I am happy with the personal who brought my containers and help unloading them. Very nice, careful and kind. I had 6 containers waiting to be delivered. Although I requested 3 of them, and gave the numbers for each one to come first, only one of the three matched my request. I wish they listened more carefully my request as it impacted the way I had to manage the process and content of each.

ERIC PI reserved 2 furniture dollys over a week in advance, and when I arrived to pick up my rental truck, they were out of stock which severely impacted my move-in. I am not satisfied with the fact that these items were unavailable. Half of the cargo deck was sticky. Truck drove well though.
Kevin BBrandon took care of my reservations. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful making sure I got what I needed for the job, trailer. Krystle checked me in. She was friendly, very helpful with attaching the trailer hitch, taking pictures with my phone for me, and made sure I was good to go. Jabe helped me return the rental. When I pulled into the parking lot, he asked me if I ever backed up a trailer and I said no. So, he came over and unhitched the trailer and walked it over to the trailer parking space with a smile. All three team members were very friendly and professional. I've been coming to this location to rent trucks, vans, and now a trailer for 25 years and I never have had this kind of help. LILLIAN VOnly issue we had was the truck hit 100.000 miles. We rent a considerable amount of trucks on a regular basis. The shocks/suspense need to be replaced...they are shot. Overall experience 95%! Kudos!

NEILL RI rent 5x8 trailers 4-5 /year for Repticon shows. I personally visit this location to request the roll up door feature after booking and prior to pick up. This was not available/reserved on this visit. I slammed my head entering the trailer while loading after the show. Is there a way to request the roll up door when I make a reservation on-line? Is there a provision to have more roll up door trailers on hand? Are roll up door trailers popular, requested, unpopular or being phased out? I wrote on my registration that I am too tall and old to keep slamming my head on trailers with ramps and dual swinging doors. Help!!! Scott LeMessurier

BOBBIE LI had a great experience at this location, however I can make a recommendation for the "process" when I called to make a reservation I asked for a car hauler, the location I called about did not have one on site, the reservation was made, but a "scheduler" had top call me back to locate the unit I needed. That took too long, I started calling different locations and located it myself and in advance of the scheduler calling me back,

JOSHUA MI was overcharged on my debit card by $75. Ive called corporate and the location and no one could “see” or explain why i was charged more than what i was on my receipt. Either fraudulent activity or something fishy is going on. Either way im out of money on two cards

I made U-Haul aware and I was continuously harassed. I may be seeking legal council. Just because I don’t know the legality of hunting down someone to pay for a storage unit who paid his storage unit on time all the time when I moved out.

gianluca a | Overall ExperienceMoving in seemed pretty simple. But the move out process was poor. I have used u-haul for many years when I needed to move or store things. I was told on move in and out that there would be a pro rated rent for any time not used for the month. I confirmed the amount on the day we moved out, with 9 days used during that month. After 5 days, I still hadn't received any refund. I called and spoke with the manager and owner of the facility, both saying that it's not possible that I was told that. I am now being told that nothing can be done because it is a nationwide policy for no refunds and yet they are able to rent out the unit I have paid for and have no access to. I contacted corporate and initially was told that it was based on each location's discretion. The customer service representative on the phone at corporate was professional, but was unable to help on her end as the funds would have to be released from the store specifically. A few moments later being told that the policy did indeed change. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years, this company's policy has now cost them my business and anyone else's that I come in contact with. This facility and staff in particular will never be recommended.
