Suzanne EWhen I arrived I was informed the reserved trailer was not available. A smaller alternate was available. Then they found a unit of the one I reserved and we moved forward with it. The agent solicited the assistance of the “Hitch Guy” to change the tow ball to the correct size. As the trailer was being connected to my truck I began taking pictures of the existing damage to the trailer which was extensive with jackknife scars multiple dents and scratches and broken side lights. Of the four tail lights one fully functioned two worked as right and left turn indicators and brake lights and one did not function at all. I do not think this was even legal to rent out. I asked for a different trailer and as I was looking at a much newer, shiny trailer of the same unit I had reserved I was told this was all they had and “Do I want it or no”. A reservation should not be accepted if a good working unit is not available.
Phillip JThis location was convenient. I liked the early opening hour of 7 am. My truck was ready and while I did have a small issue with the truck (the check engine light came on just a few moments after I left the location), the location was able to fix the issue within a few moments. I did have to drive back to the location, but fortunately I had only gone about 10 miles. The manager was very helpful and professinal in our interactions.
Robert RIF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 I WOULD! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA $143 FEES AFTER I DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK! I TRIED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AND CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT FINALIZING THE DISPUTE!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AS WELL! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I KNOW ON WHAT THEY DID TO ME!!! I WILL BE CALLING THEIR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND DEMAND A REFUND! I AM ALMOST GOING YO PUT IN A COMPLAINT TO BBB! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Neshan RReserved a truck on line, but when we got there they didn't have a truck, some issues with people not returning truck, but the Manager did a great job on getting us a truck gave 24hrs to return, 30 miles ! All in all it worked out thanks to the manager!!!

Donald SOn our way back with the Truck the AC went out on us. instead of a discount or anything they still charged us for the 25 extra miles we put on. I figured with the AC going out in the heat of Arizona we would at least get some type of discount. but we got nothing.
Joshua GDon't overcharge for fuel. I was told that the gas would be $6+ if I was short. However, I was charged over $8+ for one gallon. Very disappointing! Plus, when I turned in the truck, a lady put my key in an orange box. Was this right? Have a good day.

RANDALL SUPFRONT: The facility and employees were Excellent. However, the process to rent the vehicle was terrible. The facility was pretty much dead on the water because of network problems with no manual backup (paper) process to follow. In fact, when I left the facility, I left with no paper or text or email that would show I was authorized to take the vehicle on the road. My pick-up time was at 10:00am, I arrived at the facility at 9:40am and left at around 11:00am.

We had a 20 foot truck and they loaded and unloaded with nothing broken or damaged in under 3 hours!! Amazing!! Hire these boys!

Michael CBe more CLEAR. I am negative in my account because you charged me twice. Once on the day I picked up my uhaul and the second time when I dropped it off. I should have received a single $1 refund, not get charged $79 after my the $80. The only response I got from the team after my account was made negative was that I had to wait for the charge to clear. This was after clarifying that I WOULD NOT be charged because I upheld the expectations of my rental in the first place. The first truck I was given had bad headlights and a broken mirror. The 2nd truck had a broken visor on the drivers side that would constantly obscure the field of view. In addition, I was told I had to get a box truck over an pick up truck because I didn’t have a credit card, despite the email stating “credit or debit card..” I was told after already placing my reservation for the pick up that I could not use said pick up. The entire experience was beyond frustrating and cost me 2x the money than it should have.

I must admit that in the past I've stayed away from this location due to having storage at another U-Haul location. But as it turns out my other choices just don't carry the trailers that I need.

DeAnna RAlthough the vehicle was clean it had several issues that needs to be adressed, steering was bad, needed alignment, mirrors would not stay adjusted properly making it unsafe, rear lock bent so you couldn't lock it, it was given to me with a 1/4 tank of gas, but I was required to return it with a little less than half, and the transmission needed work

From the time we walked in your door, until we left with the trailer we were treated like friends, both inside and outside. We had the same experience upon our return. This was our first time to use this particular facility since we live in Green Valley, but we will certainly use it for our needs from here on out.

I did leave it tied up, it’s not my problem if after that it was taken. But by far this is my worst experience in moving out.
Daniela JU-Haul needs to build in more flexibility for hourly extensions, especially for issues like traffic or unforeseen delays. Maya came across as short in her responses, but she was also constrained by the rigid phone check-in system.

Angelica Rthe truck had an issue where it would not come out of park and something was wrong with the linkage. we almost didnt make it to our destination becuase of it. also i was forced to pick the truck up over an hour away from my house, then had to get a trailer at a completely different town the next day, as they didnt let me pick them up at the same time, and then that also messed with ther return time due to that. then when i went to return the vehicles they wanted me to initially take them to two different locations in tucson. the trailer to one and the truck to another. overall if it wasnt for a man i spoke to who called his sister who worked at the offices of uhaul, that i wasnt charged a lot of extra money for mistakes made by uhaul. in the past ive always used penske. never once had an issue. i spent almost all day on the phone and at a uhaul center trying to just to see about getting things returned and the truck looked at. i believe ill be staying with penske, who btw is a lot cheaper on top of that by almost 700 dollars for the equivalent of what i rented here for almost 3 grand. this is way to much money to be spent for both the quality and the treatment i had. most of the lines i call all have ai or robot answering services who keep telling you to use the app on your phone, and real customer service is non existent. even the lady i spoke to at the office told me she couldnt help me and to chat with someone on my phone via text msg. seriously? h0onestly ill be surprised at the lowering of your customer service doesn't cost you in the long run with your business. NOT happy - and im not even a cali karen. lol im thankful two of the folks there we kind enough to finally help get me and my family out of there, but uhaul as a whole is hideious.

SHERRY TFor once I'd like to get the trailer i ordered or reserved! at the location it says it's at !!!! i reserved a Motorcycle trailer at the new Green Valley location, the next day I received a call saying i needed to pick my trailer up at the Benson location 25 mins from my house instead of 5 !!!! when i got there the staff was nice and helpful , when i went to hook up the trailer they gave me a 5x9 utility trailer as this was all they had not a Motorcycle Trailer as i had reserved !!! The Rear Ramp on the 5x9 is to short and the frame of my 2015 Harley Davidson Road Glide was scraped and the paint damaged !!! I returned the trailer on Sunday and the Young man was very nice and quick as not to hold me up and i didn't want to bother him with my concern as it was Easter Sunday and im sure he wanted to get home to his family and not hear my concerns!!!! This will be the last time i rent from U Haul and their attitude of Good Enough !!!

Tilahun LClerk at Marathon was mice, but out of her depth on the return. I note she did not check condition of the vehicle and trailer I returned. Didn’t check fuel or mileage, or for any other sort of abuse. A supervisor (man from Pakistan?) was curt with the female clerk. His attitude toward women should be vetted.

Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.

My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.
