I didn't see the email before I left but I took a picture because there was a dent on the drivers door I noticed before I left the lot. When I returned the Cargo Van I made them aware of the dent and showed them the Picture I took. As far as the Service the employees were excellent . When I called they had no cargo van available but asked how long I needed it . The next reservation for the Van was at 4 PM . So I was able to use it and return it on time before 2PM.Carter B.

I originally tried to book through Penske and pick up at Home Depot on w ridge rd but they had technical difficulties and poor customer service while handling them. I came to u-haul and they made the process so seamless and stress free. A complete 180Â° from what I had just experienced. The store are was very dull. There were 2 worn offices chairs for customers to sit in. A paper shade was placed over 1 window and held up with thumb tacks. I was not impressed. General Manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The Van was clean and well maintained. Brose C.

The van was fine, a little beat up but did the trick... The problem I have is having $150 stolen from me for "gas" because I can't dispute it because I didn't take a picture of the gas gauge on drop off. I returned the van with more gas then I got it, I was even told I would get an $18 credit if I returned it with more then a quarter of a tank which I did. To literally lose $150 because I didn't take a picture of something that they then lied about blows my mind.... I put $80 in gas into it and drove less then I predicted that only should have taken $50 to cover so I would be safe.Benjamin C.

I went through the process online to reserve the truck and gave my info. I did this in advance to make the pickup faster. However, I still needed to enter the building and fill out the paperwork. Why offer this expedited service if you have to go in anyways.Steven T.

1. The truck very average and not truly clean or well kept. 2. Truck was parked behind the gates. Staff should have come out to take the truck out for me. 3. He never came to show any of the things in and around the truck or its gadgets. 4. Called me while I was driving back from Greensburg, PA as to why the truck was not back in time!! 5. Gas was 2/3. I did not know to fill up 2/3 the tank. May be it was a tad less. Charged $10 for that. 6.Sorry but very poor service and unlikely to come back to your place or any U Haul. The 24/7 system is definitely flawed. Could not login and proceed with picking up or dropping off via a browser. Needed to download app. Even then it took a lot of finagling.Rachel S.

The gas cap was broken and didn't realize it until we filled it upon return. The check in online was not working properly, thank God the gentleman who opened the place was a little early and graciously checked us in so we could be on our way. The Uhaul account with the Uhaul App was horrific. Creating an account, going through the verification, the putting the fuel and millage took time. Then taking a picture to upload became a frustration. My camera works fine but the app camera did not work. Make the program to either take a picture where it does actually work or allow a photo to uploaded from my phones camera app. We spend a half hour or more trying to make the Uhaul app. Cleared cache, checked app settings, camera settings, and anything we could think of....wasted time when we really did not have time to spare.Stepphanie W.

The past two years have been a very smooth experience. From the initial rental of one unit, and a last minute rental of a second unit when we moved, then downsizing as we got rid of stuff, everyone has been very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We both went outside to look for someone - the other customer yelled into the lot to find a employee. Terrible experience, with my truck loaded and ready to check out, I waited for half an hour with the door locked to the office at 10am on a business day. I had alot to do an my time was wasted. I would not recommend this U Haul to anyone. I made 2 calls to the manager to no avail.
