The attendant had a superior complex. I asked him a moving question on if a queen mattress and box spring would fit in the cargo van, all he offered was sarcasm in a negative attitude. My wife and I have never been spoken to like that day. If he is the face of U-Haul we will never rent there again.

The guy at the computer told me to hold on and then walked outside and then talked to somebody and then the manager came in to help me out and she was very very very very nice I like that Well picking up the vehicle was horrible It took more than 20 minutes to get the vehicle rented And they did not even pull a vehicle up for me and I had to go back and ask them to please put the appliance dully into the vehicle Call in return I sat there for more than 15 minutes while one guy with glasses and beard looked at me and asked me do I need help while I was waiting at the sign that says please stop vehicle here and please wait inside vehicle for assistance and then he said oh no you can go and then I will say when I started to leave he said no I want to ask you questions At first he was kind of rude and then he wasn't and then it seemed like he did not know what he was doing So okay Scott bracken He did not have any paper for the level one check-in And he told me he did not need my assistance to help him do his level one and then all of a sudden when I was walking away he said Hey now I want to ask you questions it was very rude Scott bracken The check-in and checkout has gotten horrible I had to walk over to go get my own truck and then when I said can I get my appliance dollar she said oh I don't know if we have one let me go check and I had asked specifically for 1A appliance dolly But the whole thing that I did not like was the return he looked at me and then walked away and then it said Hey are you returning I said yes and they said are you returning right now and I said yes and he said are you sure and I was like I'm returning I'm returning and then he told me to leave even after I asked do you want to help what to walk around and he told me no I don't need nothing from you so when I started leaving he's like no I'm now I want to ASK you questions After I was at my car then he told me Hey I got to ask you questions now I'm glad I only need to use you whole every 10 years

My initial encounter was great with the two ladies when I picked up the uhual and set up my storage unit at 8 in the morning. I then come back around 3-4pm to drop my stuff in the storage. I had to run inside and ask the man at the counter to reprint my storage unit info because I had misplaced it in the move. Off the back his energy was I was annoying him and he didn’t wanna help. And then he sees me struggling to find the unit number and then eventually grabs it back to highlight it. Then gave me a keycard because he didn’t want to write down the gate code. Okay, I leave tryna understand his annoyance because I work with people all day and sometimes am annoyed too. I get back in the uhual and finally pull in, now I can find the storage unit because I’m looking for a Q and there is NO Q’s on the building. At this point I’m really annoyed because I’m ready to get this stuff out my uhual and be on my way. I drive around to make sure I’m not crazy then I call front desk and he tells me it’s inside. Like if you knew that WHY didn’t you tell me when you seen which storage unit I had. 10 minutes wasted. Then I finally find it and there’s a damn lockkkk on the door and NO one mentioned there being a lock. At this point I’m really done. I walk to the gate trying to get out and my KEY card isn’t working to get out. I swipe 10 more times out of frustration. Like this mf at the front desk don’t see me. There was nobody there the entire time I was there. So I walk back to the uhual pull up to the gate. Call the man at the front desk twice. I tell him the key card isn’t working and he comes and opens the gate. I told him to cancel my unit I’m done. I’m getting storage elsewhere. I paid 53 dollars for a unit at public storage but what do I know to my surprise. As soon as I paid I got immediate access with and my unit was unlocked ready for me to go. Looking back, I was def emotional but I was annoyed because I just packed this stuff and all I wanted to do was unload it. Not jump through 25 hoops. All of that took like 30-45 minutes of my time it felt like. All around not a good experience besides picking up the uhual. At check out I told the man to Just cancel the storage unit. I got storage elsewhere. Just dumb!!!! I hate complaining because I don’t like being like the karens but I was fed up!!!!

I was lied to by the manager, told I couldn't rent a dollie by its self, so I called the manager on 39th street uhaul and he called them and instructed them how to rent the dollies. You can watch the video. I would never give my business to that location again. Ps I have been using uhaul for over 30 years for my moving needs and not once have I had any service membership not given 100%. Maybe the you all might need to keep a watch on this location..

I’ve been to this location 2 times already the guy working at the counter white guy with long beard , absolutely terrible , he is the slowest rudest person I’ve come across at any uhaul location , he seems to be deliberately making people miss their check in times so that their reservation gets cancelled , also I waited while he ran in and out the door just to pick up they keys because I knew I would be there forever waiting on him , but still got stuck watching him bs around . Hate this place . They never have anything you reserve either

The guy that was there duty on this specific day2/12/26 was rude about where I parked and very sarcastic about the sign on where to park ! I educated him that there is no sign up telling customers where to park. I also informed him That you guys should look into putting one up. The door to my storage was missing weather strip so all sorts of debris blew into the unit from under the door. The price went up after renting for 6 months and it was a little overpriced to begin with. But customer service was okay facility itself was pretty clean except in the very back where my unit was.

