The day I vacated I was in line to simply tell them I was out,vIneas there for 40+ minutes. Then the only employee that was there tells me I can just call. No, you can't just call because the phones go to the main customer service team and they refused to help. I did call customer service yesterday and she made sure the local rep got on the line. Then I had to wait for him to walk to the unit. He couldn't find the unit, so I was on the call for another 5 minutes giving another employee directions to the unit! This is a Uhaul problem! One person handling the store on the last day of the month?

But when I came to actually pay and close the paperwork, upon later review after storing my belongings, I learned the charge is $124 for a 5 x 20. I found that disappointing and unfair! It should have been disclosed when we received the paperwork after setting up the contract on Uhaul’s computer. When I spoke with Harley the assistant manager he said that in the meantime rates had been raised.
