The storage unit and building (climate controlled units) were VERY clean. Stored my items for one year until I moved out of state. I used auto-draft for my monthly payments and didn't have any issues with billing/payments. I only spoke to the office staff twice, to secure the unit and to "leave" the unit. Both times, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the climate controlled units at the Ragland Road facility.Donna S. | Overall Experience
They didn't have the vehicle that I reserved online. So I had to use a box truck instead. That was not ideal but I survived. There were wire hanging loose near the back gate. I told them and they said they didn't have the tools at this location to fix it. Overall I was happy with the experience.LORI R.

I pulled into the equipment return zone and obeyed the signs by staying in the truck and waiting for someone to assist me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went inside to two employees at the counter and an otherwise empty store. One man held out his hand and said "Let me see the key" I gave him the key, he took it and looked at the truck, came back inside and said I could leave. Not very friendly or customer oriented.Chelsea B.

I just want to thank every part of the UHAUL company! From location services, individual employees, phone customer service, scheduling specialists, etc.... about 98.99% of everyone I came in contact with was courteous, knowledgeable (if they weren't they found out or sent me to someone who had the answer) as well as concerned and compassionate about my entire situation. If it wasn't for UHAUL I wouldn't have been able to move our belongings to start elsewhere. My children an I had to move to a safer environment regardless and UHAUL made sure that happened. I'm a single mother of 3 little guys, I had to pack our home myself and I loaded about 80% of a 26 foot UHAUL on my own, that took time! I didn't have a lot of money coming in because my focus was getting packed but UHAUL worked with me every step of the way. I would recommend UHAUL to anyone in any situation where they need the type of equipment UHAUL provides. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY CHILDREN AND I!!!Millie D.

These guys are always great to work with. I've never had any issues and I've been renting trucks and equipment from them for years. Great yeam! My only suggestion would be that the owners put more towards health and wellness, and preventative maintenance for their employees. Not only basic health care, but DO and chiropractic options.ANITA R.

The guy taking care of our return treated us like we were idiots. He was like you rented that trailer for $29, that was cheap. If you had rented that here it would have cost you 250.00. I was like get real dude, your prices are advertised on the internet, if you are charging that, you are treating your customers badly.
