I noticed the tandem axle trailer was tracking to the left when we left Uhaul. We loaded up our belongings and once we unloaded we went to get another load and the tire was rubbing the fender support. The right rear u bolts were broke on the rear axle causing it to shift. I called the location and was on hold for 25 minutes so i carefully pulled it back to the location and they acted like they did not believe me until i showed them the failure. They gave me a new trailer but it still took enough time out of my day that i could not finish moving and will now have to take another day off work to complete the move.Roger U.

The description of the key location was under the UHaul sign, but it mentioned the wrong direction. It should be northwest. The self-service process was fairly easy, except that it feels like a treasure hunt. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the morning wasn't so cold, but I would still do it again.Emily L.

WELL, I paid for but DID NOT HAVE A DOLLY. Imagine THAT move! Cab seats were covered in cat dander. The windshield still had insect stains, not to mention the dashboard was too dusty. We traveled with the windows down, unable to enjoy the air conditioner because sweaty smell inside the cab. I stayed on call with customer service to file a complaint. I was told someone would call me from my local store in a few minutes but no one called. My bill was credited only $15 upon drop off. I have never in 50 years experienced anything like this!Landon L.

I had a terrible experience at this location due to customer service. The employees did not walk me over to inspect the truck I rented and go over the issues/damages that were already there. And the truck's gas fuel was not full. Besides that I was charged three times: a holding fee of $41.62, the actual charge of $34.42 and then another charge of $34.42 which I'm still not sure why, but that's $145.28 in total for 1 fucking hour within 10 miles at most! The holding fee was suppose to drop off within 3-5 business days, which 3 weeks later still hasn't. I finally got the extra $34.42 dropped off but supposedly I'm not getting the holding fee of $41.62 back because half of it was extra â€˜taxes' and mileage and the other is for gas that I have to replace for myself and whoever else used it before me, even though I put gas in there before I dropped the truck back off! Fucking ridiculous. I've requested managers to contact me via phone and still no response. But when I call customer service, I'm told my requests of my holding pay were denied. So in total I've been charged $76.04 when I was told at the store it would be $34.42! Trifling! At this point, I don't want the damn phone call I want my fucking holding fee back!!Char M.

When we dropped it off they told us we drove 25 miles. We didn't, then they found keys & smokes between the seats in the truck that weren't ours. I'm assuming the truck wasn't even checked back in when we picked it up. So we paid extra in mileage for someone else's trip. Our bill was only supposed to be around 35, we ended up paying over 50. I'll have to use the services again. Next time I'll just take pics of the mileage & go through the vehicle myself.JOY M.

You need to check the gas more carefully. I was told that the "tank was full" but I drove 25 miles in the pickup and it took 4 gallons of gas. It might have taken more, but I stopped there. I'm sure I did not use more than a gallon to go 25 miles!Edith M.

The texted link to verify the condition stated link expired while still there. I assumed that meant they already completed it in the store? Then my email/phone number I rented the uhaul using wouldn't work to check the uhaul in after hours it told me that I had nothing rented. When I got the agreement number I was finally able to do it through that, but then even sitting in the parking lot it wouldn't confirm I was there using my gps so I couldn't check it in online myself. I left the truck there and put the keys in the drop box with the intent to return in the morning with my car and get help doing the check in and ended up getting a convenience charge.william R.
Originally I went to the Van Dorn U-haul but they didn't have the motorcycle trailer. However, they quickly referred me to the Vine Ave UHaul where I was hooked up and gone in a very short time! Only providing good ratings as I don’t want to impact anyone’s performance rating. The U-Haul truck wasn’t available, yet many were sitting in the same spot before I left and returned. The unit wasn’t cleaned out, needed to swipe and clean out before putting my product into the storage unit. No one in the location was wearing a mask, yet the city still hasn’t adjusted the mask mandate. How does a customer feel when we don’t know the status of everyone working at the location?
