Each time I've rented a truck it has been dirty and usually in poor condition. I have to ask to get service as basic as windows cleaned. The online/computerized check-in does NOT work well... if at all. I would gladly switch to another rental company if one was reasonably available.

Auto hauler could use grease and maintenance. I pulled out the ramp and the hinge hook did not go back in place so the whole ramp fell out, could have been a big issue if a vehicle had been driving up it. Also the ramp for the Uhaul truck was jammed and sticky. Once pulled out it was very difficult to lift into place without excessive force.

Don't tell you're customer they only need 3/4 tank of gas then charge them $15 for 4 gallons. Also give them a heads up to fold the blankets when they pick up the truck instead of charging them $25. Also only charge for the 14 miles instead of 25.

The kid that I rented from was new but nice. The guy that we returned the trailer to was rude and bitter. After waiting in the return area for twenty minutes he came out complaining that he could be at home collecting unemployment instead of working short handed.

Friendly and kind personnel the first worker guy got my reservation wrong and missed details but on pickup the lady worker got everything sorted correctly. She gave me the original quoted price to make up for his mistakes.

I couldn't use my personal 2019 Toyota Tacoma to rent out a vehicle dolly to bring home my disable 2dr Jeep Wrangler. Ended up renting a Uhaul truck and dolly attached for over 300% unnecessary charge. I couldn't de-select the forceful way of selecting insurance coverage on the rentals. I only drove for 62.1 miles round trip and mileage was 250% the rental rate. I added more gas to the tank than was provided at the time of checkout, which did t even show it on my checkout receipt, the person helping me out was even amazed why it was showing on the electronic receipt when I showed him. When returned beside another waiting customer couldn't find anybody to help out. I even called the phone and we heard the phone ringing with no one answering. Ended up finding someone in a back room where he was shocked when seeing me through a small window. Uhaul is not what it used to be. Perhaps social media can address these issues to others (buyer beware).

I debated whether I should check in the equipment online, if it would charge me for another day $35 since we were a few hours late, or letting Uhaul check it in the next day for a $20 charge. I gambled and hoped that checking it in wouldn't charge us but was wrong and it charged another full day. I wish we wouldn't have done it.

I could NOT believe that the truck I rented was deemed "road worthy" it was al over the road, side to side, up and down. Windshield was beyond dirty, fuel tank was below 1/4. All in all I would go out of my way to rent again from U- Haul

Great people. They were severely shorthanded, and they were obviously in 'all hands on deck' panic mode. Usually trying to work that fast can drop service quality, but they did a great job making sure all of us customers were being taken care of. I appreciate their hard work. They were put in a really tough situation, but they kept on working.

We started using the storage unit in May 2020. We put this unit on autopay from my credit card. In August, I received an email stating that my payment was late. I called facility and asked about it. I was told to ignore it. I went to access my storage unit on Friday, October 9, 2020. I found a non-payment lock on it. I was told that a janitor had change the ownership to “John Doe”. It was explained that he was older, new and not very good with computers. I am still considering moving my belongings to another facility. I think it is extremely poor policy to allow a janitor to change a storage unit status and not to keep a historic record of storage unit ownership. The that helped me reestablish my storage unit were very apologetic, helpful and informative. I appreciate the staff being able to tell us what really happened rather than giving an excuse or tell me a lie.

The only issue I have had is getting a response to closing out my account. I cancelled online on 5/12/20 and did not get a confirmation required from the site manager. I am assuming the account is now fully closed since I am receiving this email.

I had a unit for one year. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The ONLY recommendation I might have is to give a way to create lighting within the unit. Like perhaps electrical outlets in the hallways or something. In a large unit, even bright flashlights aren’t enough. I would highly recommend and will use again if I need storage in the future!

My only issue is the access hours. 7pm really limits your access when you get home from work after 6pm on weekdays. And paying extra for longer access to your own property seems like gouging.

The issue that would make me consider a different storage facility is longer access hours. I get home from work around 7pm so I can’t access my storage units until the weekend usually. Kinda dumb.
