Terrible interpersonal skills. I was told that I could return the U-Haul after hours, but I was never made aware of the $20 charge, until I saw it on my receipt. I will never rent another moving truck with U-Haul.

I downloaded your app and entered credit card, driver license, and other prompted information. On next rental did same with web site. Everything has to be repeated at rental counter. Only information they have is name and equipment reserved. Second, in thirty years of renting u-haul the first thing I have to do is wash the windshield. This time I was fortunate to be assisted by Manager Klanise who noticed the (usual) dirty windshield and cleaned it. Klanise also helped me to log prior damage via my phone. This location has friendly helpful people. Negative comments apply to U-Haul in general.

The pickup process was excellent. A young lady, don’t know her name, but her badge stated she was the owner, was very polite and helpful. Now the drop off was a totally different story. Pulled up to the drop off location and was greeted by a younger guy who was very rude. Didn’t really say much other than I will give you your total in a minute. He had given me a total and I told him ok. Proceeded to leave but he stop me to tell me my card on file was declined. I told him let’s use my other card instead, so he said let’s go inside to change the billing info. Once he changed the billing info, for some reason or another the dollar amount change and I asked him “why”. I asked him to itemize the bill and he went over all the charges. Again I asked him what changed from the first time trying to charge me and charging me the second time? His response was” did you see me alter or input anything different as we walked inside. I told him “ I not accusing you or said you made any changes “, I just wanna know what changed the price the second time around. Well he rudely walks away and has the owner, the lady who help me initially get the truck rental, finish the sale. As he walked away I told him there’s no reason to walk away, just answer my question. Well he continued to walk out while the owner made an excuse on why he was being disrespectful to me. She had stated he was having a bad day. I told we all have them and walking away doesn’t resolve them. My issue wasn’t how much I was spending for the rental, all I wanted to know was what had changed to increase it. Why 2 different amounts was given to me to pay. Either one couldn’t answer. Honestly I can be very confrontational when disrespected such as the incident that occurred at the U-Haul. Fortunately my family was with me so I kept my composure. Although I do believe words can go a long way if someone were to possibly talk to him before he could possibly annoy another customer who may not be as patient as I was. FYI- this is my first ever review that I have filled out. I don’t ever fill out these out because i always thought they were a waste of time, but in this case it was different. Sincerely, Mike Raaff

I have rented before at this uhaul and was given one months rent free. Didn't happen this time.

The trailer I rent it was out of aligment. I could not go more than 50 mph. So I did not used it. I almost crush.

Said good morning to a service employee.. just a kid..said what's your reservation number??..Needed a dolly for my move wasn't in truck ready to go..As I left the property I noticed a crack in windshield.. called it immediately..to report..that was a nice.. customer service..20 year's ago I the opportunity to be a Manger at Uhaul..so I kind of understand..Thank you for asking about my experience...back in the day we would do a walk around vehicle to identify any existing damage..this did not happen for me.

Jennifer Lopez and other staff member Was rude and lied a few times to us. And I wouldn't recommend anyone. Really bad experience.

I’m not a happy customer right now. I was charged moving supplies that I didn’t request. I think it’s ridiculous that Uhaul throws in $122 of moving supplies as I’m reserving a truck. I asked the manager if I would be charged and she told me I was not since it was cancelled. Well, with all the moving expenses I just wanted to make sure that charge would not hit my account. Well, it did hit my bank account which caused an overdraft fee. I had my bank to print out showing I was now in the negative because of moving supplies I never requested. Manager lied to my face and told me she showed me the computer screen when she did not! She even said “ we can look through the video”. If I had time I would of loved for her to show me something that never occurred! She never once apologized. I will never be a customer with Uhaul and will definitely let all my friends and family know to stay away!

Good drop off location. Very quick and friendly. It was odd to be charged one dollar extra due to 'excessive millage.' Seemed a little "nickle and dime" as I had just paid over $150.

Most storage facilities are adequate on the points listed above, but where are you lost me was taking a FULL month’s rent for ONLY 3 days, refusing to prorate the rent and give a refund. Poor cust svc

Very poor customer service these people are ripping people off left and right. They claim I was in an accident that never happened just so they charge me an extra 700$. I do not recommend uhaul

Storage lock was cracked into. Didn't get a clear story on what actually happened. No one contacted us when they found out and placed new lock on storage. Couldn't get contract emailed to us or online

Having an elevator would be very helpful as well as having air conditioning. I also think that the unit is too expensive for what it is and the ceiling is super unsafe with nails coming through.
