UHaul charged me for 48 extra miles even though I used the exact route recommended by Google Maps between the moving addresses: 2244 Dryland Loop, East Helena, MT 59635 To 24894 Bowmore CT, Caldwell, ID 83607. Perhaps no provisions were added to account for travel from Uhaul pick-up location to initial address and/or drop-off location at the terminal address. And/or the truck speedometer/odometer is inaccurate. In any event it appears to me as a consumer that UHaul uses inaccurate or intentional methodologies to calculate mileage that result in unanticipated charges in their favor. VERY Unsatisfactory.
