I returned the truck after sunset and inadvertently left my Ray Ban sunglasses and case in the truck.. When I returned the next day to see if the sunglasses were turned in, I was informed that no one had found any glasses.

Too much air freshener used in the cab. The shocks on the truck need to be replaced.

When I got there was a long line and only one associate. The associated was very nice but very engaged in a conversation with the customer he was assisting. Minutes later a different associate came in. It looked like he was coming from grabbing lunch. He just walked through the line of customers without acknowledging any of us. He looked like he did not want to be bothered and did not want to be there at all.

Jonathan Hernandez was spot on. He had me in and out in less then 10 minutes. Really knew his stuff. He had a great personality and made me laugh. With everything going on in the world, I really needed it! Way to go Jonathan I will refer everyone to that I haul location!!

I drove all the way there at the request of the U-Haul phone operator, and they told me that my trailer was given to someone else for an out of state— they also claimed they tried to reach me but did not have my phone number, but that is not true, as I received my confirmation via text message. So I had a confirmation, drove all the way there, and there was no trailer for me. Then the employee did not know how to look to see if anyone had one in the area. I was quite frustrated. This is the second time I've had trouble at this location, which is why I always go to the other U-Haul in nearby Whittier.

Make sure get your return receipt when you return your unit! This location charged me extra $20 'after hour return fee' even I returned 4pm (3 hours before closing) Very disappointment! Bring your furniture dolly or buy cheaper one from elsewhere no available rental unit here.

Didn't meet with anyone, arrived right when location opened and several customers were ahead of us. it took a while for employees to greet and assist with drop offs. I ended up checking out through the service provided online, never once spoke with an employee.

Guarantee a truck pickup spot (order a spot from Huntington Beach and the day before pickup was told to drive somewhere 45 minutes further) Be more informative about truck returns & gas (Or remind customers to read the “contract”) Be cleanlier (used mask on floor of truck)

The locations were great once we were able to secure the reservation. However, the reservation process is BROKEN! We had a reservation for 4'x 8' trailer, pick up in Murrietta Sun 08/02, return to Burbank by 08/03. We received a text message Saturday late afternoon from U-Haul asking us to call. We did that and we were told the trailer would not be available after all! Why not? What happened to our Reservation? The U-Haul rep asked if we would like to cancel. I told her no, we don't want to cancel—it is U-Haul that is cancelling us. Very frustrating. I told her U-Haul needs to find a solution. We did our part and picked a day and location where the equipment was available. We made plans with other individuals to pick up the furniture.—and now the night before you are telling us it is not available.

When I tried to call there very rarely picked up the phone. My items removed from storage facility had mouse poop on it and I did not bring it with mouse poop. However, staff were friendly and helpful.

The facility has a major flaw in design with only one place to get in and out so one truck loading or unloading blocks easy access to others. The toilet was backed up. Staff was good though busy.
