The tow dolly had one safety chain that was a little too long and rubbing ground and one ratchet that was really sticky and caused problems. I love the design of the trailer otherwise and had a great overall experience. And it's not like those things are big problems that I couldn't handle.

RYAN RNot related to this location but if a truck wasn’t prepared for 24/7 pickup you need to have some kind of notification system! I spent two days waiting outside a truck that could’ve been ready for me and nobody could help

KATARYNA OHad a little mix up with reservations but worked out in the end. I was a little surprised when we received them and they were truly wooden boxes. The doors definitely need replacing as it was difficult to close and lock them because they no longer fit.
Darlene HI have used U-Haul of Burlington for years and even after their expansion, the helpful crew takes the time to get things done right with a smile and great attitude!! Burlington U-Haul has raised the bar for rental companies in the area.
MARK HJeff was excellent in helping me gaining access to my uhaul boxes. He relocated the boxes to a more convenient area when we realize the current spot had too much traffic (cars passing thru). I highly recommend this Uhaul location to my connections. Jeff is amazing.

KELSON BThis location was very busy. It was faster, last week, when they were closed to drop off the trailer. Scanned the code, took a few pics and off I went. This week there were several of us in line, a young gentleman took a couple of us, that had trailers out to unhook them. We did that and he sent us back to the line. I mentioned it was faster last week when they were closed and asked if I could scan the code and enter pics like I did the week before. He said sure but where he sent me didn’t have the code to scan. I walked around and tried a couple codes that were on advertising but they didn’t work. I went back to the line now 3 more customers were in front of me. I must have been frowning as when a UHaul lady walked by she asked if she could help with anything? I told her about the scanning. She checked my trailer and dolly and said she would check me in. That was very helpful as I am. Diabetic and my sugars were low due to the activity and not eating.
JOEL SNo improvements needed. They took excellent care of me and were very helpful with giving me a new truck with ramp to accommodate my injury. Very friendly employees and the truck was clean and well taken care of. Made my move super easy!
AMANDA WI reserved a trailer online but called to confirm that it was there. Very friendly and helpful on the phone. When I arrived to pick up the trailer they were just as friendly and helpful in person. They directed me to the trailer and hitched it to my vehicle. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.

MARK HThe trailer was obviously not maintained. We had one blow out, the other tire was bulging in two places and needed replacement. During replacement it was discovered that the leaf spring had snapped. We needed to swap it with a different trailer. All of these caused over 6 hours of delay in our trip.

Randy KEven the questionnaire is not of relevance. I had uboxes so I never went to Burlington. BUT nothing has gone correctly with my entire uhaul experience and no one within the company communicates with any one else so you spend 2 hours on the phone trying to rectify something that a computer should have done correctly the first time. People in the main office cant answer questions that the branch can... but the branch never picks up the phone as they are understaffed and following orders that are days behind actual requests.... and this is the tip of my iceberg experience. So when I get a review of a pick up location I have never been to it reminds me that your efforts to simplify and add to the customer experience are rushed and surface only. Not at all truly connected to me or sincere... just a "we keep our promises/we are looking to improve" Sorry you really aren't. You're pretending to.

RICHARD IUBox delivery time was changed after I had already scheduled a team of people to help me load. I am 65 and was unable to load on my own. The first person I spoke to at the Burlington office was lovely; all subsequent phone calls were with people who were rude and uncaring. In fact, I can't remember customer "service" worse than the service I received from UHaul.

Steven BThe lock and entire lock plate was removed from the box at some point during transit. My things were not stolen or broken, but someone went thru them and they were moved around. The staff were super nice and gave excellent dwrcie, on person and over the phone the entire time. But it is very disheartening to know my things were not secure while in the care of Uhaul. We paid a lot of money for this service, and it is clear that the unit was not properly secured while in storage. Again, the staff we encountered were amazing, and I do not fault them for this at all. But, Uhaul should have better security in place so customers belongings are not stolen or gone thru. Again, this is an expense for our family that is difficult. I feel violated that my families things were rifled thru.

AUSTIN FIt's a really big location. It needs better signage. Also Google maps takes you around the corner instead of the entrance.

Bay YClean the windows, they were so smeared I had a hard time seeing. When taking reservations over the phone,,,, and U-Haul said I could extend my rental in the app because I needed more than 3 days. Thanks a million. I could not extend it and my business is still needing the truck to move. I had to close down my business and not having the truck to move kinda hinders me bring out of the building on time.
