I called the day before to see when I had to return it the next day. They said they were open until 7pm. I arrived the next day at 530 but got charged an extra day........!!!!!!!! It delivered it on time!

My driver door had a loose bolt that holds the door to the door sil, and also I believe the mileage was incorrect, and that it needs to be calibrated with the speedometer and tire setup. I drove little under 800 miles, and it said 816, makes a difference in the long run.

I was pretty upset with the staff at this location and the san Mateo location I put a reservation at the san Mateo location and they transferred my reservation to the prinstion location and didn't notify me until we got to the San Mateo location when I asked why we got transferred they said they did not have the equipment at San Mateo so they made us drive to Princeton which made us have more miles and more gas to put on the vehicle instead of having your customers drive to another location you should have your employees drive the U-Hauls to the location where it should be when I went into the Princeton location the employee helping us check in was very rude and told me that they had sent text messages I tried to show him my phone to let him know I had never got notified on us being transferred to a different location I asked him if the miles and gas would be credited since we had to go to a further location to pick up the U-Haul he again was very rude with his answer and said no we will not credit you we sent messages which I never received a message a phone call if we had we would have showed up at the Princeton location in the beginning instead of driving all the way to the San Mateo location where I had put my reservation you guys need to fix things so people don't have to drive out of their way moving is a very stressful situation as it is and your customers do not need to deal with your very rude employees we dealt with rude employees at San Mateo and at Princeton location the U-Haul is very clean and good but your customer service was the shittiest ever and we use U-Haul a lot unfortunately

Left rear tail lights and side marker lights do not light up. (Brake/turn signal works, but not tail lights for night travel.) Triple tail lights on tailgate were likewise not functioning.

These guys were so easy to work with. I returned the tow dolly the day before I returned the truck. Every time I drove in someone came out right away to help. I love that you use scanners so that equipment can be identified/checked-in without a lot of paperwork.

We drove to New Mexico from Colorado, went to pick up the trailer and the store was closed. No one called me to let me know that the store was not going to be open for labor day. We were pressed for time and had to go to another store on Princeton, the person that helped us at the store on Princeton was very nice and helpful and was able to get us a trailer.

My only nit pick was that the truck drop off site. @ 1880 W Picacho ave. The site doesn't open until 10:00 am. Which seems a bit late, so you drop the keys into a metal box. I prefer to leave the keys with an actual person. If should anything require resolution, it could be addressed then and there. I had no issues, so all was good 🙂.

Trailer door was damaged & the individuals only fixed it as a do-fer instead of getting me a new/different trailer. Door continued to be a hassle, jamming when attempting to open or close it. Tires were not great & rims looked rusted out and trailer road rough on freeway.

The equipment was fine, but I was overcharged and the store representative did not resolve the charges after I went back into the store. He called his manager, who said he would fix it same day, but he did not. I emailed the manager same day, did not receive a response. I called the store the next day, but the call did not go through. I had to call the corporate line to get a refund. I understand that mistakes happen, but it shouldn't be this difficult to get them corrected. U-Haul is great, but I do not recommend this location.

U-Haul needs to improve the mobile, after-hours pick-up. It took 45 minutes after arrival to finally figure things out This included an extensive conversation with customer service and sending a phot of my license about 5 times. Not the fault of the location, but poor overall process by U-Haul.
