Hi, Equipment rented Chevrolet Silverado pick up Truck had extream difficulty towing 5000 lb boat out of the water. Wheels spinning while boat not coming out of water. Silverado should tow 11000 pounds. Boat with trailer i Weights about 6000.Mark A.

Attendant should have walked us out to the truck and told us a few things. We didn't do the latch correctly and wound up jamming it at the top. Otherwise everything was fine.Margaret G.
The layout is a bit confusing, especially if you go in the wrong way like I did. Adding some signs at the entrance/exit may have caught my eye in time than the marked arrows on the cement. Once you have your truck aligned in the correct spot, the directions are helpful to facilitate the process.Alexander A.
It is impossible for mobile check in at this location where you drop off your truck it seems the service is lost every time I rent from uhaul!!! I got no reminder text to check in and they cancelled my reservation while I hd to wait in line in the store. They rescheduled it but wasn't the reason to do it mobile to avoids waiting in line? The truck shook like crazy on the highway and the check oil light was on. It later went away but the truck was old over 175,999 miles on it. Couldn't check in mobile app and they ended up charging me 2 days for everything including a dolly that was all used for only one day.Renae D.

Get people who know what they are doing. Make sure to document all previous damage to equipment before it leaves the yard. Make sure all lights are working. Just shrugging your shoulders and saying it will be okay, isn't okay. I will never use this dealership again.Ginger S.
on all ramps - test functionality between customers. We had to fight with our ramps on the trailer to close them. It took two people (including the store employee) to get them to close - this should have been a 1 person job.Darryl S.

The interior of the truck reeked of cigarette/marijuana smoke so bad that I couldn't drive without the windows rolled down. The rest of the truck was OK. Make sure that the trucks are deodorized/sanitized between rentals. ThanksWalter B.
I rented a trailer and it was given to me with a flat tire. I almost got into an accident because of the trailer's erratic jerking and bouncing due to the flat that was unnoticeable because it was being held up by the front tire on the same side. I also ended up spending twice as much gas from dragging the flat trailer. The trailer was not properly inspected, or maintained prior to my rental. Despite my hardship and scares. No effort was made to lighten my load on the bill.Diuver M.

I signed up for the Truck Share 24/7 so I could pick up my rental after business hours. When I arrived and began the "Pick up my truck" process on my phone, the app informed me that I would have to do it during business hours. A call to customer service resulted in 43 minutes on hold, followed by getting disconnected. I had to be at the store when they opened the next morning, rather than being at an event getting set up. Person at the counter said this kind of error happens frequently with the Truck Share 24/7. Very unhappy with the whole process.Erin F.

Trailer door needed to be replaced. It was very Very hard to open & close. When I came to pickup the trailer, I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for someone to put the trailer on my hitch. 30 minutes !!!! THAT IS RUDICULOUS !!! I was on my phone, calling for someone to help for so long that my phone died !!! Only then did I go back inside to find someone, when someone appeared !!! I am sure they were watching me out in the parking lot pacing back & forth on their cameras !!! They only came out when they saw me coming in !!! Luckily when I returned the trailer, there was a nice young man in the return parking lot that immediately helped disconnect the trailer & got me checked out very quickly :)Tiffany P.

The pick up process went perfectly smooth and the staff was very friendly. The problem is with the confirmation of the truck and return. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW a truck to be reserved at a location if it is truly not available. The process of having an agent call after the fact to tell me that my truck actually is t available for the time and at the location I reserved it at is unacceptable. Get a better handle on your inventory and only allow those search results. Lastly, your mobile return process via the text link is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Figure out the steps that are critical to know for a return and be done! You can always call the renter to finalize any other information. It is unbearable!!Amanda K.

I made my reservation online and changed it after booking to a Mobile check-in. At home, I did all the stuff - taking a photo of my license front and back, entering my license information, etc. When I arrived at the location, I had to take photos of my license again and enter contacts for verification. Maybe I didn't save the info when I did it at home ahead of time but it was super annoying to have to do it again, on-site, in the wind, when I was in a hurry to get on the road. Other than that, very helpful service at the location, truck was as expected and ran great and return was easy. Thanks!Kelly B.

Could barely enter into drive as trucks were stacked up blocking entry of a busy street. Was told I would get a $39.00 savings rate for dropping to this local. Charged way over the promised rate. Seller said savings rate would be honored at drop off and it does not appear this way.bud V.
