The access roAdis unmarked off the highway making me take three trips through the mall to locate the back road to the location. The after hours online check in procedures wouldn't work. I tried three times to log in without success. Tried calling customer service but hung up after 15 minutes first time then ten minutes second time for help completing dropoff. Finall had to leave for my ride. Next morning I cslled to explain problem and was told I wouldn't be charged $20 fee. Within ten minutes I was charged the fee.CHARLES M.

We had the best experience with your employees Brian and Shane. A terrible storm blew through just as we were attempting to pick up our truck. Brian and Shane were in the parking lot, completely soaked from the rain, and trying to clean up debris so that customers could park. Your computer's were down and the power was off so they couldn't rent us our truck at that point but we returned an hour and a half later. They had figured away to operate the store and were doing their best to meet every customer's needs. It was an absolutely impressive experience, and I'm thankful for how hard they worked so that my project could stay on time. I would recommend this location to anyone, and believe that Brian and Shane deserve recognition for their hard work. EeicERIC D.

- the contactless pick up wasn't contactless. - it was 20 minutes into my time, on the phone with customer services when I was told to go inside a receive the keys. Prior to that, and went inside and asked for help and they told me there was nothing they could do for meâ€¦.yet they handed me the keys in the end. - that crew clearly is not fully inspecting their equipment upon return. Refer to disputed pictures. There were clearly dings and new marks from the spotless photos that were presented on my phone. - all around process was very unorganizedLucas B.

Nashua was great. They actually bailed me out. Corporate was terrible. I reserved a larger truck on line 2 weeks ahead and found out less than 24 hours prior that it was not guaranteed and actually there was a possibility that the truck wouldn't be there and not at the time I had requested. A guarantee is a guarantee and I will be contacting corporate on their mistake. Nashua on the other hand was great and helpful and was able to help in a pinch. While calling. Around Ayer was super apologetic as well (even though it wasn't there fault). Next time, I will be dealing with the local dealers directly, they clearly are the backbone of this corporation and there needs to be an overhaul of the top. The local guys are doing what the upper levels should be doing.CRAIG V.

Truck was good . Ordered furniture dollys 2 of them. They only had 1 . I ordered blankets to wrap the piano. No furniture dollys or blankets were put in truck before I left. I arrived at location to move piano and had nothing in the truck that I ordered. Had to lift piano with 1 other guy and hurt my backDAVID Q.

I could not reserve a 15' truck for 48-hours on-line or by phone, so I had to go into the office to make the reservation. The employee who made my reservation was very rude, uninformed and at one point told me U-Haul was "doing me a favor" by granting me a 48-hour reservation. I was told when I returned the rental that the original 3rd party made a mistake on my contract. Had to wait a bit longer than expected because when the employee called someone to figure the issue out, they discussed things that were not related to my return and rental, which was a little aggravating when you are running on a tight schedule. Arrived at 630p to pick up van. Waited 20 minutes at service desk for someone to show up. Then walked in lot to find worker at propane tank . He told me there should be someone inside, called other workers. I went back in and 5 minutes later other worker appeared from back wearing earbuds. After 10 minutes of unsuccessfully finding my reservation, he finally entered my reservation number which I had previously offered repeatedly. First he said no vans were available then said my reservation was at another location. It was now 715p and other location closed at 7p. I called National number and was told there were 4 vans available at my location. She then â€œupdated my reservationâ€, yet worker still couldn't process my reservation. Although he did tell me his manager would be there in half hour if I wanted to wait. I've gone through U haul 3x in past at this location and was in and out with vehicle. Totally unacceptable! I was totally devastated after showing up at the Amherst location and being told my reservation for a unit was not honored because they had no units. I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That’s where I met Shane, and I’m so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn’t have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven’t seen customer service like that in so long!
