The vehicle return location that was on the contract did not exist. I was told I would be charged a fee for delivering the vehicle to the wrong drop off location. The staff was reluctant to help but responded correctly after they understood I was not spending another 30 minutes trying to find a location that didn’t exist.

The people I talked to in Mobile, Roadside and Biloxi Uhaul were excellent. The people I talked to on the phone were nice yet useless. The roadside technician found a dangerous problem with the trailer that caused my trailer ball to sheer off. The trailer ball I use is a 6000# rating with an extra large shank. (Bolt) He recommended I go into Biloxi and exchange the trailer. He took me there and went inside and told the people what was going on. They had a trailer yet roadside said they would not release it until I paid a $300 service fee because my ball broke. It was your trailer that caused it to break. They said management said tuff luck I could not move forward without paying the fee. I asked if I could drop the trailer there. They said if I did it would cost me $1200 to $2000 to return it to mobile. Nice!!!! The roadside guy said they would pick it up and take it to the shop??? So I told the lady I would pay the fee in protest. To resolve it later. Then the dispatch people saidvI would have to rent the trailer 1 way or I would have to return it to Biloxi. I told her that would not happen. SovI told them I was leaving with trailer to return it to Mobile. They sais no I said yes it would be Uhaul liable if anything happened. She finally agreed on extending the local rental back to Mobile but they had to find a trailer.....the people inside Uhaul were waiting to release a trailer to me. The lady inside came out and told me follow them and 10 minutes later I was hooked up to another trailer. This whole ordeal set me back 6 hours so the lady said she added an extra day to cover my lost time. Yet today I see where I was charged for another day????

Had to put gas in it to even use it. Had 24 miles to empty on it when I picked it up but was told I had to bring it back with 1/4 tank. I’ve rented a good bit of uhauls and this has never happened to me.

This was an ordeal that was horrible. I scheduled a pick up but had to go to 2 different places, 1 for the truck and another for the toy hauler. Then was requested to drop off the truck at one location and the toy hauler 40 miles away. I then had to spend 45 minutes to fix it so both could be left at the same location. Idk if this was done this way to cause more fees, but you should really try to do better. The truck and toy hauler was dropped off in the exact condition it was picked up in. It was a rough experience dealing with U Haul, but I was able to make things work.

I found out that I was an hour away to the U-Haul place and they did not send me to the regular U-Haul that was like 30 minutes from my place and one 800 number U-Haul would not allow me to take it there. I was very upset with U-Haul corporate office whatever that is that I called the 800 number and she was very nasty. She didn’t even tell me her name or I would tell you her name but I have never been treated like this with U-Haul before I am really disappointed, but that’s not the U-Haul place. That’s the 800 number the corporate for the Customer Care telling me that if I don’t take it an hour away they’re gonna charge me three times the amount that is really rude.

This location was amazing and we cannot say enough good things about Brian. He was the only one working at the time of our return and we arrived a few minutes before closing time, on Father's Day... as did a whole CROWD of others. People kept pouring in the door and he handled this situation with professionalism and much grace. He took care of everyone in line with a smile and a good attitude -- it was obvious this was running him well after his normal closing time. Outstanding customer service on his part -- and for us, we were extremely grateful after a very long weekend of moving!

The access was not available at 6:45pm, despite hours being listed until 10. The office closed a few minutes early, as well, as I was unable to go into the office at 6:50 for help. Staff were friendly.

He’s been dealing with the A/C situation at the Government Street (secondary) location and that hasn’t been easy. He’s made my life very easy with moving and getting stuff done. He needs a raise. When it comes to relocating... Uhaul is your best option because of the rates and the staff willingness to help. Customer service is above and beyond. Re Government street, Mobile AL location. Kevin (mgr?) & Bridgette (?) were the ABSOLUTE BOMB! Though Kevin is my hero. Super, super nice. I’ve been a customer for close to 7 years. At first I had 2 HUGE units. I’m now down to one. Those 2 were awesome

The climate controlled units are in a old strip mall next to the Uhaul store. This area consistently had people coming by loitering and standing by your trailer / truck the entire time you’ll be loading / unloading. No one from the Uhaul office seem to monitor this area and definitely do not come over and ask these people to leave the area. If I would have known this would be the situation I would never have stored my things here.

My experience with U-haul this weekend was poor. I was given the run around for their error. My moving experience experience was stressful, and the company managers were not helpful in accommodating my needs due to their errors. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this company to any future movers.

The only negative was that the site was almost full and did not have the size unit I needed. I believe the lady that worked with me was named Tiffinay. She was very polite, helpful and professional. I had a very good experience because of her.

Store manager tried to over charge me. I rented a 15 foot uhaul went a total of 9 miles closed out my storage unit. When i got the bill it was for 225$! He tried to charge me for 33 gallons of gas and Refueling fee! I had to call customer service and wait on the phone for 55+ mins. Luckily the customer service was super nice friendly and got my money back. I would not trust this location!

Main issue was I visited storage and I noticed massive rat dropping in my unit. When I unloading stuff I noticed some of my stuff was damp from Rat pee. I wouldn't recommend this location at all
