Attendant very abrupt. Trailer was a mess inside. Leaves and dirt all over inside and had to be swept before I loaded it.

Have U-Hual charge on miles from where you are moving from to where you are moving to, not from where you pick it up in less you request to pick up there. If you don’t request that area you shouldn’t be charged the miles for that. And U-Husl shouldn’t charge you for everything under the sun either. And people that you rent from shouldn’t be rude either. And they shouldn’t lie so much. I am very upset with U-Hual period!!

I guess there’s a $20 fee for after hours drop off even though the take in time states 11 am. It was back 2 days early as well in the same condition as I picked it up.

Person checking trailer in had ZERO personality and walked away from checking me in without saying a word several times???? Strange experience and certainly did not pay attention during customers service training.

It was still dark outside. There were no yard lights on and not much signage. I found it difficult to find off the highway. A light on the front of the building would have been great. Drive way was all dug up and deep loose sand. I was afraid that my car would be stuck. Again no lighting of the driveway and yard. with no indication were to park our personal vehicle. Gentlemen was not very friendly or helpful.

Very quick and easy from pick up to drop off. They hooked everything up on arrival and disconnected when we brought the trailer back. Very customer friendly.

dirty car, plus the registration was 50 miles, but after 32 miles they didn't get a refund, the staff also cheated that the day I rented it, another staff did the paperwork, but in fact only that one staff did it for me

The man who checked me in I believe his name was Jason told me to back the trailer in a very tight space I told him repeatedly I didn’t feel comfortable and of course didn’t want to damage the trailer I told him I would help him push it in as other locations have done this no problem and never asked for me to back it in a tight space he then told me if I didn’t back it in where he wanted it he would charge me a cleaning fee very unprofessional would never use this location as long as Jason is employed there.

Everything went well but to bad you don't get discount on the use of the truck, when you are renting one of there storage shed. I been there over a year. Been on time with my monthly payment. Thank you for the use of one of your trucks. Jodi Christenson and my son also says thanks. He drove the truck for me.

I had a terrible experience at U-Haul. I was traveling from Minnesota to Arizona and spent over $2500 on the trip. When I arrived at the U-Haul location, I was greeted by a staff member who seemed disinterested in helping me. The truck was a mess and the cab was filthy. There was even garbage in the cab that I had to stop and clean out. The windows were not cleaned, and the truck was not washed. It was as if they didn’t care about providing a clean and safe vehicle for me to travel in. To make matters worse, the staff member didn’t help me find the correct truck or assist me with any accessory items. They even charged me for two furniture dollies but only gave me one. It was a complete joke. I would not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. They should improve their customer service and ensure that their staff is trained to provide a great experience for their customers.

We reserved a cargo van, but were given a truck, with poorer gas mileage and a higher mileage fee. Had we known that cargo vans weren't available at this location we would have driven to a more distant location and avoided the hundreds of dollars in extra fees, but we didn't have time given lack of notice.

suggest telling customer about the need for correct hitch ball size and necessary adaptors for the lights hook up. Very disappointed that neither was told to me without asking and having to buy an adaptor from the facility.
