NO you need to unload your truck pull it to the front and then come back. Clearly again she did not provide any customer service and made the check out procedure complicated. Upon walking up to my storage unit it had a green zip tie around the lock hole. We had to use a knife to cut it and the alarms went off. There was a man next to us and gave us a stare like we just broke in to a unit. Embarrassed was all we felt. If Ramos was professional with any type of good customer service I would not be providing a negative review on how my service was. I would never recommend this facility ever!! Also they tried to charge me 30 dollars for gas when the Sotero checked my truck in. Saying you filled it up more than you needed I'm not sure why it's saying that. The only issue I had was with Uhaul agent Mrs. Ramos . She reserved requested unit that I had requested and I verified with her that unit would be available to me for 24 hours as I do with all my rentals from that location. So when I went to pickup my rental she apparently booked it to someone else the following morning which would have been Fri at 7am. I explained to agent Forti how am I going to reserve a unit for 24 hrs and have to bring it back in 12 hours . I was very upset because this isn't the first time that Mrs. Ramos puts me in this cituation. I did apologise to Mr. Forti for taking my frustration out on him. CJ was very helpful in straighting out the matter and accommodating me with the rental. Please give CJ mgr and Agent Forti for their above and beyond customer service . Thank you U-Haul for providing me the service that I require everytime I need your rentals.ROGER M.
I asked for a 5 x 10 and was given a 5 x 5 they were able to upgrade to the correct unit but it didn’t give me enough time to use a sliding doors was advised would get a 24 axis for the day that evening and would be removed the next day but was still unable to use the sliding doors due to code not working no one was available due to already being after hours. When was upgraded to the 5 x 10 was given a unit number that was already occupied so I had to wait more for another unit to be found that was accessible and on occupied which took up the remaining time needed to use a sliding doors.Bonnie S. | First Impressions

you have zero mask adherence inside your building. there are people taking the elevator and walking down the aisle with no masks and no one there to enforce the mask wearing. I wouldn't be surprised if some covid cases could be traced back to your building. I also found a rat poison box in my unit i would like verification i will not be getting the poison on my storage unit items or Hantavirus. My experience was good. The only complaint I have is that I was charged an extra day even though I took the auto transport back the same day. I understand that it was after the location closed (around 8:30 pm) but I wasn't told it would result in an extra day charge. My storage LOCK was OPENED by UHAUL staff with out telling me how, why and when ? My lock was left inside the storage with the latch still attached as closed lock. . Besides having issues with the cancellation process, it was extremely inconvenient when flooding in the building happened and was informed that I had to go in person within the next 24 hours. I work business hours during the week so luckily the next time I went to my storage, your office was still open. I barely made it in time to find out my lock for my storage unit had been changed.
