Make sure your app correctly indicates when equipment is available. Initially reserved a 10’ truck via the app and it was set. Upon going to UHaul that same day I was advised they did not have any. Somehow your app is out of sync with the physical store

Fill with gas, the between 5/8 & 3/4 Is very hard to gauge. Detail drop off procedure. I waited 46 minutes to drop off and found out I didn't have to.

When I reserved the UHaul I was told it was a 24 hour rental and due the next day. It was also indicated on my email confirmation it was the rate for a 24 hour rental. I called a few days prior to the rental and spoke to the manager Cody to confirm the rental. He told me it was due back in 6 hours or he wouldn't rent the UHaul to me. He was rude and disregarded the fact I had a confirmation that said it was a 24 rental. I made changes in my schedule/help to have the truck back in time but paid the 24 hour rate. I also called corporate UHaul and was told I would be contacted within 72 hours to discuss what happened. I did not receive a call. Also, while picking up the truck a man who worked there was yelling at an eldery couple in a car to not park in a specific area. He was yelling at the top of his lungs and acted like a mad man. Then he took orange cones an put them across the exit in front of the truck we rented. We had to get out of the truck and move the cones in order to drive it out of the spot UHaul had it parked in.

Making sure that the customer have all of the equipment and supplies requested. Not billing the driver for the rental just because he is picking up the truck, bill the customer who's card is on file, on less told other wise.

To fill the gas to 7/8, they give you a chart to use on how many gallons to put in. I followed the chart and way over paid and filled the whole tank and when I told someone at the store, they completely disregarded me. It wasn't a lot of money but considering how much I had to pay for the Uhaul in the first place, I was very frustrated.

Great service and very friendly people. My only issue is with Uhaul's pricing for their daily pickup truck, its ok and competitive with home Depot and Lowe's, but the .59 cents per mile is excessive. Next time I will think twice for before renting.

I reserved a 26’ truck for 24 hours at least a month ago. I get an email a few days before my reservation to confirm saying that I have it booked for only 18 hours. I call you guys and am told it’s a busy time of year, blah blah blah. What is the point of a reservation if you’re going to overbook your trucks and not give me what I requested? Not to mention that when I told the lady on the phone that I was a paying customer and she should at the very least apologize for the inconvenience & find a way to help me out (she never once said sorry by the way - not great customer service at your call center) she had the nerve to say “we’ll it’s only $40 to rent the truck”?!?! Then, on the day of the reservation, I arrive at the uhaul location and they don’t even have a 26’ truck there! I settled for a 20’ truck and was able to extend my time from the 18 hours you randomly allowed me to 22 hours since the truck was smaller than the one I reserved. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be using your services again. I find it disturbing that as I was signing for the truck there was a pop up on the pin pad screen saying you guarantee your equipment to be where and when you reserved it. What a joke! This whole experience was a disaster! I can’t even put into words how unhappy I am with my experience.

It took several minute to find my order I placed on line, then when at the storage facility and office I didn't help finding the unit until after running up a high cab service bill, looking for it.

Good facility and helpful staff. Only issue is with the ambient temperature in the indoor storage. It was always hot inside. It will help if set a bit cold during peak summer time

The storage unit was clean and the area was well lit. The one negative was the steep stairs leading up to the unit. The rental price was reasonable. Would rent again.
