We selected in person pick up and we were still forced to do online pick up, which delayed us by at least 15min. We were also charged $10 for blankets we never received. When we dropped off we told the attendant about the blankets and they said they would credit our account but never did. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our experience.

Let me tell you, people, please go see her, she is undoubtedly, the heart and soul of this U- Haul Storage Facility. She is a true GEM 💎 she truly gives you her 100% all!! I originally scheduled my hitch installation for 830am and received a text 2 days before confirming the time for 715am. I called and the lady told me someone at the store changed it. How dare you people change someone's time without contacting them to make sure it was okay!!! I will never do business with you guys again. Enjoy my $324 cause that's all you will ever get from me again. Besides that issue, the hitch does look great but still never again because of your customer service.

We have rented from this location at least 3x and have another truck scheduled. Normally, the service is excellent, but on this last rental, the woman at the service was rude, and unhelpful. I had submitted my reservation confirming counter check-in, and she flat out refused to assist. On our last visit, I had neglected to bring my phone, and that employee was beyond friendly and helpful, but this experience was the polar opposite. Disappointing. We have one more rental coming up, and then we will not live near this location anymore. Fingers crossed for a better experience.

I would suggest having better technicians to maintain the equipment. When I picked up the trailer a tail light was out. I brought it to their attention and the employee claimed to have repaired it have way back from my destination the same tail light fell out of the socket. Causing me to pull over on the highway and almost getting hit and police stopping to warn me about stopping in the highway. So that’s why I suggest better technicians

Issues with entering the unit had I waited until after hours which I had planned to do I wouldn’t have had access to the until to unload the truck we rented in time for the next day return. My code didn’t work to get in so I called the office and they were open I had to go get a card to get in I go back down to the unit and there was a note stating there was a lock included but not in the unit itself I called the office again, same person I spoke to about access, she stated I had to go back up and retrieve the lock… just a bit annoyed with the customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I reserved my unit a month in advance. I was not informed that i would not get a unit size as requested and reserved and only found this out the sat of my move which made the situation stressful. The facility did not even have the unit size that I needed. I then needed to reserve TWO smaller units at a combined higher price than I wanted/needed to pay. There are rodent boxes in the units that may me feel extremely uneasy to store my important and meaningful personal belongings.

The staff members on duty. The one guy. He handled over 13 customers at once. Each of us with an incredible dignity and respect. He didnt get mad when yelled at. He didnt get mad when someone asked for one more thing. He went above and beyond whats expected from someone under that much work. I wish I knew his name.
