It was super unprofessional location. The girl named Arlene was nice but her knowledge and talking to me with sunglasses that are hanging on her upper lip & loud talking like your at home. Sure has heck shouldn't be at a place of business. It took forever just to rent a motorcycle trailer & I was the only one there.

PATRICK TNone of the pre-inspections were done by your team at u-haul. The back rear tire was at 58 psi. When it’s supposed to be at 80 psi. Also the gas was already low and not filled up at all when receiving of the vehicle. I am not liable for paying all of the gas to a full tank when I only drove 35 miles and the van is almost empty. The staff was friendly and professional just not professional to having the pre-checks of the vehicle done.

MANUEL RAs long as new customers know ahead of time, when dropping off equipment, nothing is required besides notifying an employee you are dropping off the item rented. In my case, it was a small trailer. It may be different with a rental truck, but I left with nothing in my hand to show I did in fact, drop off the item. I did receive an email notice of the final charge against my credit card. I guess I was trippin' when I left. But other than that, excellent experience and will definitely use location again when I am ready to move.

MARGARET ASince we weren't sure exactly how many containers we would need, U-Haul suggested ordering 10 because they would pick up any unused containers - and we would only be charged for the ones we used. We did use 9 containers so it was a great suggestion. They were also great with giving suggestions for packing since we hadn't moved things like mirrors and large furniture before. All the employees were friendly and helpful!!

Turn in was perfect. Handed keys to the desk. They asked if any issues then asked if email receipt was ok. And off I went. No complaints

Alejandra AI rented a trailer to go from Logan UT to Green Valley AZ. There are 2 U-Haul locations in Green Valley less than 3 miles from my destination, but U-Haul required me to drive nearly 25 miles away to drop off the trailer. It is not my fault, but apparently it is my problem that the local U-Haul locations have enough trailers. This happened once before and U-Haul refunded me 40 dollars off my bill as compensation for my time, hassle and gas. This time U-Haul refused to offer me fair financial compensation. Secondly when I dropped off the trailer, the employees said that they were too busy to do the paperwork at that time, but they would do it later and send me the documents. The next day I called the return location asking for documents. The employee said that she would have to walk the lot to see if I had returned the trailer since it hadn’t been logged in as a return. She found the trailer and logged it in and sent me documentation, but a bit of an additional hassle for me. It seems that U-Haul is efficient at getting paid and less interested in their customers.
KEVIN CWe had some issues with some of our furniture but with that being said, it traveled 2,000 miles and the issues were resolved by us.

ERNESTO CThe manager was distracted and was moving without purpose. I had to wait for over 30min to be helped when there were only 2 people in front of me and then she refused to strap my car onto the auto transport. It took her 20min to find my auto transport to start with. The whole experience was terrible and this is my 5th time using uhaul and it was never this bad.

Harley DTo Start with Wrong Truck and Paperwork, had to get switched.. Gas was just below a half, it had 176 miles to empty..i put gas in just below half and at 180 miles to empty... When i turned it in the picture ( i guess you hire 2 yr old's) on paperwork looked to be a half. So i was charged for gas 😡, maybe if they would read the paperwork.. Very SAD ALL I KNOW I WAS CHARGED EXTRA MILES AND GAS

Understood my situation and resolved it promptly. Had online reservation. Told agent needs to store Jeep and Side by Side. He reserved a 10/30. Oh no. Learned that won't happen. Crystal took charge and got me some secure outside parking. Really glad I accidentally went to that specific place.

RICHARD W | Overall ExperienceMy RV was vandalize and then broken into. I have over $3000 in damages. When I notified UHaul, the manager was on her way out and proceeded to leave. Telling her employee to just give me the 800 number. All the employees I dealt with were awesome. The manager on the other hand was horrible. Didn’t care nor could she be bothered. When I pulled my RV out, the gate got stuck. It was hanging half open and the office was unaware it was broken. How can you consider this lot secure??

Jessica M | Overall ExperienceThe storage itself was fine but the communication was not great. I only visited the rental maybe 5 times in the year I had it. Once my keycard didn't work and the office was a good 100 yards from the entrance. the person at the front desk must have sent me back to the gate 3 times with "try it now" before they manually opened it for. should have done that in the beginning was a bout a half hour I was waiting to get in. I also emailed the manager 3 times with no response over a 2 week period to cancel the unit when I moved out. Then also called a week before the renewal to tell them I had moved out weeks earlier. The person on the phone said it was closed. then I got an email 2 days after renewal to say I had a late fee. Then called and got another person who I think finally closed it out. so 3 emails and 2 calls just to get it closed.
JASON S | Overall ExperienceLet me start with the facility itself is very clean, great location, and some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My issue with this facility, and the reason for the lower rating is the challenge in redeeming the free month of storage u-haul offers. They claim at 90% they don’t have to honor the contract you have yet a call to corporate and they will tell you that is NOT the policy. End result is, after several calls and a couple hours time to corporate, they honored my contract.
