Maybe they might not be aware that ignition key only works one way. If they don't put it in the right way it won't start.

From scheduling a hitch installation, to rescheduling it due to a severe winter storm, to installing the hitch in time before my departure and within 3 hours, and to hook up the trailer I need, the whole team is helpful and friendly. The only thing I would mention is that well used trucks with loose steering can require a lot of concentration, particularly for customers who aren't familiar with driving a large vehicle. The truck I rented wasn't particularly bad and I wasn't personally troubled, but I suspect your overall business would benefit from extra/technically unnecessary steering maintenance.

I had to call the help line to find out there was an area with dumpsters behind the building where some trucks were. It was 26 degrees out and I was walking around outside trying to figure this out based on the information we had and eventually the phone call that made me te-check everything I already looked at before finding it for almost an hour. At that point I could have just waited for them to be open. My entire process was late because of this and people were left waiting outside our apartment

Engine stalled a few times, and was difficult to start. Rather scary experience renting a truck that you're not sure will get you to where you want to go. Not a great experience

I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.

Not having lighting in the little room there’s a little bit of a challenge. I did see an electrical outlet as I was sweeping out. Perhaps tell customers to bring their own lighting? Lou, in Nashua, was VERY helpful. He was wonderful to deal with. He alone would bring back my business or give me cause to recommend the facility to others.

I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That’s where I met Shane, and I’m so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn’t have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven’t seen customer service like that in so long! That service made me know the money I was paying was well worth it! Thank you Shane!
