Let me tell you, people, please go see her, she is undoubtedly, the heart and soul of this U- Haul Storage Facility. She is a true GEM 💎 she truly gives you her 100% all!! She is without a doubt, a person that puts people's needs first! She is as sincere as it gets! Thank you so very much Keishla, for making my experience with you such a wonderful, and positive one!!! They will pretend to hear your issues and also pretend to write your statements to your account but don't. When others review your account nothing is posted from past communications

susan m | Overall ExperienceIssues with entering the unit had I waited until after hours which I had planned to do I wouldn’t have had access to the until to unload the truck we rented in time for the next day return. My code didn’t work to get in so I called the office and they were open I had to go get a card to get in I go back down to the unit and there was a note stating there was a lock included but not in the unit itself I called the office again, same person I spoke to about access, she stated I had to go back up and retrieve the lock… just a bit annoyed with the customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I was not informed that i would not get a unit size as requested and reserved and only found this out the sat of my move which made the situation stressful. The facility did not even have the unit size that I needed. I then needed to reserve TWO smaller units at a combined higher price than I wanted/needed to pay. There are rodent boxes in the units that may me feel extremely uneasy to store my important and meaningful personal belongings.

El día que llegue me dieron el cuarto q no lo podía abrir y ella estuvo ahí con nosotros y me ayudo tarde en la noche y veníamos de NJ y no pudimos llegar a tiempo y ella nos estendio el tiempo y nos dio aseso para poder terminar la mudanza.
