With each move from that location, the employees (females) competently and efficiently hooked up the trailers and checked out signal lights. I was going to check-in my truck then night I came in as I had no place to park it, however 24/7 would not recognize my location. I locked the truck up and left it at the uhaul location. I usually have a good experience renting from this location . The truck I rented yesterday smelled like cigarette smoke in the cab and looked like someone had spilled coffee on the floorboard in front of the drivers seat . I wiped the seat and it was dirty ! I understand that some people will smoke in the truck but I expect a smoke free truck being that I don't smoke and can't tolerate the smell , due to health issues ! I will continue to rent from this location when needed , but I will make sure it's smoke free before I leave ! The trucks always drive great and I have never had any problems with them !James W.

I showed up to the business right before 9am, as I had a reservation for 9am on Sunday. The business was closed and did not open up until 20 minutes late. There was multiple people, not including me, that were waiting outside due to the business not being open. Also, when the employee pulled up, they were dropped off in a car that had very loud music. Also, the employee brought a person (possible girlfriend/friend) to work. The employee was the only one working. This was ridiculous.MIKAELA T.

Ensure equipment (i.e. dollies) are actually available for renting. I arrived to the location and the one tool I needed to assist with my move wasn't available and I had to spend $70 and purchase a dolly to complete my move.Joseph B.

The manager was very disrespectful . She threatened to call the police and have me removed from the store and/or transfer my order to another town. I was surprised and disappointed that the hand trucks I had rented and paid for online were not available. I called the day before pickup and was told that the truck and hand trucks would be there. She assured me that she is NOT ALLOWED to have extras on hand. LET HER GO WORK IN A JAIL. I AM A LAW ABIDING CITIZEN. U-HAUL DOES NOT NEED MANAGERS LIKE THIS!Rita B.

Called several times to get in touch with them and each time I called I stayed on hold 30 to 40 minutes every time. Called in July when I moved out my storage to cancel so I continued to get letters about property lien finally I talked with someone on August 23, to cancel the storage because the person that I talked to didn’t cancel it like she said. I was assigned a unit on the second floor. There is no elevator, so I had to carry every item up a flight of stairs, and when I move out, my things will be carried down the flight of stairs. The trolleys are useless if the customer has to unpack them to get their belongings upstairs to their unit. My advice would be to install an elevator.Casey R. | First Impressions

It’s pricey for a 10 x 10 metal shed. I was on a list for a better climate control. I paid the high price monthly bill and 2 days later the other storage called and told me they had my unit ready. I called u haul to see if they could prorate and give me a refund on the rest. They said no. I lost that money. Everyone I have talked to said they would prorate ... and every time you go there you have to wait to pay your bill. All my previous experiences with all U-Haul locations have been excellent. This particular experience was not. Tabitha was exceptionally difficult to work with. Our family had some hiccups during our move and she was all but accommodating. However, the ending result worked out for us and we did get what we needed. I would highly recommend using U-Haul for all your storage and moving needs. I would just recommend choosing a different location to avoid any inconveniences.Matthew R. | Overall Experience