I had gotten a 4x8 trailer to move from Kansas to Oklahoma City and had got a storage building online when I got there it was tiny it was the wrong one and me being disabled I had tried to move some of my stuff into it the people up front after I gotten in the gate and move stuff and I said it wasn't big enough informed me that it was the wrong one that online reservations don't seem to match up or do what they're supposed to be doing and it's better to do them in person but they moved my stuff for free and I checked out early they were very kind and I definitely recommend Bethany U-Haul

I left my Nike backpack purse in the uhaul rental truck and the workers took it and called saying they had my wallet and cell phone but everything else was gone my bank card and id wasn't in my wallet either but both items were in my backpack purse. Then they wanna try charging my card for something but it all got reported as stolen and from where I'm just waiting to see what the police find out

While they did not have the storage unit I reserved (10x10) available when I arrived, they provide two (5x5) units side by side. Unfortunately I was not given the first month free on the second unit. They attempted to, but were unable which cost me $44 but they did their best to make things work for me.

When I rented my unit I didn't fully understand (nor would I have agreed to) that by letting my daughter be a person they could call and/or get authorization from for abandonment of property purposes, not did I understand that if/when those papers were signed that uhual could start removing my belongings immediately, hence loosing several homemade/handmade blankets and a air conditioner to whomever they hired to clean the unit. The staff and the property were there when I needed them and allowed me to get what was left of my belongings, and for that I am forever thankful and grateful to them.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for your storage cause they take your lock off after having your storage unit for 9 days. They then will put one of their locks on it and then you have to chase them down to get them to go unlock your unit so you can get your stuff back. Then another thing is I had found that my stuff had been rummaged through. That’s crazy cause this is an U haul place at that. This was my second time trying to use a storage unit here in Oklahoma City and I do know this I’ll never never use another storage unit place in my life.

After I first move in to U-Haul I was put in a unit that had a bad leak and was told I had insurance because about 900.00 ofmy belongings gotrunied due to the fact that it rained my unit leaked and fluded on one side ..a claim was put in and pictures were taken. Both by me and a lady worker ..that was 6 months ago. Never got moved or rembursed..they lie and lie some more don't make anything right I want rembursedfor the personal item that got ruined from no fault of my own

Young lady was so rude I took my belongings out of the storage unit and found a different company to go with. I explain to the young lady that I needed an extra day to pay for the unit which was the next day which I got paid but she advise me that my belongings will be up for auction and that was her final answer. No empathy no ok we can help you with that. Just Rude. I will not be using any other Uhaul facility due to this matter.

Only comment is that the row of units didn't have any electrical power for lighting. When i asked about it, they said they wouldn't fix it. They said if I'm in there after dark, that I'd have use a flashlight. I told them I was paying for a unit with lighting, they were not interested in fixing the problem.

La verdad nos toco vivir una muy desagradable experiencia, hicimos contrato de mes por mes a la hora de firmar nos ofrecieron una garantia una, desafortunadamente era la primera vez q yo necesita de estos servicios y pir mi poca experiencia, nos paso lo q nunca crei, se metio el agua a el contenedor perdimos 1 recamara la mesa del comedor, 1 television lo mas desagradable q a la hora del reclamo, nos comentan q hay 2 tipos de garantias q por 10 o 17 dolares mas hubiera cubierto hasta 15 mil dolares, desafortunadamente yo no lo sabia, asi como no sabia q se nos hiban a dañar los muebles y lo peor q la respuesta fue q fue mi culpa por no haber preguntado, y yo creo q quiza no estan capacitados correctamente, me hubiesen informado q existian diferentes garantias, por supuesto hubiese optado por pagar 17 dolares mas y asi no hubiese perdido la mitad de mis muebles, desafortunadamente llegamos a buscar casa, trabajo, y lo peor pagamos camion para traer todos nuestros muebles y nos salen con q ni son seguros los storages, y q no estan capacitados sus empleados... Cero recomendables

The gentleman that checked us in at 8 am was not friendly at all. Gave us very little instructions and sent us on our way. When we returned the Uhaul the staff was there cleaning the drive and one guy ran ahead to lock the door. He instructed us to leave the key in the drop box and leave the Uhaul under the canopy. We asked if we should lock the back since there was a dolly and he said no just lock the doors. We did as he said but was nervous the dolly could be stolen. We had no issue with the Uhaul truck and will use this facility again but hoping the staff is happier and friendly to their customers.

I rented a unit for 39.95 I believe and it ended up being to small. So I called the office to get a bigger size. Which she did. Yet when I got there I didn't recieve the gate code. I had a new unit with the old i it gate code. Out of desperation of getting in with trucks loaded...I had to but another unit. Customer service said once the office opened the next morning it would be straightened out. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it to get straightened out. Meanwhile, I'm charged 39.95 + 94.?? For another unit for 1 month. When it should have been free with the promotion offer of renting a box truck get 1 month free storage rental.

The management is extremely rude. You would think during a major power outage they would have a little more comparison to people and their needs. That someone would be available to open the gate that was not electronic. Also a black lady that was there had been coming every day for a week and she wouldn’t let her get her stuff but she let us get ours.
