Was charged $82 for expedited shipping. It didnt come so they had one locally!!! So they didnt have to ship anything but refused to drop shipping charges. Complete ripoff!!!!

This was my first time renting from UHaul and it was such an easy and efficient experience, from setting up the rental over the phone to picking up & dropping off, that I currently don’t have any comments for improvement. Just keep doing a Great job!

The staff was extremely helpful in assisting in replacing a fuse that had gone bad on my truck. They would not let me leave with the trailer until all my light worked appropriately. They worked to fix the problem! Thanks with all my heart!

The U-Haul staff person who did the arrangements for us, Joshua C., was very helpful and when connecting the 5'x8' trailer to our car showed us how it was connected. Couple days later when we were staying at a motel, I unlocked the vertical trailer door. Unfortunately I did not hold the strap in time and the door shot straight up and got stuck below the roof and I could not pull it down. I called U-Haul, and fortunately Joshua was on the line and instructed me how to get the door back down again. Thank you for having a patient and experienced U-Haul staff to help customers in times of need!

Rented from this location multiple times and they have been extremely professional and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that your rental experience is a good one. Beware of renting from some UHAUL satellite locations - customer service is not the same.

Very disappointed with my appointment for wiring for lights to pick up trailer. Spoke with someone at the call center the day before to confirm my 7am appointment to have he wiring done to then pick up the trailer to load and drive from ABQ to Phoenix. Arrived just after 7am and was told that there was no one there until 11am to do the wiring. I came back shortly before 11am and at approximately 12:45pm, was leaving with the trailer. By the time we loaded the items to drive back to Phoenix, it was almost 3pm. A full day was lost due to the 4 hour delay in the wiring being started. Though I did receive a $50 credit to my credit card after the fact, that does not cover the frustration and loss of time and added expense to stay in Albuquerque another day as I did not want to drive thru the mountains at night. Very disappointed. I don't know if it was not communicated by the gal at the call center or if it was the location's error but it definitely inconvenienced me.

The only concern I really have is the one driveway that serves as both egress and ingress. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and professional, and the cargo van I rented was clean, well-maintained, and easy to operate. I will definitely consider renting from U-Haul at Princeton & Candelaria again! 5-Stars *****

I rented a uhaul storage box and a vehical transport.... I made a appointment months ahead for the ubox, the day before I was supposed to have it delivered I was called and told it would be a day late giving me only a day to pack it. My auto transport experience was similar. I rented a auto transport in albequerque new mexico to travel to springfield va.. I was told the unit would work to tow my ford ranger. This information must be wrong. I was not able to go over 40 with out the unit wobbling and vibrating... I returned the unit in Alabama halfway between my trip and me and my wife drove seperate cars. I was still charged full price for the trailer I used for half the trip and returned because of the possibility of an accident. I informed the employee of the situation and she offered nothing more then an ok. So I pay for my ubox to be delivered a day late. I pay full price on a trailer for a trip that is obviously not functioning or safe. I will never reccomend uhaul to any one. Some of the worst customer service and just a waste of money. I will be posting this on every review web site and spreading the word to any and all clients I come across in my travels

Tell them when a customer states they had a accident. Not to say uhaul will not pay for any damage my vehicle or my tow vehicle sustained .

I didn't like the text that came to my i-phone regarding putting an X on the image where you may see damage. I don't see well at all and I couldn't see the text image on my phone, so I just pressed what buttons I could see to get me going, right, wrong or indifferent. That could be a potential problem for your customers regarding damages to your seeing impaired customers who couldn't see the text image on the phone screen. Did U-haul put much thought into that for the seeing impaired? Offer another alternative for those who don't see all that well. That would make the experience more pleasurable.

The reps did their absolute best, so no complaints about them, but there were multiple system issues they had to overcome. The facilities themselves are not 100% functioning. Alarms on each individual unit, but it’s currently faulty (fixing supposedly 4/22), so no way to know if false alarm or real.

I WAS RENTED A STOLEN U-HAUL TRUCK. I AM FURIOUS THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ON ANOTHER TRUCK THAT CAME IN EARLIER . They HAD NO RECIRD OF THE TRUCK I HAD RENTED. BUT APPARENTLY THE POLICE WERE LOOKING FOR THE ONE I HAD MY CREDIT CARD ON. Very disappointing

Your manager, Chellsie, was amazing with my rental and then went above and beyond fixing some wiring issues another U-Haul location had installed. She was willing and competent to address that issue and fix it. Her time frames were spot on and her work accurate She is the reason I will come back to this location.
