Have all of your employees wear masks. Cab of truck wasn't clean- seats and steering wheel stained brown. I had to roll down the windows just to see out of them. Contactless pickup didn't work for me. There was no “pick up vehicle” under “account dashboard” as the instructions said there would be- had to go inside.

Wear face coverings and require your customers to wear face coverings. This is a current requirement for the County of Dallas of which your business resides. My experience at this location is that the employee behind the computer working with me did not wear a mask/face covering however, the employee next to him working behind a computer with another customer was wearing a face covering/mask. The customer that this associate was working with at the computer (man and woman) - the man did not have a face covering/mask on however, the woman did.

Chandler Wilkins was insulting, rude, aggressive, lacked self-control, and completely unprofessional. I was disrespected as a customer and as a human. Additionally- the location clearly instructed customers to wear masks inside the building... however all staff* behind the counter were not wearing masks at all. *Chandlers was wreaking a mask loosely over his mouth, but not his nose)

I arrived on time for my 8 AM pick up. The gentleman behind the counter politely told me the customer had not returned my rental, no problem, he gave me the next size truck, same agreement, same price.

None of the staff were wearing masks. They could not find my reservation under my name. Instead, my contact information was attached to another person's reservation. This indicates a near-criminal misuse of my personal information. My recept was to be emailed to me. I have yet to receive a receipt for my returned equipment. The equipment was clean though.

Okay- 1- I picked a different location CLOSER to my home for pick up- uhaul changes it TWICE- to somewhere farther away from my home- I'm sure this is make it where I go over the allowed miles. Sneaky U-Haul- very sneaky. Then I get a call THE MORNING OF my OUT OF TOWN MOVE- telling me they don't have the equipment I need. WTF?!!? Seriously?! Not only did I book well OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE- but they called me to make the changes the weekend prior. U-haul dropped the ball on the whole trip. I get to the return location and they aren't taking or doing uhauls any longer. THIS WHOLE THING SUCKED. And I will use another provider from here on out of I am able to. Shame on you uhaul- shame shame.

Truck was very old with over 150K miles and engine was noisy with check engine light on. First I was given the truck with almost empty gas tank where I had to fill up the gas before I can use it. Since that truck had a lock so they gave me another truck Truck had smoke smell in it. I don't know why you keep using truck after 150k miles

Let customers know if they designate a specific U-Haul location that you must return to that specific location. It would be nice to know if the return location is designated as just a city/state that you are then free to return to any U-Haul location.

The brakes on my trailer did not work. It was a little scary driving a loaded trailer knowing I could stop hard. Perhaps inspect the equipment better for operation.

When I picked up the truck, the gas level was at 3/8. When I returned the truck, NO ONE! was wearing a mask and obviously did not feel it was necessary. Every customer was wearing a mask, due to the state order to do so in any public setting. I asked the guy if only customers were required to wear masks. He fumbled around in a drawer for 3 seconds then walked away. When he returned he was wearing a mask. The other two never paid any attention. Your company is endangering lives and I suggest you change your priorities and obey the laws. Thank you, GM

I did not receive the truck size that I requested and paid for. The truck had fast food trash located inside the cab. Additionally, when i called on the day to pick up the vehicle, the customer service representative gave directions that were incorrect or contradicting (ex: the keys were located in the back of the truck and locked, not in a lock box on the outside of the facility).

During my 3 years with units here, often I experienced difficulty getting in touch with anyone on phone at this location. U-Haul at Countryclub drive seem more responsive.

Made reservation for pickup at the 1682 S. I-35 Carrollton location. Received phone call, email, & text message saying I had to go to the 2735 E. Beltline location. Went to this location, was told truck was at the other address. Went back to original location, only to have to deal with arrogant counter help, saying it was my fault for the confusion. A note; while at the Beltline location, there was a lady that was going through the same thing.

This location's staff is excellent. The problem is that when you call, often the call goes to the main Uhaul number. They never know what’s going on. I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul because of this communication problem.
