Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is that more staff be available especially on a weekend morning. There was only one gentleman on staff and there was a line of about 6 customers. I waited 40 min in line. The store was neat and clean and the truck was great.

Give the original dealer in Port St. Lucie, a serious update on legal liabilities that he exposed the company to when he told us upon the initial challenge that the attire was good. The tire lasted one day and could have resulted in a corner of the trailer digging into the ground and flipping the whole vehicle down the highway killing everybody. He has that that responsibility.

I wish I had been directed to read the fine print more carefully as there were two charges I did not realize I would be responsible for (safe move and fuel service fee) which drove up the cost of the rental to $111 when I had only anticipate about $60. For that reason I would not recommend this location.

Make sure your staff knows their product better... I asked a simple question and they gave me an incorrect answer. I had to go purchase an additional product I did not need, but was told I did. Then had to go return it. When moving, this causes people to waste time they may not have, like I didn't.

I have to say as soon as I went in, I was welcomed which I appreciate that some people are not like that it didn’t even take that long for me to get my Storage. I had a little issue. I went back. It was soft and less than 20 minutes less so I appreciate and continue to go work.

My code didn’t work to get in so I called the office and they were open I had to go get a card to get in I go back down to the unit and there was a note stating there was a lock included but not in the unit itself I called the office again, same person I spoke to about access, she stated I had to go back up and retrieve the lock… just a bit annoyed with the customer service and lack of attention to detail.

I reserved my unit a month in advance. I was not informed that i would not get a unit size as requested and reserved and only found this out the sat of my move which made the situation stressful. The facility did not even have the unit size that I needed. I then needed to reserve TWO smaller units at a combined higher price than I wanted/needed to pay. There are rodent boxes in the units that may me feel extremely uneasy to store my important and meaningful personal belongings.

Keishla la mejor la llamaba tarde en la noche y simepre m contestaba aunque no fueran horas de trabajo. El día que llegue me dieron el cuarto q no lo podía abrir y ella estuvo ahí con nosotros y me ayudo tarde en la noche y veníamos de NJ y no pudimos llegar a tiempo y ella nos estendio el tiempo y nos dio aseso para poder terminar la mudanza. The staff members on duty. The one guy. He handled over 13 customers at once. Each of us with an incredible dignity and respect. He didnt get mad when yelled at. He didnt get mad when someone asked for one more thing. He went above and beyond whats expected from someone under that much work. I wish I knew his name.
