I don't like that my storage fee was raised by about $5 every yr for no good reason which was not in my contact which made it more difficult for me to pay the fee. O want my possessions returned to me that were auctioned. It's theft as far as I am concerned. I have the money to pay my storage fee but can't access it due to some illegal things. I explained this to Brenda she was cold and uncaring saying they gave me enough time. I explained I needed more time. Brenda said no andand it has nothing to do with her that I have more than enough money to pay my storage fee but can't access it. Well I rented my unit for about 8 yrs and it's U hauls lost that they don't have my business. They don't have any guarantee that the next renter will be as faithful as I was. I paid thousands of dollars to them and they refused to show me extended grace and charity. I did the pre check in process. Uploads and when arrived after 3 attempts they did the picture of the license like I had already completed. Doubt interesting it's embracing the tech to do the drop off or you get charged 20 but pickup is still as painful as it has always been. Especially when I did the pre check injason D.

I was running late with movers coming in and delaying my arrival to pick up the trailer I reserved with my credit card. Received a call from who I assumed was the manager, letting me know that I was late and asking when I would come in. I was frazzled at the time, and, yes, at that point I was an hour late, so a call was understandable, even though the reservation was guaranteed with my card. However, she was unfriendly, rude, and dismissive. I gave her a time I would be in and arrived within a few minutes. I guess my issue is the atmosphere in the facility. I've been to other places and the employees seemed happy and positive. This one was not, and the customers feel that. I won't be back at this location.Fran T.

I've rented a van for the last two weeks. The first van had less then half a tank of gas. This time the tank had 1/4. The owner waited on me. I mentioned it to him (Steven) and he said that 1/4 is the minimum required. Is that how you want me to return the truck? With the minimums? Minimum air in the tires, minimum charge on the battery, and minimum care taken by me with your vehicles? I expected more than â€œthe minimum with this location. I didn't know the 10' truck doesn't come with the extension step at the back until I was shown the truck. Likely there are larger trucks available that day. It would be helpful to explain that on UHaul website. I rented a UHaul truck in Chicago back in May and it came with a dolly and some blankets. I was expecting those things when I rented the truck in Springfield on Monday but I had to pay separately.ZHAOCHUN M.

It would have been nice to know up front the entire return process needs to take place at the time of drop off. I was supposed to be able to use the 24/7 pickup of the truck at 8:30am. The location did not do what they needed to do on their end to have that ready so when I got there at 8:20 to do the pickup process I kept getting a message that I had to wait until 9am when the location opened. The problem was we had people waiting on us to arrive with the truck to complete our move. We were on a tight schedule as it was and this put a wrench in our plans. I didn't need the truck for the full four hours luckily. However the location did not offer to extend my rental time due to their error. I think that would have been a courtesy.APRIL M.

When we signed the paperwork we were told it wasn’t what we thought and we would have to climb stairs to use the one we wanted.
