This place sucks they told me I absolutely had to do a 4 day minimum even tho I only needed it for a day and a half I asked to be refunded for the days that I didn’t use the truck and they said they couldn’t do that so they stole $250 bucks extra from me

I would have had truck turned in two days earlier but the rental return location was changed from my original choice. Since my wife had our car for business on Tuesday, I had to wait until Thursday to drive to the west side of Las Vegas to return the truck. I would have walked home on Tuesday, that is why I chose that location. Although the truck was clean and worked flawlessly, I told them when I turned it in that both cab doors needed to be adjusted as the wind noise was deafening throughout the 1,000 mile journey. I don’t think the person checking me in took those comments seriously I have rented from U-Haul many times. This was my most disappointing experience.

Make sure vehicles are fully fueled. No one wants to get in a vehicle knowing they are going to be moving and have to stop at a gas station to fill it.
Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Check in and check out was terrific. Will definitely be recommending this location.

Trailer had a broken light and the gate was misaligned so it could not even be properly locked. Store charged my credit card in full after specifying that I could change it to my debit card at the end of the rental. I asked three separate times and I was assured it would be no problem. Then when returning the trailer the manager stated employee was untrained that she had only worked for them for a few months and he stated he could not even reverse the charges. I will never rent from uhaul again. This is twice in a row in two separate locations staff was untrained and flat lied to me about policies and procedures. On top of equipment being poorly maintained. I will be sure and steer all of my other clients, friends and acquaintances away from uhaul going forward.

When we came for pickup, it seemed there were some people that called out sick. I thought the general manager really stepped up to the plate to get everything ready and everyone out the door in short order. Everyone was helpful and friendly from pick up to drop off. Definitely recommend!

Sent out with a bad tire with a flat spot and delamination. It began to shutter in Arkansas and I was lucky to get off the freeway and find a U-Haul dealer before it failed altogether. Very lucky not to be left in the dark on the side of the freeway. Given the large flat area (no tread), the tire had to be bad when they gave me the trailer.

The location was fine. The reservation process was friendly and seemed great up front. The follow through on the hitch was horrific and left me getting on the road 8 hours behind schedule and completely ruining the plans I had in order to relocate my vehicle and belongings prior to starting a new job. It has cost me over 2000 dollars in additional expenses.

Overall a good experience, but when the hours say they close at 7pm, they really need to tell you in advance that access to the storage units closes 1 hour before, so, if it says closing at 7pm, you really have only til 6pm to get access your storage. And after I paid for a whole month in advance, and only used the unit for 5 days and then checked out, there was no money returned. They kept the entire months rent. That also should be explained up front.
