This was our second time dropping off at this location. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful.

The overall look of the trailer seemed maintained. I had a bad wheel tie down ratchet on the drivers side. It kept popping and then causing the passenger side to loosen up. If it wasn’t for the safety chains I could’ve lost the car off the back. I ended up calling a tow company and returned the trailer last night.

Online self-return was cumbersome and awkward. Might be OK if you already have a U-Haul account or app on your phone. Overall, very satisfied with this rental.

My reservation was totally screwed up. From the man who physically entered my reservation into the computer in front of me wrong, (wrong phone number and email entered) to the"traffic" phone call with a woman who barely spoke English, to the guy trying to complete the process on the computer when I was to pick up the trailer. Having to restart the entire process 3 times. (Not his fault) Total mess and created way more stress than necessary. I'll spend the money and buy my own trailer next time.

First off Joseph is a Excellent Uhaul store manager. Hes the o km e who made my rent correction by the time i was done. Was on the road an moving a few pieces. Center uhaul employee didnt even have my reantal correct. Joseph has to redo the rental. There fore the phone employer had me in the wrong size. Once again the rep on the phone had Joseph double book a trailer lucky i had him by my side by my word. Saving the day.

Truck's gas tank was 1/2 full when picked up and when it was dropped off it was 3/4 full. I was charged $5 for going over the alotted mileage. That pissed me off!

I unfortunately got locked out of the van while it was running. I had to call the uhaul service number to get help. It would have been nice to know the doors automatically lock when the van is started. It made me late for my trip.

I called customer service twice and they did not inform me about a deposit being needed if you paid cash. The representative at the store was not very helpful and just saying that’s the way it is. But returning the vehicle and the representative I dealt with at that time was very kind.

They were extremely busy and only had one person working both times there today, there were vehicles parked out to the road blocking the entrance causing a severe safety issue. I was also double charged because the person on duty was so swamped he checked in my trailer about 3 hours later causing the system to double charge me. I have already sent an email to the GM asking for him to review the transaction and refund the difference. Something has changed at this location. Not enough people for the volume.

I stop in there on Wednesday Nov. 6. the sales person said there was NO trucks available until Saturday at 5 pm. I went on-line Thursday Nov. 7, to try to get a U-Haul close by and saw that there was some in Carlisle. when I called to verify if there is one the sales person said yes and I reserved one then. When I picked the truck up there was a lot more just sitting there and when I came back to drop it off there was still trucks there. Why would an employee lie and said there was none?????. I took the time and effort to drop in the store.

The entire roof leaked and flooded all the contents inside of the entire truck ruining all of my belongs and now everything has black mold on it. I ordered insurance and then the man at the store took it off of my order against my wishes stating I could not have any insurance because my uncle (the driver) was not there at check out. I have called twice and been hung up on twice the national UHAUL phone number to file a complaint and a claim on my belongings and to try to get refunded my money all to no avail. And the website has been down this week and I need a refund on the movers that I had to pay in person not through the text because my cell was ruined by the water. It has all been a disaster of epic proportions!

Used my debit card for transaction and never told there would be a hold on my card. So they charged my card $90 and kept the hold of $88 on it. So because of the hold my account is overdrawn. It takes a second to get the money from my account but 4 - 6 business to put it back on. I want to thank you for this wonderful experience with your company

I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience, especially the 24/7 return. I was never informed about the $20 fee associated with it. It was raining when I picked it up and when I was trying to walk around the vehicle. They gave me no information on what to do. Just to use the app. The truck needs a serious alignment or possibly more. Then the entire 24/7 return process was a disaster. The website and the app were both down. I spent an hour and a half getting disconnected multiple times on the phone and the chat. Then the customer service person advised that he will put in a "request" for the additional milage to be waved along with the $20 fee I didn't know existed. I recieved no follow up, no courtesy call, nothing. As a customer service representative myself I expected to have the store contact me to resolve this, or at the very least the 1800 customer service person to follow up. I have received nothing but my bill and this request for a review. This was a terrible experience and I am very disappointed in the was it was handled by the call center and by the store. Customer service is clearly not the priority here.
