Last time I dropped off a trailer it took 3 weeks for place on 1518 in Schertz TX to enter return into system. This caused me to be put on your do not rent list. It took two hours for me to rent a trailer. The system was down and I had to call a center to have my name taken off the do not call list which was not because of me but because of your rep not doing her job as she should. I will never ever go there again.

Upgrade your computer system. I rented a 15 foot box truck and the ENTIRE system nationwide was down for an hour. Along with several other customers, I waited in the store for OVER 60 MINUTES, simply waiting for the system to work so the paperwork could get completed. Matt did a GREAT job during the time everyone was waiting-- but it is a situation that he should never have to be in. I cannot imagine the stress he felt, though he did not show it. Exemplary employee, and a skilled customer service expert. When I had my hitch installed on my Volvo the system crashed for around 20 minutes. Considering that both times I've done business at U-haul the computer system crashed, I must implore you to upgrade your system for your customer's future business with your company, and for your employees who are left in the lurch when the computer system goes down.

Get a uhaul that works. They knowingly gave me a truck with issues. For $60 for a couple hours of use I shouldn't have had to deal with a broken truck.

The vehicle indicated it needed an oil change when we picked it up. Still had to wait to be handed a key even though I did contact-free check-in. We did get Roadside assistance, and the service was great when a stone cracked the windshield.

Don't charge people for the miles it takes to get to the location they're moving from. I used it to actually move for 10 miles, the drive to where I was going and back was 54 miles which I didn't even use the uhaul for, all because there's no uhaul or anything in my area. The only downside of using your company is being charged the miles I didn't use to move

One agent at a busy time of day caused quite a wait for service. Agent was friendly and extended return time to compensate. But it set us back from our schedule. Return was super quick and easy.

I have worked with a number of uhaul locations and I rate this one as the best. They strive to make sure you are handled efficiently and professionally. Also, the hours of Operation at this location are very convenient. Huge improvements under the current leadership at our canton store. I appreciate all that they do.

This experience was the worst. The box delivered was the wrong box, then our box arrived late in the day (thanks to the good people at the local U-haul putting in the effort). The box had apparently been drop from a substantial height because our lock was still on the hasp but all door fasteners, including the hasp bolts, were smashed off. The straps that were attached to the installed D rings were pulled off the box sides because of impact. Boxes and items were damaged as a result but minimal because of the packing done. The worst is that communications was poor and every time I called I was put on hold for 15-25 minutes and typically disconnected without an actual answer. Today I called twice and experienced the same result. I move often and only moved one U box at this time as I need to move my entire home belonging but will go elsewhere as this was a disasters experience. I used to have good experiences with U Haul but I'm guessing the company has really changed and not for the better.

You really need to have people working at this facility that really knows what they are doing. It took the lady working there over half an hour to process everything before I could even get the truck. She wasn't wearing any mask or gloves and her daughter was there walking around the store with no mask or gloves as well. I actually saw another fellow there too and he didn't have any mask or gloves either. There is so much confusion there it's Just absolutely terrible.
